Really loved the architect of this branch personally. Service and food as always KFC's standard, best. We sat on one corner of ground flood, the branch was looking absolutely amazing.

I don't know why but i like KFC. KFC taste is much better than McDonalds. Ambience was good. But one thing i don't like about KFC is self service.

Went in for one of their meals that don't necessarily have to be 'happy' cause what you're left with is a stomach full of juicy, tender fried chicken. KFC hardly ever disappoints. And their menu needs noooo introduction. Please always ask for their mayo dip, it amplifies the experience with the fried chicken. And they slayin' the slaw! Oh, and have you tried their ice creams?! They do a very decent job with it and it only costs Rs80! Fairly priced to compete with Mc-you know who. If you found the review any good then follow me on IG at the_ktown_man

People don't know the concept of a queue here and there is no employee to manage issues as such. The on-floor waiters are almost non-existent and the ones who are present are no help at all. Taste of food is good though.

Overall experience was good, staff was decent and food was perfect as per their regular standards.

This tasted hopeless a very bad experience at Sindhi Muslim KFC even the burgers and chips were not fresh Wouldn't recommend you guys to specially try this rice bowl.

The air conditioning system was not working at all on the ground floor. Cleaning needs improvement, and overall ambience can do with a redo.

It has always been a lovely place with convenience & accessibility. I have had a long association with this place. We also ate our last dinner of the last century here on the night of December 31, 1999 with a large group of mates. But recently a mere disappointment during the rush hours over the weekend. Two ordering counters were issuing different series of numbers. Nobody knew which order they were going to be served. Crowd on the receiving counter. Monitor was not displaying many numbers which were being processed, so people were repeatedly asking the staff about their turns. It took around 25 minutes of asking, telling and chasing to get served. Not a pleasant experience this time.

I was in a hurry so i didn't check my package. I came to know later that i was not given food as per my order.

It was amazing... Quality and taste was awesome and very fresh. It took little time to serve the order but may be that was because we visited in early time of day. But overall services and environment was too.

I use to love KFC years back and after coming back from US after years, i had really high expectations. That was the only reason i went with my all time favorite Mighty Zinger. The flavor us still good but the bun was quite dry and the potion of meat was not justifiable for the size of bun. Same was the case with standard Zinger burger as well as chicken pieces. I wish I could have gone for 5 or 4 stars but due to value for money I have to stick with 3. I will still try 2-4 more locations while being in Pakistan to validate if this is same at all locations or this particular one. Btw: in Pakistan I don’t why employees are too miser to give out Ketchup/Garlic sauce/napkins. In first world countries the drink is even refillable multiple time and sauces are lying around unlimited for all the customers.

Wish I could have given it no star. The reason why for doi g so is that they have not maintained any hygiene standards and few of their staff on counter doesn't bother to listen what the customer is saying because they are too busy doing their own business. Which is both insulting and humiliating. Instead listening to their customers promptly you would have to draw their attention to yourself. Secondly, few days back I got home after work and then went there to get crunch burgers. After taking them home, what I witnessed was pretty disgusting and hygienic. There was alot of mayo oozing out of the Bun and when I lifted the Bun to wipe off some mayo there was a hair strand in it. I was pretty exhausted to go there and register a complain rather I threw the entire food outside and made myself a omelette and made a pact never to visit that place again. Because registering a complain in Pakistan where there are no customer rights exercised is useless and I would suggest you not to got here. In such a alarming situation of corona where hygiene standards should be prioritised. These food chains have made a joke out of it. Whata a shame. I have attached the pictures below.

Extremely pathetic service and overall a experience one would wish not to experience ever. It was the time when there is a shift change but KFC must have proper SOPs for it. First I got my meal and no body is willing to serve the drinks ...each one is calling the others. When I shouted a bit, the lady serving told me that her shift is going to end in 10minutes. I told her, let someone else serve the drinks otherwise the food is getting unnecessarily cold. She latter served the drinks but not ready to give straws etc. Further to make the experience bad, the chicken was undercooked and needed to be changed. I never expected this "classy" service from KFC.

