Great ambiance, certified trainers, less machines but gets the job done. no shortage of weights. Separate area for cardio and weight training. Shower, changing room also available as well as muscle bar

Pathetic experience. One of the gym member was caught taking pics of a girl at the gym. Luckily the trainer got hold of his mobile phone and pics were deleted on the spot.

Obviously the best gym in the town, reasonably priced and a great workout atmosphere. I've gotten some of my best training advice from staff there which are so humble and responsive.
