The house is beautiful and comfortable, but the hygiene and the attitude of the host were under all criticism. It was not cleaned well after the previous guests. There was garbage left in the nightstands, there was dried food on the dishes, the yard was not cleaned. The host had nothing to do with us. We rented the whole house, and he told us to use only part of the beds so that he wouldn't have to wash extra sheets. Allegedly, the sauna is free, but in order to use it, he wanted us to pay 10 BGN per person. The place is good but not maintained, no warm welcome and it spoils the whole experience.

A squeaky bedroom, a musty bathroom, a barking dog in the yard - this is what awaits you. Horror!

You can see that the house was made with care, but it is neglected. It needs interior woodwork refreshing, mosquito nets in some rooms and replacement of some of the mattresses. The yard also needs shaping. However, it is good that the view from the terrace is beautiful. A little more work is generally required for a wonderful first impression of the house!

I would not visit this place again. The house is decent, but not at all in a state to welcome guests, the dishes with food on them, the dishes as they were found, uncleaned garbage in our closet in the room, the yard full of garbage, the sauna free, and then you are told that there is an extra charge for its use, "but on the other hand the pool is free" - we were offered it empty with misery inside in January. Cheeky and a half. We were told not to use the sheets that didn't need to be used so it wouldn't be washed later. Maybe it's all a precedent, but I don't excuse the owner, who welcomed us and within 20 minutes of our arrival, lied and grumbled about the money, which generally had to be paid to him in the end, and found all sorts of excuses to take it. Pity.

IMPOSSIBLE PLACE. NOT MAINTENANCED. THERE IS NO POOL, ONLY A DUG HOLE IN THE YARD. THERE IS NO SAUNA AND STEAM BATH. THE ROOMS SMELL OF CIGARETTES AND DAMP (MOLD). DIRTY Utensils and crockery. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Never go :) it's not clean, it smells musty, the yard is .... there isn't one. The swing is broken, the landlord is beaten. :)

On December 1, 2022, I was there on RD, I am very satisfied with the environment and the hosts, very nice people👍

We have visited so many guest houses with friends, but we have never been to such a dirty house. Terrible. It's good that there is a shop opposite to buy basic things like mushrooms, napkins, etc. There is no pool, but there are geese and chickens in the yard. Zero hygiene. For that much money, you can get at least basic kitchen accessories.
