I booked a deluxe room for one night stay, firstly,it is not the worth the amount they are charging. Charges are of 5 or 4 star hotel with below average services. There were no water sports activities which was not informed. A.C keeps tripping and did not work after midnight which was fixed after complaining same happened at checkout time Exactly at 11am they switched off the A.C. Food quality was below average. To mount this awful experience when we checked out they charged 4700 Rs for giving one extra mattress for a night which is complimentary even at five star hotel worldwide. There was no one to respond to our complain no management was there no one was taking responsibility. Overall a pathetic experience will not recommend to any one. Its a hospitality business we pay hefty amount and you should give excellent service.

Excellent get away place from the busy life of Karachi. The private beach area is extremely small and can't be called a private beach. The facility is nice and clean. The prices are extremely steep. 25-27 k per night is very high. Though you don't have any such spaces around so there has to be a premium for it. Safe and a good spot for a weekend.

There was no value for money . The hotel was neat and clean. They had the same excuse for every complaint like there was no seafood, no fast food, no dessert, and the excuse was we ran out of food tonight . Sorry for the inconvenience. We faced load shedding all night, and there was a 5 - 10 minute interval every time for electricity generator change over. And the excuse was that it's happening tonight. Sorry for the inconvenience. The curtained beach was clean, but the water was dirty, full of plastic bags and other garbage , and a person could not enjoy at sea shore or swim. Very bad experience 👎. I'm very disappointed by Dreamworld management..

Booked two rooms just for 6 hours. 1 room charge was 16000 PKR. So we paid 32000 PKR. Checkin time was 1:00 pm. We got 1 room at 1:45 pm and second room at 2:45 pm. Positive: rooms were clean I gave 1 star for location since they have parking issues plus the beach area of the hotel is very limited and on a weekend or holiday you hardly have space to enjoy The hotel had much more people than it’s capacity. Our cars were taken by security guard to park and when we got our cars back one of them which was new 4 wheeler had dents on the left side. All we wanted hotel staff was to provide us with CCTV and at least accept that it was their mistake. They did not help us with any of them. I was not to concerned about the repair since my car was fully insured but since the car was with hotel staff they should help us find out how the accident happened. They do not allow any food and drinks that we brought from home, sounds fair but when you are with kids, the biryani and bar b q that’s on offer from Hotel’s restaurant does not always work. I would say this hotel made my overall picnic experience pathetic and uncomfortable. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Too much fuss about nothing. There is nothing special about it. Private beach without enough changing rooms and showers is a big joke. Its is classic case of rip off, no services whatsoever and even then they charge you hefty amount to access its so call 100 meters of private beach with only two showers and changing rooms. But restaurant is good considering how far it is from city.

It was my worst experience there.. Although we didn't booked rooms there.. But we went with kids for a mini day out.. But to our disappointment, there were no activities and facilities that were mentioned.. Also the behavior of the guards and serving members there was also not so good which led to more disappointment for us.. Although we visit dreamworld resorts more often.. But our experience at manora was just pathetic.. Dreamworld management and faculty should take notice of all this and ensure best services for their valued customers as we are already paying them more than what they are providing

Worsen then i never thought off. Fully paid non member get the room in which AC was working like fan. Electric cattle is provided after 3 reminders and arguements which is faulty. For couple room only single dental kit....Shame on you IRFAN sb and also on Shahnila and other Reservation staff... very bad behaviour and no value of Money at all.... All setup on Generator which went off after every 2hours and all electrical appliances fridge ac etc are unfit due to this.

Poor service, intercom dead, bugs all over, whole night we had to kill crickets, not upto mark, breakfast just ok, hefty amount charged and this service wont be recommending it. Beach is ok but extreme prices as compared to what they give vs what they show. Voltage issue all day and night, parking issue.

Destination Hotel, Manora is ideally located on the Main Road right next to Pakistan Naval Academy. It offers both indoor and outdoor sitting. Menu is rich with a variety of items. All items are slightly expensive but are good in taste and offer a reasonable value for money. Prawn Karahi and Peshawari Karahi are must try items. Hotel rooms are pricey too. Moreover, they offer private access to the Manora Beach too, priced at PKR 1000. Overall, a recommended experience to have. Staff is courteous and well behaved.

