Gym environment is okay. But I am not satisfied from the trainer + manager in the morning. If you ask any thing from him mostly he ignore you or some time he answer roudly. He doesn't guide the newly client about the gym machine and exercise. Most of the person don't talk to him because of his attitude. If you drop the weight by mistake he misbehave from the client.

Joined 2 months ago (mochi mor branch) Other branches might be good I still have 4 days remaining but I'm not willing to go there anymore The only good thing about gym is polite trainers but they just restrict you to certain exercises and waste your time it's a waste of hard earned money Complained several times regarding mosquitos but they failed to do anything about it No proper air conditioning you No internet facility for the members even when theres some emergency Very much disappointed Get smart chain is a big name But they should value their members as well Your members are paying you and if you failed to provide the basic facilities it's better to stop registering them I had some to call indrive as signals were not coming when I asked the counter he straight away refused and said internet is for CCTV cameras only Like u r not providing the basic facilities Changing room is loaded with thousands of mosquitoes complained on their insta several times but they didn't do anything about it

Assalamualaikum gym is very good and environment is also good but Rizwan trainer is very bad and rude behaviour he don't know how to talk with clients and using bad language with customers and i don't recommend to go in this gym Gulshan 13 d branch near rab medical thank you!

They are just making money. Very unsatisfying experience. Today was my first day and I would never go back if I hadn’t paid a fortune for the whole month. Very uncooperative and rigid staff. Won’t allow you to use the treadmill (even if you’ve paid for it) to cool down :) and there’s no place to sit and catch a breath.
