Rooms and hotel ambiance environment is excellent, but no courtesy in the staff zero hospitality of the "front desk officers" they waited us for so long to makeup the room keys even though they know a day before about the booking of our staff, sometimes rooms are not clean Condition of the comforter stains of blood can be seen on attached pictures. No issues with the Room service and the house keeping staff except they entered in the room without knock thrice. Food quality is just fine.

Booked a room for a night on a very short stay to catch an early morning flight. To my surprise, the Royal Swiss hotel exceeded my expectations. Although my stay there was just under 12 hours but I enjoyed it. The reception staff was very welcoming and friendly, bell boys were very well behaved, they even provided courtesy airport dropoff which was the icing on the cake. The room was clean and spacious. Overall It's worth the money you spend.

It was a casual visit, just to check hi tea. Somewhat not upto expectation. The management was kind to give us a guided tour of the hotel which is still not fully operational. The rooms are variously priced with different levels of comfort. The main is impressive and contains a eleven foot high chandelier. The front of the hotel doesn't face the main road but the hotel is to access. A complete review should be possible after the hotel is fully functional.

Amazing 5 star hotel experience. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Proximity to the airport and peaceful surrounding. Parks are closeby too. Staff is really supportive and hospitable. There are no smart TVs in the hotel as yet, which is the only drawback. If you're planning to go, make sure to have an alternative device for watching Netflix, etc.

(Update after my second stay in June. Still all rooms stink of cigarette smoke. None of the rooms are truly smoke free. There is no enforcement of the non smoking policy. People check into non smoking rooms and smoke all night creating a terrible stench in all adjacent rooms. The manager I talked to listened to me for 30 minutes. I wrote my complaint on a paper and gave it to him and he promised to give that to the higher management). I am attaching that page to the photos. (Prior Review) Great location for traveler via Lahore airport. I saw this hotel on my search results for the last few years but never deviated from my prior routine of staying at a different hotel. We were happily surprised when we checked in this hotel. The reception is outstanding with out of this world courtesy and service. Everyone seem to be there to making our stay comfortable. Food was reasonable and the executive lounge adds value. Everyone was attentive to our needs. The swimming pool was huge and very nice. The only issue that we had was smell in the rooms from the smoking in the adjacent rooms. I suggest the management should do more to prevent smoking in the nonsmoking rooms.

Last night had the opportunity to attend the buffet at Dastar Khwan by Royal Swiss. Taste is very good. Variety of dishes and salads with desserts as well. Live Bar Bq station. Staff is also very well professionally trained and cooperative, which enhances the overall experience. Kudos to you guys. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect .The room was very neat and clean. The staff was very humble i really enjoyed my stay there. You can enjoy several dishes in their breakfast/lunch/dinner . This hotel has a gym. The swimming pool was also very neat and was good. Their spa saloon has many options to avail. They also have an all day dining system where you can have food anytime you want. Wow, amazing and so beautiful and big place I have ever visited. This place is near to the Allama Iqbal International Airport. 😊 I didn't go here to get a room but I just went to meet someone. When I parked my vehicle, I noticed that the security was excellent and the behavior of the guards was good, but their behavior should be more better and they should be more professional. As soon as I entered the hotel, I asked the receptionist for the room number and he guided me well. And after that I boarded the elevator and accessed the room. I saw a fresh and clean environment. A little bit expensive but if you can afford then i highly recommend bcs of best environment and safety.

Given the price point it’s not so great. It could be better. It has all the facilities, the staff is great and very responsive but somehow it feels like you are paying more than what you are being offered. It’s a great hotel nonetheless

Lovely hotel. Very close to the airport. On arrival you could even walk it, if you don’t have too many bags… They have a van for drop off & pick up to/from the airport. Breakfast was decent. We had 3 rooms sadly that had not been vacuumed. However the staff promptly sorted it out. Helpful staff.

The staff working there is also clean friendly and well mannered as well. The food served is hygienic and it tastes okay as well. Rooms are about 70 , 80 united states dollar. If you are visiting Lahore and need a place near the airport, then this is the best choice you can make.