Went to Manora today. Had a great time. Route and Roads are wonderful and joyful. Had a lunch there at Dreamworld Resort. Location, Services, food, ambiance and weather, all were great and add feathers to our wings while exploring this small Island. Recommended to visit at least for once. It will also be a good experience if one will stay there in Dream World Resort for whole night and explore the island by walk.

This was our first trip to destination beach hotel by dream world , recommended for families, private beach ws cool as you can order anything from cafe and enjoy the sea with 💯 % safety. Overall good experience but management should focus to improve their services. Limited staff. Also should segregate dining halls, guest washrooms for day out people due to massive crowd management wasn't able to offer services effectively. Also should add some activities to fascinate it.

Today, we went on an official sea side voyage to "Destination Hotel Manora Beach - Dreamworld Resorts". We heard so much about it, that they offer various seaside activities like Horse and Camel Riding, different types of boat riding and other activities. So, with high service and luxurious stay expectations, we reached today morning at our Destination Hotel, we found it jam packed as they were no rooms available for rest, no lockers available to deposit our valuable thing and above all no chairs available to sit and relax. Finally after a long wait and continues coordination with our booking agent of resort we able to find a table to sit. So, we decide to order some Tea & some snacks but staff bluntly told us "Sorry, sir we can't serve you, as our Breakfast time is over and you have to wait for 1 hr for start of lunchtime". Instead of 1 hr they started lunch time after 2 hrs for which we waited very very patiently. Let me come food quality, TBH "Food quality was Awesome 👍 and freshly cooked" as I say "Yumlicious"

The foods are very tasty and delicious that I haven't eaten in other restaurants . Staff was very cooperative and humble. Serving quality is amazing by Mr. Sohail Ahmed also and the place is very quiet and relaxing having great view I enjoyed a lot in here 💕

Staff was nice and ready to help. Rooms are spacious, upto 3 extra single mattresses can be added. Most rooms have balcony view of sea. The hotel has a road between it and coast.

Had a breakfast on a Sunday morning. Meal was good, but had to struggle a bit to get things on time ( which is quite a norm in Pakistan restaurants, albeit exception). Staff though was found courteous and helpful, and trying doing their best.

The Dreamworld resorts are not reliable , and not suitable for families. We had confirmed booking of room , they didn't respond to our calls and messages, when we tried to call then for location and better routes. Thank God I saved myself from staying in this horrible place called Dreamworld Manora Resort.

Pathetic Serivce, they reserved my room, took the advance booking, and 2 days later they cancelled it mentioning management has to cancel due to passing out parade. Its been 1.5 months, i'm still awaiting my refund. They're not responding to calls, the last message received was they have put the case forward. Lack of professionalism.

The hotel is not maintained and staff doesn’t even know how to talk to the customers. They start knocking your room 1 hour before check out. Food and drinks are not allowed from outside and food quality is very average. Rules are made like it’s a military training camp. Hotel accessories and everything is rotten. Cleanness is average. Today I went here with my wife approx 10.30AM, The staff was absolutely shameless, Even though all the documents were completed, I was being looked and treated at as if I had come to do something wrong with another girl. After waiting for a long time, I was told that you will have to wait more, Then we left of this place where the client is treated with this dirty look.

Room Cleanliness is an issue, apart from that, everything was fine. The food was good at their Wave restaurant but the service was very very slow despite there were only four or five tables occupied at that time.

Extremely unpleasant experience. They made us wait at the navy check point for an hour despite our booking. they didn't loop in the guards at the check post and ruined the whole mood. told us to wait five minutes but took their sweet time lol. When we got there, the supervisor started putting the blame on us and the navy people instead of apologising for their own shortcomings. Pathetic place.

We went there for an overnight stay. The weather was beautiful however the waves were strong. We enjoyed the rooms and the service. Breakfast was nice. It's worth the money.

As a dreamworld member I expected the service to be swift but it wasn't at all as per expectations. The room and view was amazing! But it took us 2 hours to check in. Room service DOESNOT exist so dont bother wasting your time trying to order food. The salad we received at dinner was rotten. The replacement was even more disappointing. Either they were understaffed or lacked proper training. Anyway since theres no other option at manora so I guess we had to make due with what we had.
