They sold me old console, as new one with missing controller and game code reedemed! Xbox One X to be precise. On the box it clearly says new! And the guy, not sure the name, he is empolyee is so unpolite. He is acting like, that is normal! Are you serious? You are taking peoples money, selling used stuff as new. I am still waiting to get my money back or new box which I paid. I will never buy anything else here!

Marked up prices with next to no sales. Used stuff is sometimes more expensive than Media Markts stuff on sale. Who in their right mind would buy stuff here I don't know.

Absolutely unfriendly place, first time we were there the guy didnt even want our business. Then when I want to pick it up they fail to mention that i cant pick up my husbands xbox. Lots of wasted time and money. Cant tell yet if they actually fixed the problem.

I love the store and the vibe. The problem for me is that there's always just one person in the cashier to answer questions, pick up stuff from the storage room and to receive the payments. Because of that, there's always a huge line on crowded days. Maybe put another employee on crowded days or always.
