Naheed Super Market is one of the Old Mart at Main Shaheed-e-Millat Road , Karachi . It has a wide range of products , both local and imported . Car parking is an issue in this area , however the entire place is neat and clean.

Its a good place if you want to shop for imported items. A very wide range of imported frozen foods, drinks, chocolates, ice creams and much more. One thing which was very wrong is that most of counter staff eating gutka on duty. Its such a bad thing. Owners must take notice of this. Overall its a good mart.

The "find nearly everything under one roof" store. Prices are reasonable, qualtiy of products and service is good. The variety of brands and products is also very good. Most things are imported from the UAE and they have things from all around the world and they have almost everything here for basic household necessities. The staff is plentiful, fast and friendly as well. From pharmacy to bakery to home small appliances and personal goods , they have it covered. If you live nearby you should check it out for your groceries or home items as well. Checkout is fast and helpful. Staff are always friendly. .

I purchased mutton at extremely high price of PKR 1,600 per kg raw (net effective rate after cleaning would be around 1,800 per kg). The quality of mutton was very bad. The cutting was very poor and unprofessional. That was just a waste of money. I strongly recommend to avoid purchasing mutton from this store. I would have given negative rating if possible.

This the most expensive grocery store in Karachi. I used their service once and they delivered stinky meat. If anyone living abroad and wants to send food items to their loved ones please use metro online they have quit reasonable prices

Very well shelved and with good spacing. Sales team is very agile and courteous with good product knowledge and courtesy. Multiple entrances lifts in excellent shape. Prices are cheap like Imtiaz for imported items but one can trust the quality and warranty.

Pricing Issue Alert ⚠️ I visited Naheed Mart with high hopes of getting quality groceries at reasonable prices, but my experience took an unexpected turn. I purchased a rice bag clearly marked at 2675 rs, only to be charged 2765 rs at the checkout. Attached is a snapshot of the receipt highlighting the discrepancy. It's disheartening when a store fails to honor its displayed prices. As a customer, trust is crucial, especially when it comes to pricing.

Original local and imported products available including soaps, Lotions, perfumes, shampoo and cosmetics etc. Very few times I got some expired products like Nivea shaving gel etc. NSM should care about original products within expiry dates especially imported items.

I ordered a mascara and lipstick, but the mascara arrived unsealed with a lash on the brush. I immediately shared a video with them. Since this was unexpected considering the price. Customer service gave conflicting responses - one said it might be a tester, another said it doesn't need sealing. I shared evidence of the properly sealed same mascara I got from another store to counter her claim. A representative named Qissa gave misinformation, insisting there was a "tiny seal" despite my video evidence showing otherwise and the lash on a brush. I was asked to return the mascara, with a vague response of “we’ll think about it”. This was disappointing as I paid for a new product. After six days, I finally connected with a representative who understood the problem and assured a resolution. However, the delay eroded my trust. Given the mishandling of my complaint, I'm requesting a clear refund plan. I have shared a proof on Whatsapp with them of purchasing a same sealed mascara this week from esajees islamabad (another trusted store), highlighting that it indeed comes packed not unsealed with a lash stuck on a brush.

A very good shopping store with variety of sections. Starting from grocery where all the necessary items available in good quantity. Then moving to household items where each & everything available. There is a meat & frozen fish corner with variety. On first floor there is a big cosmetics store which has all types of skin, hair and beauty items available with good advice from staff. A toy shop plus medical store and clothing for children also within the same building. In short it caters your needs to shop. Anyone visiting Naheed Supermarket certainly enjoys the location, ambiance and friendly staff.

They got everything and the staff are friendly and the environment is far better than Chase Up which is next to it. For first timers it maybe hard to navigate through sections but you can always ask the staff. However, not every item has a price tag which is frustrating. As I have to keep scanning to see the price. Apart from that this place is my go to now for getting groceries and medicines.

No doubt excellent quality and variety of products and every product there is locally or imported is you found here, bur little costlier as compared with other grocery stores, and place of movement is becoming very narrow, no guidelines provide floor wise available here, no good parking lots, no efficient staffs, it's make this store uncompetitive choice... A little attention can make it a wonderful place for purchasing. Like every grocery store there is no sitting or waiting place for eating and relaxing for other family members or seniors, if they provide it they will be first choice or leaders for this!!! Its comparatively expensive then the other supermarkets. Supermarket is well maintained but if you are a new customer it can be little confusing finding different sections, looks like a labyrinth. Coming here in the morning or afternoon is better option then evening due to parking problem.

But if we compare the prices with other supermarkets of the same category, Naheed Supermarket is way too expensive, especially the prices of imported items are exorbitantly high. In short, the place is not for the lower-middle class or even for the middle-middle class; it's only for the upper middle class.

It is a nice friendly and cozy supermarket in Karachi. Prices are a bit high but reasonable compared to equivalent stores. Variety is fairly good considering the change in economic conditions in the past three years. This store also tries to be eco-friendly. Parking in the evening sometimes is a hassle.

I bought some perfumes today from the Body Shop inside Naheed super market. Staff member thoroughly guided me. I was looking for cheap but quality perfumes. This is the only place where you can trust that perfumes are not fake. Rest ... even Imtiaz sells fake perfumes. I am not an easy customer to be satisfied. I have done shopping in best places ... Europe, Dubai etc. I have very good idea what products might be fake or real. These perfumes smell very good ... at a very good value.
