土曜日の早めのランチで寄らせていただきました。 春日部駅西口から徒歩2〜3分にある 高級感ある おしゃれなお店でした。入口付近には 旅館にあるような「お出迎え看板」に予約者の名前がずら〜と列記されています。個人情報云々のご時世 人によっては好き嫌いが分かれるところです。確かにほとんど予約客のようで 在店時フリーのお客さんは僅かに感じました。 予約サイトを通して「旬彩献上御膳」1820円を予約して伺いました。一通り楽しめる贅沢御膳と副題があるように デザート含めどれも美味しくお値段の価値はあると思います。ご飯とお味噌汁のおかわりもありがたく各一回 頂戴しました。 カウンター席に座らされたがゆえ 調理場3名さまとホール係3名さまのコミュニケーションがあまり宜しくない面がいろいろ見えてしまいました。提供までの待ち時間が長めなのに お茶のおかわり等への配慮は言われないと対応できず、最初に提供されたご飯・味噌汁と おかわりの温度がこれほど違うの？と驚くほどでもありました。また私が食べているカウンターのすぐ横で、お盆をずら〜と並べて配膳するのもはなはな疑問です。提供する多くの器やその演出などの準備にホールさん方は翻弄されてしまい余裕がない状態が続いているように感じました。 予約の時点で「○○○のクーポンを○○○円分使います」と細かく伝え、入店時着席の際にも断って確認しているのに、お会計の際に対応した男性店員さんは「このクーポン使えますか？」と目の前で大きな声に出して 厨房の方に確認する始末。せっかく美味しいご飯をいただきましたが、残念なところがたくさんありました。総じてオペレーションに難ありです。
