When asked for invoice, what I got is receipt which has no detailing of treatment cost, but looks more over Donation receipt to some charitable trust. Nurses are not properly trained, or not they would have any adequate course certification, In normal dressing, my wife's thumb was pouring blood, when asked to reclean and dressed the wound again, they overlapped surgical tap - didn't bother to clean the scattered blood, and left behind for septic infection! How ridiculous it is!

I must say every female needs a motherly care and if your doctor is treating your like you are her own daughter , that`s miracle because there are very few doctors who understands the meaning of motherly care during the pregnancy phase. A woman like me who were afraid of being pregnant because of my peak in a career but believe me Dr Alka(would say Aunty instead of Doctor) given me the confidence when I visited her first time ,her care towards me ,she gave me the exact attention and covered all the needs of medicines and vitamins what my body needs (I conceived at the age of 34 )throughout the 9 months, everyday and every moment her support and advices were super for me and her confidence made me work till I delivered my cotton bundle. Believe me my first trimester was not easy but she didn`t even made me feel ever ! Ever smiling support staff the hospital have along with super duper ready to do anything for you at any time. I am a doctor myself and I know that regardless of how satisfying one's treatment is, it is worthless if your staff does not know how to behave with patients and their relatives. I was shocked when i first-handedly experienced their staff's behaviour, they were rude and Never ever going to get consultation for anyone from my family from here again .

Doctor Alka patel is very senior consultant having experience of more than 35 yrs very much knowledgable : i tell my experience of pregnancy of mywife we consulted her after we had been told by annother previous doctor terminate our pregnancy which was after 14 yrs of my first baby at of age of 41 of my wife reason given wasfetus is mentally retarded ,she cpounselled us very well did sonography advised to continue as fetus was normal today my daughter is 1 yr old thanx a lot to doctor for saving my baby aslso staff is very caring and co operativeMy experience was totally satisfying
