Poor service. They ruined the wedding ring by making it smaller and then again resizing it to the given size. Then instead of acknowledging their mistake they tried to intimate us by saying that it was our fault. In the end we had to keep the ruined ring because they wouldn't refund advance payment. I would never buy anything from them again

We placed a massive order, they got 3 sets completely wrong, the bridal sets earring broke on the wedding day. Earrings from my set were missing. The quality of some sets were cheap. All the colours we decided for jewellery were wrong. I felt like I threw 140,000pkr in the bin after shopping here, they also saw my messages on insta and WhatsApp, and ignored me.

DO NOT BUY HERE IF YOU LIVE ABROAD! We bought jewelry from this place based on the positive reviews he posts online. However, after we paid and he received the money, the owner became unresponsive, ignored our messages, and kept delaying our order for months. He tried to scam us by keeping the money. I ordered these bangles online for Rs. 3500. I found them defective and of very cheap quality. I contacted them on Instagram and they said they don't have a refund policy. Pathetic quality and service.
