Very glad the restaurant is open. Chicken balls are good. They need more combo options though since 1 item is around $20 which I think is wild for Chinese food, especially when some dishes are just rice. Usually when you order you want a variety of things. Either let people make their own combos or give more options please.

***Note that this restaurant can changes hands every year*** The 2023 leasees offer Chinese food that's a 4.5 out of 5. Freshly prepared and well, but it's a limited menu. I'm giving it a 2 because you never know if it's open to eat in or only takeout or closed for a special occasion. * THREE* times in 2 weeks we have driven into town (we live 20 minutes out) to meet friends for an evening of food and conversation only to find that it's takeout only although they're open until 7pm. They don't answer the phone half the time. It's a real shame because Kaslo has needed something other than pub food for years.

We played our first round of golf at the Kaslo Golf & Country Club on October 1st, 2021 and what a beautiful course, both from the scenic and maintenance perspective. Unfortunate that due to COVID their restaurant was closed, otherwise we would have stayed to enjoy the view even longer. Next time!!

we ordered takeout from here. It was ready exactly on time. Food was piping hot and was very tasty. The chicken balls were more chicken than batter which is so uncommon! Most places just have a small piece of chicken and lots of dough.

Really beautiful golf course. The young man working there was super friendly and really accommodating. First 3 hole were a little weird with the shared fairway but it was nice having the long hole to bust out the driver on. Holes 6, 7, and 8 were my favourite.

This was a wonderful place to bring the famjam and enjoy the beauty views. Everyone was easy going including the groups we criss-crossed on the fairways. Conditions were ideal for the style of golf and I look forward to playing it again.

Kaslo Golf Course is a great place to relax and enjoy great scenery, delicious Chinese & Western food. The environment is peaceful, sun was shining and the golfers were just coming off the Course. Couldn't get any better than this.

Surprisingly challenging and beautiful golf course. Food to die for in the clubhouse.

The secret is to have the asian cuisine on the menu, it was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend even a non-golf venture just for the food, the view, and the friendly staff.
