Everything was good as expected. It was consist of 1 floor. ground floor has 5 rooms. Cost with double bed room was 4500 PKR . Market was near to hotel . Electricity was 24/7 available and also has AC wash rooms were also clean and had Towel and soap . Cost was good enough but everything was available too. The chief were also there and waiter were there too to dry and to press your clothes and bring your things ; snacks or cold drinks etc But it had no parking it was only reserved for owner and no CCTV was there. Like if you find this helpful 🥰

Non professional, Waste of time. Zero service, Argument King's. Non educated staff. All staff is only one boy and a security Guard. A boy of 15 years old. They hold my CNIC all night for registration because photocopy shop was closed and other boy was sleeping. I'll never suggest anyone to stay there.

Stayed for 2 days, rooms were okay but there are a few areas they need to improve. They need to add toiletries, even they charged for shampoo. Plus if there are 6-7 persons staying in a group, each individual have to provide them CNIC.

So happy we ended up at this place after a bad experience somewhere else. I totally recommend this small hotel. The area is quiet, beautiful and nice restaurants around. Our room was clean, smelling nice, with attention to detail, coffee, tea, clean towels, soap... Wasn't expecting this much for the price we paid. The staff was super lovely and helpful. Stayed here for five days and found fully secured. Facilities like heater, hot water food etc are available. The staff is courteous and service is quick. As per the expectations of the standard I found it ok. The location is about 30 minutes away from the airport. Arrangements according to weather has been maintained by the Guest House. Recommend this for the city if security is prime concern.

Room was nice, clean with all the facilities which I needed for my stay like Air-conditioning, WiFi and the good thing was that power cuts are regular in Pakistan so I wasn't affected by that as the hotel had a backup. During powercut,1min roughly delay happens until backup starts. Toilet was clean,shower was clean , housekeeping comes every day.

I ever seen neat and clean Guest House In Karachi. There is no smell in Rooms. I faced no problem. Water in washroom was ok. Foods are ok. One thing that the smart TV is a little hard to understand but the channels quality was best. Internet was very fast. I found what I requested Only one thing to adjust in room is a qibla locater. Location : not too far away from airport and close to some attractions nearby. There is a bus station to go to city center and beach side. Many good local restaurants and a kfc near guesthouse. Fair enough quiet in this nice well secure neighborhood. Staffs: Manager Mr. Sohail and staffs Khoda baksh, gul Hasan are friendly and helpful. Food: Simple breakfast with milk tea was ok enough for me. Atmosphere: I met many friendly funny other Pakistani guests here. Which is a big bonus for me! If you don't want to be alone, just sit in the lobby! Room: Spotless clean , no bugs no cockroach. Bed is surprisingly comfy. I stayed in room 909. Which is very big enough. Shower : It would be great if there's hot water shower. But what can I say. Traveling in southern Asia, hot water shower is luxurious.

From outside the looks of the guest house are ordinary but from inside it seems very nice, the rooms are very neat & clean. I stayed in executive room. The service I received was 5 star. Duty manager Mr Sohail & Umar including all service staff were super supportive. I would definitely recommend this place for people looking for hospitality & 5 star treatment.

Overall a wonderful experience staying at this place. The manager SoHAil and staff is really courteous and helpful and always available whenever you need them. There is 24/7 kitchen service available and the tea is fantastic. We have got rooms at very reasonable rates The AC works great and the rooms are really neat and clean. This place is equipped with cameras with 24/7 surveillance. There is always parking available based on number of guest staying. If you come late and there is no parking the staff can help you park your car. Overall we had a wonderful experience staying at this guest house and we will come back again.

months ago The staff overall was nice , friendly , and accommodating . I had a good experience . The only thing i had an issue with were the pillows which were too soft , but that is not a deal breaker . Overall it is a good place for a short stay . I will definitely consider it for my next visit and recommend it to my friends and family .

Staying there was such a drastic experienec, dirty sheets, pillow covers, old electric sokets, bathrooms are in very bad shape, bath knobs are rusty..... Such Waste of time, money and peace

My Hotel stay was very nice , I stayed for 2 weeks , observed excellent service with great sense of responsibility . I lost my belongings which were very rightly secured by room service and handed over to me in my next visit by Ms. Warsha . The room services personnel during my stay was excellent & swift specially Mr. Shahbaz . The breakfast & reception crew were also exceptionally good . in nut shell it was a great experience .

sockets were old, cockroaches, shower was good, rooms were cleaned but did had cockroaches, staff was just little kids looked like family running business rather then a professional staff corporate business, i would say unprofessional, very conservative policy i wanted to have my female friend over who came all the way from uk but they don't allow female friends or even cousin which sucks felt like living under taliban government. so if you are liberal or intellect this place probably not for you. even though this place is 2/5 but because of their conservative policy i will give it a 0/5

I have had a great experience. A very comfortable, home like stay. The rooms along with washrooms are quite neat & clean. It's centrally located (Gulshan e Jamal Near Millennium Mall overhead Bridge) so you can get to anywhere in the city quite easily, cabs/ride can be found quickly. Moreover the staff has been very courteous and polite. Especially the owner/manager Mr. Sohail is an amazing guy, always cooperative & looking after your needs. Quality of services is top notch. A must try if you're looking for a trouble-free and peaceful stay. Recommend for families. Cosy Inn Guest House 🙂
