It is a compromising stay in this Guesthouse Room for 5 Nights—I booked room through Agoda—after several request with Receptionist—I get some hot water—no smooth pressure of water ( I had to come out from bathroom when I had shampooed my hair and found no water pressure and no hot water to call for help) no linen change or pillow cover change—small room that I was not expecting—I booked room through Agoda—in my first assigned room, every thing was falling a part when I complained then I was given next door that was a little better than previous but no upgrades—still shower problem—water pressure problem—still unexpected room—fridge do not work-Locker did not work but luckily was replaced. It is not the worthy for the price I am paying. I am glad tomorrow is my last day here.

One of the nicest places to stay in if you are in Clifton. High prices due to location but if it’s your company paying for it then go for it who cares?

06Dec2021: Visited for the first time for reservation of rooms for some foreign guests. The rooms are clean, tidy and modern. The washrooms are also very good and modern. There is check in desk. There is no gym, pool or conference hall. There is a small but clean restaurant for breakfast. They have another property nearby. Ali Vazir, BB Health Tours, Karachi

It was good experience to visit the Swisstel Cottage, nice management and safe environment.

Rooms with very little or no windows at all. The windows, when there, face a wall. Rooms (and bed linnen) are smelly and there is dust everywhere. Only cash is accepted, no cards. If you have a minimum standard you better don't stay here.

One of my best stays in Pakistan. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and dinner, cozy and clean environment. Enjoyed my stay at this place.

Staff very friendly welcoming, service from Karachi airport to cottage and our stay was made very comfortable and hassle free starting with the driver to staff at cottage, these guys deserve all the credit for the brilliant service providered. The rooms were very clean and tidy just like the staff provided us the service at all times.
