親に頼んで持ち帰りで新作のニューヨークバーガーのビーフの方を2つとチキンを1つ買ってもらい帰宅して開けてみたらビーフの方が全てチキンの肉が入ってた ちゃんと確認して作っているんですか？ 買う度に何かしらミスをしているけどちゃんと対策なりとっているんですか？ 取り替えて済む話じゃないですよ。 今後はもう余程のことがなければこちらでは購入しないと思います。

It's McDonald's, or as my students keep telling me, Mac. It's a little better than Mcdonalds in America because they still use beef fat on their frys. Protip, after 5pm you can get double meat on your burgers for like 100yen and it's given me every excuse to eat here after working out because I can get up to 60 grams of protein in one meal for less than 800 kcal which ain't bad. It's fast, it's simple, and with completely basic Japanese I have never had any issue ordering exactly what I want.

商品は安定の味です。バイト帰りの子？関係者なのでしょうが、レジ前にお客様が列んでいるのにお喋りがなかなか終わらないようで、レジの方も愛想もなく、正直不愉快になりました。スマイルゼロ円の時代は終わったみたいです。

何かしら間違えてる事が多い。 クレームはアプリのアンケートで直接答えた方が良いと思います。 個人的に何処よりも接客面で教育が出来てないです。 入れ替わりが多いのは正社員のサポート体制が出来てないからでは？高校生バイトの方が一生懸命さを感じ好感を持てます。 因みにマックは好きです。その他の対応で⭐︎−4です。

仕事できる店員さんと、できない店員さんの差が激しいです。 新人さんは、とっても丁寧にきちんと対応してくださいます。 ベテランに当たると最悪です。 間違い、忘れる、遅い、対応悪すぎ。。ベテランは新人に見習いましょう。

昼間の車の混み具合はすごいです。 住人からの苦情なんかは出ないのかなと思いました。 ドライブスルーで並ぶなら、駐車場に停めて、持ち帰りで買ったほうが早かったです。
