Excellent experience of Bait UL Sukoon Cancer Hospital. Not a single day I worried about care and lake of response from staff, doctors and nurses all are very cooperative. The Hospital provide services for cancer patients except blood cancer. Bait UL Sukoon Hospital provides Thier services with charges and free of cost for patients who are unable to bear treatment cost.

Bait ul sukoon cancer hospital is one of the most caring friendly staff hospital in karachi. They offer free treatment of patients suffering from cancer. They don't have facility for surgery but they have remaining facilities like chemotherapy and radiations. There doctors are very professional and performing there duties in bait ul sukoon at a very low budget. You can't get doctor appointment online they have first come first serve policy. If you want appointment you must visit hospital. Everything they give like medicines food patients wars absolutely free. It is the only hospital in karachi with such facilities.

Free cancer treatment done here. You must have the biopsy report done as prerequisite otherwise they will not register you at reception. Once all the reports are presented at counter / reception you will be given a number for filter and screening. Doctors check the reports and refer to concern doctors. Usually, you get appointments with certain delay due to rush.

I have worst experienced during in 3 days specially last night that was 26/may/2023, 3:30 am. 3rd class female night doctors. unprofessional female doctors very very bad experience.....

Unfortunately another same review came ...no action taken i posted this review 1 year ago but its very sad to see its still happening .... But first security also behave rudely specially breakfast providers and room cleaners few of them in staff behave rudely with paitent and with their attendents. Too much cockroaches in paitents beds and in night its totaly just a hotel no experience ficulty and 10 to 15 max staff available in whole hospital...no speciall staff and emergency care take available in night... other wise free of cost and do not distrub paitents and i think they work on these points otherwise may allah give them reward

What an amazing hospital filled with amazing staff from the nurses to the the doctors to the guest services.They make sure that the best treatment is given to all the cancer patients by the best oncologists without any charges.From surgery to chemo and finally the post-op is amazing. It's a good hospital with basic facilities. Most doctors are qualified, experianced and competent to diagnose and manage common as well as rare medical problems of there specialities.

Worst experience of help desk people... first they ask to send reports via email then said IT is not available then said we are busy on other working and finally said k aap kahin private chaley jaaen. koi haal nahin hai is mulk me health department ka.

The hospital is good. experienced staff and qualified doctors. At the same time, I pray to Allah to give us all health and to cure such diseases so that we can visit hospitals. Amen

i worked in hospital as an assistant accountant, with Mr. Mohsin. He is very abusive and many times he harassed me , he shouted at me many times abusively. So my time with him was very hectic and troublesome. he also talked about sects and many other illogical stuff. I asked him many times not to talk about such matters but he continued doing so.

I am very disappointed with Bait ul Sukoon the staff is rude with men and women but talking very sweet with fashion type women, the cancer surgeons and doctors are always late to meet the patient, too much crowd in the hospital and the doctors not taking patient seriously. My mother is suffering from breast cancer disease but we are not a 1 percent satisfied with the doctors they just see my mother for 15 to 20 seconds and told her for another test even though it was our 5th appointment with him. I don't want to complain for anything nor want to change the rules of hospital just please treat your patient more carefully. Astagfirullah the breast cancer(or any type of cancer) is not a normal disease or any small deal but the main thing is if there's too much patients in the hospital does not mean that you treat us like ANIMALS.

I'm really not happy with how the staff treated us, especially the night staff. They weren't polite and didn't do their jobs well. Even though patients were really sick, they were rude and kept saying everything is free now what else can we do? (rudely). The cleaning staff also didn't do a good job, and the place wasn't clean – there were Cockroaches near the beds. I want to warn others to stay away from this place because the staff's behavior can be bad for patients. It's disappointed to see them not taking care of things properly, and I hope this complaint makes them do better so others don't have a hard time like we did.
