Mighty is love, it is so good, you want to just eat it until you explode!!! One of the best outlets in Karachi for fried chicken. Rest of the deals today included wings, hot wings, and boneless snack box. Boneless snack box was not at all for guys who want more in terms of value. Wow meal is another good shot in the same price range.

One of my favorites place to visit. Always provide same and great taste. Good ambience Professional and trained staff. Zinger was love chicken was juicy and properly cooked. Would love to visit again.

Terrible place! Been to KFC after a long time. Food took 25 minutes to get ready, fast food was not fast after all. Heard the supply guys arguing lauding with the delivery guy which I felt really awkward with the presence of all the customers waiting in line to order. Not a fast food lover and want expecting much either regarding the quality of food. Still the food was terrible even beyond blow expectation. Play place was more like a haunted place. Roof board was looking ugly probably due to moisture being accumulated in the are. KFC is hardly focusing on the maintenance of their facilities. Most funny was the view of a transformer from the window, at least KFC should have concealed that area.

KFC is always our preferred destination but as always the service vary and this time we were served with very casual behavior

Food quality is pathetic even worse. Chicken Broast was too oily and burnt attached in the picture. Secondly, the choice of drink wasn't available and the burger wasn't tasty either. Thirdly, this branch is too hectic and overcrowded. Fourthly, the parking place isn't sufficient and charges are high. I would strongly not recommend this branch and honestly tell you don't waste time on this branch.

Fried chicken was hot,juicy and tender.No doubt that they have the best Fried Chicken to offer.Credit cards are accepted and a small play area for children is there.Service was good,and they served the order within fifteen minutes.Only downfall is their interior,they seriously need to renovate and upgrade this branch.

Very Poor Experience today at KFC, I think this branch is not for families especially on Sunday's. 1. Surprisingly today, this branch was short of Burger Patties and other stuff used in Burgers. We had to only rely on Chicken Peices, Wings and Fries. 2. Food was very oily, as it was prepared well way before serving. 3. The AC water was continuously dripping drown right beneath the order counter. 4. No Play area for Kids, so not recommended if your kids do not have good sitting tolerance. 5. The branch was short of paper plates and without it, its difficult to serve Kids. In nut shell, not going to come here again...

Great experience. Delicious meal. Zinger was amazing, salad was too. Nice environment, calm and not that much noisy. Love the playlist btw. Pricing was also not very high. ☘️

The strangest thing happened just now. A delivery boy from this branch arrived and informed that I had ordered 4 Crunch (with cheese) Burgers. I never ordered today, the receipt he showed had my old land line number (now disconnected) and my old cell number. The delivery boy did not argue, just took the order back. I have asked him to have the branch manager to call me. Let's see if he calls. Pathetic. Also checked my e-mail and KFC account and there was no order confirmation (e-mail), nor in the KFC Order history. What am I missing here?

Awesome food ,fried chicken bucket and very cooperative staff including RGM Mam, is too cooperative and friendly environment of KFC especially MACHS Branch. All us to need such kind of good and loving staff. and also cleanliness of restaurant is stunning.

There was no arrangements to counter rush which is normally on Fridays. I had to go counter after 25 minutes for my food to be ready or not. Even after that it took another 20 minutes to get food. KFC has lost its credibility n good service

Parking is sometimes available but often you'll park at a little distance. Inside, its same as any KFC, it was clean and staff was courteous.

My first time in this branch. Burgers were not available. Poor air-conditioning, one of the air conditioners was even leaking. Tasteless beverages. Need dire improvements.

Pathetic service and ambiance. Air-conditioning system was not working properly. Moreover their staff is less concerned with customers either they were busy in talks with each other or busy on their phone. Disappointed with their services

Excellent Experience. Staff is helpful and co-operative. Speech disability staff is especially hired to provide them with job opportunities. Food quality was good. However Parking mafia is present outside premises.

They should burn their order tracking system. We placed an order and waited for 1 hour without any update from them. And when one of us went to them to ask for our order, they literally told him that they forgot about our order. "Forgot"... So disappointed in them.

KFC has its own taste. This particular branch I had been visiting since many years, good place to go with kids, quick serving, never had complain from this branch.

KFC is love. Ordered Xtreme Duo Box with 2 Zingers, 2 drinks, 2 chicken pieces, and fries. Fresh, hot, and delicious.

Its always a great experience, food, service, ambiance everthing is awesome. Just sometimes on weekend the waiting timd is a bit more due to place being over crowded which itself is due to the taste and emvironment. Keep it up with the good service and food quality 👍

The branch doesn't have much seating on the ground floor. And the first floor is pretty hot. Not comfortable to sit on the first floor

The chicken was delicious.. extremely well cooked tender and juicy. Staff was cordial, food cooking time was a bit late took I guess 12 to 15 mins but the chicken was worth the wait so till next time caio

Parking issue and not spacious also. The road is too crowded. This out let has not much of space. Staff is good and cordial. Cleanliness is also reasonable. However since it is situated in the heart of MACHS food street the options of good and famouse pan shops and icecream shops are available.

Staff was cooperative. Food was very fresh and good. The only problem I faced was I couldn't get 3g signals of any network in the outlet for some reason.

This branch has been modified. The place is crammed and there is an issue of ventilation inside. Too much smoke of oil inside. Food was good though. Edit: My next visit was much better, ACs & ventilation in good condition. Kudos to the Meal

The only reason giving them 5 stars is because they served everything freshly cooked. Tried new Zingerella. Well, not better than Kentucky, but overall very good taste with combination of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

Standard food taste as all Kfc have.. the branch is bit small good for lunch and small group dine in.. not suitable for families with children who want play area.. Strange is that for dine in, limited menu is available and almost all deals/promotions/offers showing on website were only availavle online..👎.. I tried to found on the promotion flyer (on website) if any note may written about "*only available online" but unable to see..🤷‍♂️ Its bluffing from KFC as I witnessed almost all visiting customers asking for the deals on website and disappointed by the staff reply..‼🦉

You do not experience this every other day... I got in queue, placed my order for takaway and was waiting for my food and all of a sudden this staff tapped on my back and politely gestured to see my receipt. It was such a pleasant surprise to see the deaf young lad nice dressed in black KFC uniform serving customers efficiently. He then asked if I was to eat in or takeaway and i told him that its take away and he quickly raised with cashier for takeaway and showed me the receipt which mistakenly was issued for dine in. Finally got my order which was in both of my hands and as I was walking to the door the same staff quickly marched forward and opened the door. Hats off to KFC for hiring and training such friendly staff. The food was regular KFC food but this experience was amazing and a story I'll be sharing with people years ahead.
