I will give rating 5 out of 5 because this is one of oldest market in Pakistan regarding mobile malls. Lot of people around the world 🌍 are coming here to visit. Almost 600 + shops are here. Around 2000 + manpower are working here with full spirit to sell out mobile phone's. I highly recommend this place for mobile shopping.

Very busy mobile market. Here you can find a variety of mobile phones of different companies with acessories such as chargers, headphones, handsfree & earpods etc. But there is no proper parking and the road in front of the mall is broken. This is very irritating and negative point.

Serena is a big market of north karachi n north nazimabad junction...but u have to search for better rates...also all variety of new used and referbish sets available there..also repairing and accessories shops are there but I don't have experience about it.

A well established fedral Government Organization (Pakiatan Bait Ul Mal) project Panahgah where provide shelter those persons who come from other city for job, Patient caretaker, students e.t.c and alos serve dinner and breakfas almost 400 persons.

If you're willing to purchase a phone from here it's a great place to look for a phone. Also be aware of scammers and people selling their phones on the basis of lies as this place is infested with such people too. Make sure to check the following upon your purchase: 1. Sensor by installing application or simply by dialing a number. 2. LED/LCD as some phones with spot issues are also being sold on the normal price range by scammers. Make sure to brighten up the brightness and see phone from down to upside. 3. Check WiFi strength by using your other phone hotspot 4. Check if the phone is approved from PTA or patched. As they're selling non-patched phones too 5. If you're going for high end mobile phones make sure to check if they're factory unlock 🔓. ( Settings / About Phone / Oem Unlock.) 6. Check the Camera 📸. 7. Most of the shop keepers do not give warranty on (Sensors, LCD/LED. Etc) 8. It's always better to check hardware too and Bluetooth too. 9. PTA can always br checked via IMEI number from official website. Dial (*#06#) on dialpad to see your IMEI. 10. Last but important This place is also widely controlled by parking mafia, So you can always use the building infront of PSO Peteol pump for parking, Park your vehicle behind Haroon or restaurant adjacent to PSO if there's space available. Avoid getting in arguments with such people as they're always 10-12 of them guys roaming here and there. Cheers 🥂

Clearly struggling with electricity issues. very congested and suffocating market. On top of it, people smoke around. hard to see and breath same time. A lot of scamming. Mostly young boys, no mature dealers, ready to fool you. Hard to find a decent deal here especially in refurbished and resale models. Some of the outlets are purely brand new sealed sets though. Walk in customers looks the same. mostly window shopping. I hope their businesses grow in a legal way, unfortunately if you don't know a person as honestly working here, very risky to go and buy any thing worthy. I tried buying table stand for mobile. couldn't find it in reasonable price when covered almost 50% of the market shops. (Electricity out). some Chinese very low quality products ( which were available for 200 Rupees) were quoted to me for 400- 500 Rps. Would avoid going back. Bought it from Daraz for 180 Rps.

I am visiting this market since 2006. It is big market. You can wander around all day to find out mobiles and accessories in the market.

First time I bought smart phone from Serena market and regret for it really... The shop named bilawal united fraudulently sold me repacked cell phone and keep lying to me about warranty card .. Not recommended at all.... Go there only if you know someone trusty...other there will definitely more shops like bilawal united who are fraudulently selling repacked phones in higher prices...

This market is unlike Saddar one where you can find different stuff and prices. Seems this market has fixed or agreed prices among all of the shopkeepers. Even the shops inside and far from road still have same prices. Not much discounts offered and everyone tries to sell everything even if they do not have. Just trying to get the customers without providing quality service. Some shopkeepers are even rude to customers.

Serena is the largest mobile market in North Nazimabad Town. Here you will find shops selling new and used mobiles as well as a lot many mobile gadgets and accessories. Market opens at 12PM. The market is usually crowdy between 5 PM to 8 PM and closes on 10PM. It is an attractive place of sale and purchase for residents of North Nazimabad, FB Area, New Karachi and North Karaci. Many customers are male but a number of females are also seen daily here. This market is strictly not recommended for disabled and aged people. There is no wheel chair facility and the walking space is very small. In crowdy hours you will feel uneasy. During hot summers the inside is very hot and extremely suffoxated. Several times i visited the place in summer and could not bear the humid and suffocated environment for more than half hour. There is large parking space (charged parking / Motor Cycles 30 and cars 50) on service road outside the market. Tea stalls and two or three Bar BQ shops and tea stalls are available.