The best kfc branch by far in my opinion. They have the best taste. Really big branch easy to dine in and have parking too 5/5.

Suitable place to have dinner with family or friends. Food was agreeable.

Went with colleagues. Ordered Xtreme duo box for myself and a friend. Food was fresh and tasty. Air conditioning was working. Good environment. It had lots of customers so difficult to find tables on ground floor.

Overall Experience was Good as my Family Loves KFC but in this outlet the level of service was very low, even they are providing food in used trays for dining.

This is one of the best branch of KFC. You'll always get warm meal here. We tried their salsa wings and they were out of this world. 🍗

It is a rushy place. Waiting much time for an order and then delivery.

I mostly order from this branch and I have never been disappointed. The delivery person is also friendly and the order is always early and never late. Good quality and good price too.

Great and delicious food, but this place usually got rush of people on weekends. And due to crowded place it is impossible to service customers on time.

They were out of cups so couldn't order a sundae. Cashier takes order from the guy out of line so why even bother having one? Food tastes the same as any other KFC but very poor service

With 4 Zinger burgers, 4 pieces of chicken, and 4 drinks, deal for 2300 rupees. Could try it

Very bad experience. Slow delivery. Food quality below average. I ordered zinger burger and had to literally stand on there head in order to give me a good burger and yet it was not as per KFC standards. These franchises have ruined the brand name. KFC should take a note of it.

Best deal, hygenic food, awesome taste

Went there for early dinner, it is located on roundabout at Sindhi Muslim Society. Ordered Mighty zinger and kentucky burger. Seating area was nicely maintained along with good hygiene. I felt that service was quite slow as compared to other branches. First the order taker took long to order then there was another long delay while picking up order. Moreover only single counter was working. Ample charged parking space is available in front of it.

KFC is my first choice for quick dinner, KFC SMCHS on weekend is busier then other oulets. Visited on sunday, all tables were occupied and took me 15 minutes to place my order but lucky my order was ready within five minutes. Thanks for quick service.

Well located outlet. Dimly lit, the screen intending to show the order was not working so creating but of confusion. Staff was efficient & friendly. Food was delicious & warm 😋

Extremely slow, indifferent counter staff. You can get a proper meal at a proper restaurant in the time it took to get the order. Profoundly Dissatisfied.

Reduced the ice-cream sizes n also compromised the taste as well. Presentation is not upto the mark as compare to other Frenchizes.

Had a really bad experience there. We ordered a Krunch Burger and an ice cream. And paid them using a 5000 rupees note. But apparently they didn't have change and "sir apkay 350 ka order hai tou itna change kahan se layein". It felt like we were standing in a canteen. KFC is a world renowned brand of food, and they did not have change. And the girl(cashier) was being really rude to us. We can order something that costs 100 rupees and they should still take the 5000 note AND HAVE CHANGE!

If ur planning to go to this KFC, DON'T! They take extremely long to server you your food even though everything is sitting ready in the window. I had to stand at the counter and ask multiple times for them to give me my food it took them atleast 30 minutes to do so and then the drinks were just water and fizz. Worst KFC outlet ever.

Golootlo deal of 600 and crunch as extra. it was tasty and environment was nice.

Nice and decent place to eat. Don't try their zingerrella it's full of cheese only. In the picture it look like double beef petty but actually upper petty is big cheese slice. Rest of the items are fine.

The service is self service but they also offer waiter, which is so nice of them. The staff is co operative and professional. Their ice cream machine was not working, i hope they fix it. They get low on fries and sometimes have to wait for 20-30 mins. Keep patience, the place is calm. They have gender neutral toilets and family meal place as well.

Nice place for family short meetups. KFC need to make stuff a little juicy although it was clean and nice place if you are a chicken lover.
