The rooms and Washrooms are clean. Breakfast is not included in room rent and they overcharge for breakfast, laundry and other room services. The owner always tries to charge room rent in advance or before the 24 hour. Internet connectivity is good. The Guest House is little far from Main Shahrah e Faisal on lonely corner and can be a street snatching risk for pedestrians.

Loved staying here! Good location, just a short rickshaw drive from Karachi's main tourist attractions, nice and clean rooms and good wifi. Ended up extending my stay.

They delayed the room preparation by 2 hours. Following that, there was a constant sound of a water pump for approximately 12 hours in our room. I had to go out at 3 am to ask their staff to switch it off. My room was near their reception, and they began talking to each other in louder voices at 7 am, which woke me up.

(Horrible Experience) It is a decent guest house and I stayed there in early 2023 but during my recent visit, I realized that it has gone down in quality and overcharges for Iron and Laundry. Before coming to Karachi, I had a conversation with the guy who is running the show and he committed to the facility that we decided but when we landed and reached his guest house I asked him for the iron. He was saying "Paisay lagay gy us k extra and I was like ky bhai hamari tou baat hui the". We canceled the reservation and in the case of an emergency, found another best option on the same day.

The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this guest house. It has everything you need, clean, tidy and efficient. Centrally located, everything is in walking distance and you can easily catch a bus into town. The owners allowed me to cut my stay short, because of an emergency, without penalising me. I am truly grateful to them.

Clean rooms, friendly staff who is always willing to help if needed, thanks to omais for his supportive attitude, location is good for reaching all important areas of karachi specially Tariq road. Overall experience was good. Highly recommended.

Small room, small washroom with broken sanitary equipment. Hot water available and ac working fine. Room and the hotel was full of mosquitos. Do not get a room on the ground floor as it is noisy.

Location : not too far away from airport and close to some attractions nearby. There is a bus station to go to city center and beach side. Many good local restaurants and a kfc near guesthouse. Fair enough quiet in this nice well secure neighborhood. Staffs: Manager Zulnoor and staffs Khoda baksh, gul Hasan are friendly and helpful. Food: Simple breakfast with milk tea was ok enough for me. Atmosphere: I met many friendly funny other Pakistani guests here. Which is a big bonus for me! If you don't want to be alone, just sit in the lobby! Room: Spotless clean , no bugs no cockroach. Bed is surprisingly comfy. I stayed in room 102. Which is very big enough. Shower : It would be great if there's hot water shower. But what can I say. Traveling in southern Asia, hot water shower is luxurious.

Good place with horrible people. The owner doesn't know how to talk. My uncle and aunt were staying here. The owner little used abusive language and really said that he'd slap on the face of my uncle(my uncle must be around 70s). These people need to learn some manners. Billing issues. In short NOT RECOMMENDED.

I stayed with my wife, it was a good experience. The managers have so humble behavior. Rooms are very clean and towel, soap, mortein, tissue box everything available. They also wash your clothes in reasonable prices. Thanks Karachi Inn

I have had a great experience. A very comfortable, home like stay. The rooms along with washrooms are quite neat & clean. It's centrally located (nearby shahra e faisal nursery overhead Bridge) so you can get to anywhere in the city quite easily, cabs/ride can be found quickly. Moreover the staff has been very courteous and polite. Especially the owner/manager Mr. Omais is an amazing guy, always cooperative & looking after your needs. Quality of services is top notch. A must try if you're looking for a trouble-free and peaceful stay. Recommend for families.

It is a decent guesthouse for the price you pay. The room is spacious, the AC is working (if there is no electricity cut), the bed is comfortable and it is clean. The hosts are friendly and the location is fine. If you are low on budget, I would recommend.
