For Varicose Patients I highly recommend Dr. Najam U Ddin. . For a little brief it was a Sclerotherapy procedure and I assure Dr. Najam is best on his work. . It was my first experience at RIMS Trauma center and I would like to appreciate the doctors and the staff. They were extremely helping, caring and above all polite. Whenever we called them as post-op care is very important, they responded timely. Thank you very much.

Had total hip replacement surgery from Dr. Kazim Rahim. Very good hospital and cooperative staff from doctors till janitors. Good services in economical prices.

Overall the hospital staff (guards, housekeeping, reception staff, nurses, doctors and surgeon) is very friendly and the staff takes care of cleaning. The frequency of cleaning is quite sufficient but the cleaning staff should be trained and supervised. The only issue that was faced by the patient is that the washroom attached in the room is elevated by more than 6 inches which causes a lot of difficulty specially after surgery.

Very pathetic. Highly untrained nursing staff. Don't have any protocols for vitals monitoring. Blood tests are not taken properly and can be kept for more than 12 hours before even sending to relevant lab. The director of the hospital doesn't even want to meet or listen to the relevant complaints. Proper patient records are not even maintained. The medication is given randomly without prescribed timings and dosage. Utter waste of money and highly risky for patients health

Great Hospital. Friendly staff specially Nursing Team. Some flaws in House Keeping too many mosquitoes in VIP rooms. Consulted with Dr. Aruna Kumari, she is an angel for us. Never experienced such a calm and supportive Gynaecologist Doctor. The couples who are expecting first baby must opt her as their doctor. Dr. Hassan Jabbar is heading NICU, amazing doctor who is supportive as well as guide thoroughly. PS: The security guards must need some training to talk to attendants and behave well.

Rims Trauma Hospital has served me well. I tried a lot of diet plans and exercises; but, to no avail. So, my friend recommends me consultation at RIMS trauma Hospital. Through their bariatric surgery procedure, I was able to recover from severe obesity within a span of 2-3 months. Their consultant, Dr. Ghulam Murtaza, and their whole staff helped me a lot and accommodated me throughout my recovery and the whole journey. A doctor should never misbehave or act like they're above you and only they know the human anatomy. My bad experience was with Dr. Anita, an on duty doctor who handles the 2nd floor. She is very arrogant yet a junior resident. Also they forgot a vomiting drip called Risac or Risec which was reminded to them by the general surgeon who performed the surgery. The patient went through so much because of this negligence. PLEASE KEEP HAND WASH OR SOAPS IN YOUR HOSPITAL WASHROOMS AT ALL TIMES. THATS THE LEAST A HOSPITAL SHOULD BE DOING
