    I worked out here... All weights, machines and equipments are okay, weights and machines are recently changed they all are new... Enough space for a workout but crowdly between 9PM-10PM mostly. They also have female gym.. Thier timing is 11AM - 4PM

    It is good place to get your body slim and fit, it was for men and I left this place in 1999 but Nowadays Mrs . Asif operated it as a lady fitness center.

    I was there in 1996, Asif bhai were doing work hard to facilitate the youngsters, Now a days his wife running his GYM to protect women from fitness problems.
