Asslamoalaykom. I am sure your idara is aware of After life on this earth too once you have qualified them as Alims. Most of them spend 8 yrs are so in Madrasas to learn every aspect of Deen.But they are left clueless about how to readjust in society outside. They seem to have no practical skills even to survive. They are happy to live off others. They get married for halal intimacy, but have not got a clue about running a home or family 🤔. This doesn't seem like a life according to sunnah. Most don't want to live with parents afterwards because according to them deen work is more important. Let alone looking after them. May I suggest that you provide them with some worldly skills too. Built workshops in your Madrsas or something. Teach them importance of family along with Madhab. Because only way you can spread deen is by being among people. Not just by being Infront of them. Jazakallah khair.
