Anjum Ara mostly do the scissor operation, she doesn't go for a normal delivery which is not good. I have seen all the cases by scissor.. hospital is good and clean, doctors are good specially pediatrician. Anjum Ara fee is Rs 800 and pediatrician fee are Rs 500. I have attached the image of delivery packages. My only concern is that they go for a operation even for a normal delivery... pharmacy discount is only 5% which should be atleast 10% staff needs to be more professional and better.

I've just visited the emergency of this hospital after a long time, at that time the services was good, but tonight it's worst. there's is no token system or first come first. Dr was surrounded by patients and attendants like govt hospital. No one is in the queue. My 15 months daughter was ill, when I reached to the Dr. Dr said please do weight first. that adult weighting scale was quite dirty, I said don't you have baby weighting scale, she's not wearing shoes. then ward boy said it's dirty either. I didn't have any option at that time to go somewhere else. I highly disappointed with the casual behavior of the staff and poor services/system of hospital as well. The only thing which is good that Dr was qualified enough to handle emergency patients.

Very Bad bad abusive management. Nursing staff are in competent and have no respect for the patient and their relatives. Nursing staff is worse than the govt.institution non professional attributes and ethics. Higher management should work on their nursing staff behaviors towards the patients.

Although have very huge area and comparetively good doctors but have very poor management. Even Emergency facility is very poor. Nursing staff is very non professional except some. Cleaning and other situation is also not optimal. Poor Management are leading this great institution to very low profile institution. Ms Sadia Rashid should needs to go through the entire managerial matters and managerial staff of the hospital.

Experiencing their services since 2017. Dr Anjum Ara one of the best gyne doctor. Stayed over night and conduct delivery of my wife. She did normal delivery. Then again got a chance and Dr Anjum Ara again conducted the case and normal delivery. She is calm and experienced gynecologists. She is a blessing for Karachite.

Mostly famous for gynecologist dr and facility in emergency the general physicians are available not very good but with good facility.

Doctors are good and polite but administration staff over the counter have no knowledge ( poor administration), I have visited 3 times one experience was good but two experiences are not good I will not come again here. I came here only for Dr Anjum Ara, gynaecologist who has left the saifee hospital and she is only in Hamdard hospital, nazimabad. Hamdard hospital has disappointed me

It is situated at the place where a large hikmat clinic was situated. But now a small section remain as place for asian medicines. Hamdard foundation also change its famous monogram in which Hamdard was written in Urdu or English. Now monogram it is replace by name of Allah. Services are good.but you want to meet any consultant you have to visit at least at 10 am and it is better to confirm timing either on phone or by visiting.

Worse experience, booked in 45000's package and discharged in 150,000. Total hidden charges. Looting people. This hospital is not for the poor and innocent people.

I just came from Naimat Begum Hardard Herbal medicine section and due to lunch time from 2-3, they didn't allowed me to enter the medicine section it's pathetic and very bad service. There shouldn't be close on lunch time. At least one or two person should be available to provide medicine. Once or twice a month I go there and I find that Tabib and Tabiba's are good. Also, I find that when Tabib or Tabiba's is not in there room staff enjoy sitting in there rooms for chit chat and the token number display out of room not working, so you need to ask people which number is inside the room. Hamdard should resolve these issues as they are impacting their customer.

Their call center services are very bad l, i called them 5 times on their appointment call number but still they didn't pick it up. The third time i called them they picked up then hung up in just a second. It's 3:29 pm right now, still no response.

Worst experience ever… they left the surgery dressing for 5 hours they said the dont have the stuff for sits bath and dressing…. Seriously how they can do that which is very dangerous they know… please someone take the action 🙏
