Clean and tidy room/washroom. Guys are ready to help and involving. You can feel the management is putting their heart in this guest house. The guesthouse is located in a very convenient place where you can enjoy food, shopping mall, coffee very easily. And it doesn’t get noisy at all in the night even in a super busy area. The only thing I wish it can be improved is the wifi😂 it is really slow. And maybe more soft bed mattresses. Overall, it is a nice clean and safe place to stay.

I've been living in this Guest House for few days and found this guest house as one of the best here in Karachi. Staff is very polite and listen to you compassionately. Rooms are clean and bright. You can order the food also from their menu list whose rates are little higher. Rest, it's a safe and clean guest house to live.

Everything was awesome! The Hotel Management and staff were just amazing. I could ask for anything at anytime they were looking after any request immediately. The room was very comfortable and clean. I had an amazing stay, it felt like a second home to me.

Excellent job guys, huge shout out to Arslan and Rizwan. Room was clean abd bed was comfortable. Booking was convenient and reasonable in terms of price. Food, however was little overpriced. Morning tea was "the best" feature of my stay. Overall experience was good and convenient.

Overall a wonderful experience staying at this place. The manager Arsalan and staff is really courteous and helpful and always available whenever you need them. There is 24/7 kitchen service available and the tea is fantastic. The AC works great and the rooms are really neat and clean. This place is equipped with cameras with 24/7 surveillance. There is always parking available based on number of guest staying. If you come late and there is no parking the staff can help you park your car. Overall we had a wonderful experience staying at this guest house and we will come back again.

Location great.. Plenty of food places open till early morning, 24hrs McDonald's, kfc subway.. Only problem very busy road to get to them.. The Inn itself good service, good bunch of lads always there to assist. Breakfast good, 180rupes per person.

I stay with my family it's completely family atmosphere the most think I like was staff caz they were so helpful. And shopping mall and restaurants were very closed I enjoy my stay hope to comeback again soon. Rooms are very clean and comfortable , staff is very helpful and matress on the Bed is very very high quality that's why i sleep comfortably and quietly . Quit and family atmosphere that i love the most. Overall it was a great experience .

Overall it was a good experience especially as they accommodated me for 3 hours above routine checkout time although my check in was 3 hours late too so compensated. I Meals and tea were served good .I wasn't charged any hidden charges and the bill was reasonable.

Great budget accommodation for when you have to catch an early morning flight out of Karachi. It’s quite basic but perfect for a short stay. All the staff was very courteous and helpful and gave our breakfast bang on time as requested so we wouldn’t get late. Loads and loads of restaurants as well at walking distance, plus a mall so all your needs can be catered to.

Very clean and very secure place. The staff was perfect. I booked it for my father and sister as it was her interview. They were more than helpful, would do anything on single call and very welcoming and humble people. Staff was super helpful overall in all prospects. My father was really happy with the stay and would recommend it to all. I am also looking forward to stay here for my upcoming stay in Karachi

Very small rooms, no blankets provided, even requested. Very offensive and irrespective behavior of management, especially manager Mr Arslan is stupid egocentric guy. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I was very happy with my stay overall. Nice clean space with large rooms. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is good. The place is close to a good Pakistani restaurant and it is easy to get anywhere through Uber. And most of all, I like that they have credit card machines. You can also pay by credit card.

liked everything about the property. the staff were extremely attentive and gracious. the rooms were spacious, the AC worked fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. this family guest house is well run to the highest degree.

This place has extremely good service. The staff is very cooperative and friendly and will do anything you ask them to do in terms of making your stay convenient and comfortable. I asked them several times to do small tasks like warming water for our small child and other various things. I definitely recommend staying here.

An amazing experience staying in the Galaxy Inn Guest House . I have lived in many resorts before, but this guest House has something that appeals to everyone's preference. I must say, it is a top notch guest house of Karachi. I had a 4 day & night stay at your guest house . The best thing was that all staff members were super friendly and highly trained.

One of the best place to stay which is near all (food, mall, transportation,etc...). The service was excellent and rooms were clean and security was good. Although, mattress needs to be more comfortable so person can sleep better. Over all experience was good. This was my 2nd time stay there

Room service is superb. Ambiance is good. Breakfast is also good (Paratha, Omelette, Jam, Butter, Tea). Mineral water also available on paid. Meals and Juices were ordered through food panda. Intercom, clean room, bed sheets, pillows are neat and clean. Room Air conditioner was chilled. Balcony was outside the room. Umer is nice, kind person and too much cooperative. Very peaceful atmosphere. No disturbance. I liked it.
