I took my mother in its ER. They didn't test which electrolytes she had low they just gave her multivitamin drip. That took 50 mins to complete (very fast). My mother was 64. Although she had chest congestion too. Drip caused her severe pneumonia. i took her home and as i had been closely observed her condition after drip. i noticed she was gradually become unresponsive. After 20 hours she was unconscious and i rushed to nearby hospital in ER Dr said she was 70% done and also said when she had chest congestion how they (ZMC) gave her drip?? She admitted in ICU immediately but the DAMAGE Had Been Done already! after 2 days she passed away on 23rd Jan 2022.

Well maintained clean hygienic hospital, when you entered at your right there is a information desk, ATM is also just near to it. Lift is available, a pharmacy is right adjacent to the hospital, straight after entering there is a canteen where you can find patties, sandwich, tea, confectionery items, biryani and other food items. 1st floor is mainly a check up area where different doctors are available. (Attached is the list). There is a parking issue as road is very congested due to parking and other things…

They have used low quality un dissolvable stitches in my gallbladder removal surgery that causes me severe infection ,require another surgery and whole 1 year of recovery, for allah sake please stay away from this hospital especially from doctor Nadeem khursheedi .

Absolutely 3rd class, overpriced, under trained and money minting hospital. The phone numbers are ALWAYS busy, no way of confirming doctors appointments, prices are now equal to high end hospitals and in Emergency there is just 1 in training doctor present to deal with casualties and emergencies who takes advices from other doctors on phone and treats patients. If anyone has an emergency or serious ailment I would NEVER recommend this hospital to them better take your family member to Jinnah Hospital.

Clean environment & very supportive staff..Open 24 hours. Dr Noshad Baig sits there, he is the best Laparoscopic surgeon in Karachi. His consultancy charges are 400, really good & competent doctor he offers a number of services such as abdominal surgery, laparoscopic, hernia surgery etc

Horrible experince. Nurses and staff are not professional. Dr. Nazneen Aslam was rude, cold, and was yelling at her patients and staff. No basic etiquette. All she cared about was going home early. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Horrible emergency department i have ever seen. The nurses weren't trained enough to do a basic bandage on an injured finger. Finally had to leave the hospital and went to another place. Please never go to their emergency department.

There is cosmetic face-lift to the front of the hospital but it's rooms are mosquitoe and cockroach infested. Staff is unprofessional and casual in their attitude. Diagnosis is vague. Only efficiency is in billing the patients.

It was great. The hospital was super clean. Masks were mandatory to wear and hand sanitizers were provided. Proper sitting in the waiting area. Satisfied.

They are the butchers, gallbladder stone removal charges they have written 40000 infact end bill cost you more then 2 lacs , and they often go for open surgery, there operation theatres are horrible , horrible blood stains everywhere, no sanitization nothing at all , no post operation care , i have seen wardboys doing dressing of patients, please for god sake stay away from this hospital especially from butcher nadeem khursheedi.

Visited Dr Kirshan lal (Orthopaedic surgeon) senior competent doctor. Hospital service is very good.

I had been going to this hospital despite having bad experiences. This orthopedic lady doctor messed up my cast, which has affected the shape of my arm. I saw another doctor and he told me that my cast was done wrong and removed 2 weeks earlier. This was 2 years ago. Today, I took my son for a finger infection. The septic was really bad and he was in terrible pain. The general surgeon suggest a minor surgery where he would remove the puss from the finger but for this little procedure he gave me a bill for 17000, which was to be paid before the procedure. I went for a second opinion to another hospital and the general surgeon did the same procedure in his OPD clinic in the consultation fees only. Zubaida hospital is becoming hopeless day by day. They should improve the management and the doctors should be dedicated and professional, not money makers.

3rd class hospital, their service is even worse than the government hospital, and Dr. Farida Shaheen is not a doctor but a butcher, she does not allow any patient to have a normal delivery, she always performs operations, and hospital's private AC rooms are worse than the government hospital's general ward.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Nadeem Khurshidi at the Zubaida Medical Center hospital, and my experience was quite disappointing. To begin with, he was an hour and a half late, causing inconvenience. During my consultation, he seemed uninterested and made light of the situation, lacking the seriousness expected from a healthcare professional. Furthermore, he spent a disproportionate amount of time being casual and wasted valuable consultation time. In the end, he hurriedly addressed my concerns in just a minute or two, leaving me feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the overall experience.
