The customer service is very bad and the employees are also very rude. There is a lot of lack of discipline too. The employees are not only inexperienced and impolite but also care more about their 'chatting' than helping customers. Highly discouraged. It is not what it used to be. Shopping online is much better than wasting time and energy to go and get misbehaved with. At least there is no rude staff if no variety.

More than one ATM machines available for cash withdrawal. Sometimes we have to face shortage of products in online delivery. Parking Space available. Suggestions: No need to sell Imported products. Only sell and promote Local products. Should have E-commerce website where we can place order. People have to wait Long time at checkout mostly on weekends. The place was very crowded even on a weekday afternoon! Nearly everything is available though they need to put up better signs about what is available on which floor. Aisle staff very cooperative and courteous... Cash counter staff not so much..

Good air-conditioned place with reasonable shopping facility and prices. Offers a wide range of products. Online shopping facility is also available on their website. They do not let us take photographs within their premises. Car parking, porters, wheelchair accessible entry are also available.

Store is good. But there's no canteen for the staff working there. Staff, rest area, washroom and lunch area is substandard. Imtiaz Namaz place is also established on rooftop under a temporary shed. Entrance area and surrounding needs cleaning efforts.

Great collection of products. However, prices are no longer the cheapest in town. Stores like Bin Hashim have the same prices or in some cases are even cheaper than Imtiaz. So if you're a regular shopper then I suggest you visit other stores every now and then to compare

Alot of varieties, you can easily want anything you want. But in Nazimabad branch there are no vegetables or fruits but other things are available in so many varieties. Cost are a little high but its a good place for groceries.

Good place for house hold items, nazimabad branch is congested. Lacks good discount offers on regular basis, should be careful, watchfull at time of payment, as in many malls worldwide due to worker negligence or mis coordination among staff, on shelve tag shows different price as payment counter they charge more or new price

Everyone knows Imtiaz Its always cheap and good quality products Occasional surprises always exist Owner and management did there best in order to facilitate the customer... However, staff always wanted to ran away from helping people in guiding. They busy in chatting with colleagues if u ask they finger point n said search by yourself If u ask for supervised then they take to the right place and helps u in finding ur required item
