    Its at one of the best locations in town. Near the beach and is clean. Roads are broad and the appartments have ample parking space. Top class restaurants are just a walk away as well as russian and chinese embassy nearby. The appartments are old construction, with some in absolutely pristine condition and some slightly need refurbishing. Imho excellent place to live if any one gets a hold of an appartment.

    Really best place to live front of sea near Dolmen mall Clifton, Restaurants, Schools college's and at first peaceful atmosphere.
