Landmark plaza is office building in town. THERE is Lawyer's offices and Media offices. VERY crowdy place. THERE is no parking space. ONLY can media person cars get parking. OUTSIDERS parking very difficult to park there. MY advice... BUILD a Parking Plaza building in that area.

Office building. Take care of parking as none is available nearby. Will have to handover keys to unregistered caretaker of cars for parking.

Safe location, building is well maintained, clean, exempted by K electric from electric load-shading, sufficient water. Stand by generator, 24 hours security guards supported with CCTV cameras. Underground Parking is limited to those who purchased.

A pretty good business place, one should only visit when they have a job. Plus a pretty good travel agent on the first floor. The Big problem is the parking, none is available and the police will remand your vehicle in case you park it wrongly

Visitors should get a person who can watch ur vehicle or bike. 10 plus floor building with no parking for visitors and office workers.
