The food is awesome, good price, the taste and quantity of fries are perfect, very good musics playing all the time and the environment it great! I highly recommend this place.

i have always love to have my burguer here but my last 2 times got just horrible. Waiting time this last day was 1 hour. When at the end we were served my double crispy chicken meat was completely inedible. Just super burned to the point the burguer stink around. My couple's burger was supposed to have a lot of cheddar cheese and barely had a bit. Although this bad experience the waiter was nice and apologized, didn't charged for the dish and offered us a snap. We always had in the past good experiences but after our last visits i wouldn't recommend the place anymore.

Great location. The staff was terrible - we would wait for 30 minutes for our drinks. Then when politely asked the waitress, she rolled her eyes at us. Music was banging so loud, it was impossible to hold a conversation. Overall experience was so upsetting we kept waiting for a camera man to run to us and say it was a prank. If you feel like ruining your date, this is a place for you.

Didn't eat here but the beers on tap are good. Authentic house beer of Oxford Kellerbier im Steinkrug is top class.

We've been traveling all over Germany for a month now. By far the worst meal we've had. The burger was disgusting and was like a fast food patty soaked in water. We asked the waitress if it comes with tomatoes, lettuce and onions. She said yes, it came with a little piece of onion and 2 small pickle slices. I also asked for mustard and they don't have any. I couldn't even eat half of it because it was so terrible. Atleast the fries were good. We waited for a drink and a check, nobody came by. We noticed both our waitresses were sitting at a table drinking beer. Then to top it off my wife needed to use the restroom and there wasn't any soap to wash hands.

I just love the Charles Oxford. Both vegan and meat options are great, the staff always friendly and accommodating. The vibe is super chill and somehow the pub atmosphere is not lost although we mostly just come for dinner. Very much recommended for anyone who enjoys great burgers and enjoys a relaxed and lively atmosphere.

I went to this nice place in a hot day, and my only requirement was a cold beer. They failed miserably, worst beer of my life. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Always nice to be there, great service, acceptable price, delicious burgers (giant burger + more meat = 338+338gr meat 😉). ———- Lately the music was even louder than in a night club, you can’t hear anyone on the table, nor yourself.. that was extra bad experience.. i just wanted to pay and leave !!

Really good burgers with a load of fries. Coke could have been colder and sparklier but that's just nitpicking. I've been here more than once and never disappointed. Great for grabing a drink too, the beer is nice. Would recommend the place any time.

Lovely place . Good music on the weekends. A good vibe . Friendly attentive stuff . And the drinks are cold and nice. Good place to eat and drink with drinks.

Schnitzel was crispy and juicy, sauce was tasty, pommes was also great. Lemonade was quite strange but still refreshing. Price was affordable.

We really love their regular burgers that are under 5 Euro. The other food we tasted was great, too. Since it's a popular bar/restaurant for students the prices for the food is quite low. The inside is cozy and stylish. Although it's usually quite packed, there are quite many seats available.

Let me start off by saying I use to go here all the time, but haven't been here for over 2 years. I recently went back to the restaurant and saw that they had new menus and the meals seemed a little bit cheaper, so that was a plus,. What I didn't like is that the burgers didn't taste all that good anymore. I was highly disappointed with my meal because the burger meat itself tasted like it was prepacked or just didn't taste good really. A good thing about this place is the different variety of beer and gin that they offer.

The service was really good. There was no place outside and we had to sit inside but it was still good. Nice music and it was a nice birthday at Charles Oxford.

Nice ambient and delicious vegetarian burgers (the one with sweet potatoes and beans is definitely in my top 3 list!) :-)
