The Mega Mall and Residency has potential, but it needs significant improvements. The building is still under construction, with a messy exterior that detracts from its appeal. Moreover, several legal challenges hamper its progress. Currently, only Chase is operational inside the building. Despite this, it's worth keeping an eye on the development to see how it progresses.

The chase up is a great place to shop for all your needs. They have a wide variety of products and great prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone.

This CHASE is under construction and will take around a year to finally open for public.

We visited here, there was a lot of offer on many things and the cheapest thing that was available here was chicken chicken which was 120 rupees cheaper here. Here, a kilo of aloes was available for 29 rupees and there was a discount on tomatoes for 49 rupees and many other items. You guys should go and take advantage of this discount. Then why wait? Clothes were very expensive. There was no offer on clothes. There was an offer on vegetables and chicken. Afar was also applied to the make-up item, Afar was also applied to the face wash, and Afar was also applied to the baggie, but what is there was 20 percent off, in some places it was 30 percent off. We also took chicken from here, took face wash There was an offer on many things, you can also go and see, like their rail price, some had 20 percent off, some had 30 percent off, some had 40 percent off, and clothes were also off. The quality of the item is also good, everything is available here from ration to clothes, toys are also available, vegetables are also available, stationery is available here, boxes are also available, copies are also available, and there is also a restaurant. There is also provision for drinking tea, which means that here you will find everything you need for your job.

Chase up Mega Mart is itself a big introduction. It has many markets inside, it is covered with almost all brands with reasonable prices, everything will be found here including home grocery. I have a good experience shopping here.

Excellent place to shop wider and easy to move around at the moment front road is under construction causing problems Price tagging is not properly arranged Only cashier can see the pricing and customer don't know the price and total of invoice but in civilized world customer should see the prices so have a chance to cancel any item if they wanted to

Staff not quite helpful. Even if you buy a single hand-carrying item or you buy the whole monthly grocery, all have to stand in a same queue. No separate counter for basket items.

Pampers size 6, short Similac total comfort short. Don't know how to buy these. Local shops have all these but in mich higher prices. Don't know where we are going.

The things were of fine quality and prices were fine but the display of everything was very bad. Like you need a lot of things to search for. It's not customer friendly. Also there was no place to sit specifically for senior citizens.

Good place for groceries, but some time you will get high prices on some products. Too much rush and parking is a huge issue, in start of month this place is the main reason for traffic blockage.

A great store to get everyday essentials. The store is always clean, and the management is very cooperative. Would not suggest eating food from there unless you are very hungry because is not tasty at all. Prices are very affordable.

There are a wide range of products available in store such as Grocery items, vegetables, meat, clothing, electronics, toys, etc. You'll find other household items as well

Very good place for garments and toys .. the list is very long but garments available in good price and variety is too big.. always a best place to but for lower middle and middle class.. really appreciate the owners for that

Chase up johar branch is the best option to have all things under one roof.

A good place to buy groceries, garments، cosmetic, hand bags, shoes, stationary, perfumes, meat, vegetables, dairy products etc. Place has centrally air-conditioning and small food court for convenience of customers. The place is very good for shopping with whole family.

Famous due to chase up, Johar chowrangi. Easily accessible, but be aware from car snatching, and parking issues. Avoid rush hours to feel better and comfortable shopping experience.

They should work on their busiest area in shopping mall by observing customers intrest & creates more easy way to handle these crowd. For example, vegetables & and commodities are needed to revamp.

Now changed from Mega mall to Chase flagship mall. Huge mall with reasonable pricing. Very few sales person available. They r lazy and hide away from customers. Nobody to oversee the staff. They don't assist and they r even rude. Crockery section is practically without staff. Crockery, Garments, Grocery, Toys, Cosmetics and almost everything at very reasonable prices. Ambience and make is very pleasing and de-stressing. Wallet car parking. No road jams yet. Far better than going to Imtiaz Gulshan for everything and suffer traffic jams. Food court is extremely small, fresh items served but no oven to heat. Fee tables to sit. Sales guys r not trained and they don't listen. Prayers area is small and inside staff's place near food court. Poor quality Toilets.. extremely horrible and without any cleaning or maintenance. Such a shame to flagship store! Sales team can get u angry within minutes! Located right on Johar chowrangi. Although not as cheap food stock as in imtiaz but other stuff is almost same prices as that of Imtiaz. Modern automatic Escalators r too flat and noisy and I saw no lifts around. Not too much crowded till now (sep 2022)

Chase up is very economical shopping mall with huge variety. It offers low prices on items that would be expensive in other shopping malls and areas. Here you can find fashioned and quality clothes for men women, kids, new borns. Other than that toys, electronics, shoes(old fashioned), Fabric, lingeries, vegetables, Daals, dry fruits, beverages are also available

Best place for Hotwheels new additions diecast collection. Rest of the appliances are china made c quality. In terms of headphones, speakers etc. Not that much friendly people to help and that made me give 3 stars only.

Chase value store here is amazing, must check their garment section which they have improved alot. It's literally one stop solution for everything. They even have. A cafe inside. Hope that they maintain there standards. Though the staff at the place needs better training. If you happen to visit be watchful of staff and do not let go any attitude

The only thing in a mall is chase flagship store and I guess it's good place for general shopping accessories and other household stuff... Prices are reasonable but the same problem there is no parking space in the mall and if there was but it's closed so had to give the vehicle to someone to park...

It was calm and peaceful. Recently placed the winter collection with amazing cape shawls, denims and ponchos. Cutlery bedsheets and garments dont have much variety. Good kid's stuff as well.

Clothes and Shoes section is good and spacious but grocery section is little bit conjsted....Veg, Fruit & Meat was good in terms of pricing as well as quality...

This mall is only known because of Chase Up store otherwise the building is al empty. Best thing is the underground parking which is a huge relief. The chase store is actually the biggest one in the city with multiple floors with reasonable prices.