There is no way I can understand how people can give such good reviews to this hotel. The experience was really a nightmare. When we checked-in, we found the carpet was dirty and hadn't been vacuumed, there was a musty smell in the washroom, and sticky tables and dirty dots on the sheets. It would be great if I could share the videos I made with my mobile device. We stayed for four days. The second day we placed the sign for making my room, but when we arrived in our room again, I found the carpet still dirty. I called them politely asking them to check the carpet. By they swear of God they come and tell me that Sir we don’t have any vacuum machine all 14 vacuums are out of order, we request several times to management but no action. I was shocked by their answer and told them that’s fine. We was about to leave hotel I lost my phone charger was checking under the bed to be honest I was about to vomit that was too dirty there was shoe, some wrappers looks like no one clean under the bed ever. After all, I am Pakistani too but it was really sad to see how our people are careless and lazy to do their job, and we were representing Pakistan in front of Saudis, who were staying in same our most luxurious hotel.

Overall good experience to stay here. I have experience many 3, 4 and 5 star hotels of different areas of Pakistan. But the things differentiate the Royal Swiss is its location and building. It is very beautiful and on a calm place.

It's a modern luxury hotel, I spent 4 nights at this hotel... Location is good for the business, near to the Allama Iqbal Airport, 5 minutes only, free shuttle car to the airport. A bit far from the City, Security is good. Food for breakfast not so many choices. gym facility is Awesome, Pool is also nice especially in the evening

One of the best hotel in Pakistan. Services are excellent. Staff is extremely friendly. I have stayed in many other hotels in Pakistan including Serena as well but I have found this hotel simply the best.

The best? Close to the airport plus a free transfer. The not so good? Far from the city (though I prefer to be closer to the airport). Rooms are very spacious. The bed and pillows were great. Bathroom spacious with shower and hot tub (bubbles worked but the hydro-massage didn’t). Though I requested a non-smoker room I got a room that was clearly a smoker (clear and heavy stench of tobacco) Breakfast was good.

This place has a perfect ambiance, but they seriously need to work on the quality and variety of their food. Their dinner buffet is as expensive as any 5 star hotel's but it has no variety. Hi tea is better but in the same same price much better hi tea options are available.

Overall the interior structure and design is very impressive but services are very poor. As soon as i checked in my room, I fought my washroom dirty(floor was full of hair.Shampoo, conditioner,showel gel and tissue box was not present. I complained the management to clean, the response was poor. Thereafter we needed an extra matrix for kids in room, we made several calls and received it after an hour delay. Next morning as soon as we took a bath realised that drainage of washroom was blocked. Breakfast was Okay and service delivery was too ok Well I must say the services I received in PC and Serena has no match with this hotel. My one star is for the beautiful building it has. They need to Alot to improve their services and it's delivery.

Had very sumptuous Hi-Tea to celebrate my son's Birthday. Although time was less but personal attention of the staff and cordial treatment made the day. THANKS TO ALL THOSE WHO CAME TO WISH AND LOOKED AFTER US All the dishes prepared were were finger licking. I had no mood to turn away from the sweet dishes table but alas the time was too short. Next time any celebrating occasion arises I am coming Royal Swiss Hotel. Thanks once again

We booked 4 rooms for 2 nights, spent a lot of money on our stay and we were left highly disappointed. After waiting quite a while for our room, once we finally received the key, the room stunk of cigarettes. I am asthmatic and I had a 3 year old with me. When we informed reception of the bad smell of cigarettes, their solution was to spray air freshener. We had to fight for them to eventually change our room. Bath was leaking in one of the rooms. The valet service lost our car for 40 minutes, we stood outside waiting as we watched their worried faces scramble about helplessly. When we tried to complaint to one of the managers we walked away as we were speaking to him. Went down to the restaurant on the first night for food, waiting almost 2 hours - food was not 5 star and not worth the money they charged us. Food was undercooked (pink chicken), lamb chops were so chewy and hard to swallow and so on. Called room service in the evening to delivery us a prayer mat which they never delivered, we called a further 4 times and still no response. Eventually we went downstairs to the reception who said "what can I do, the staff is lazy". Absolutely shocking customer service. This hotel is not worth the money, customer service is disgraceful! I will never be going back and do not recommend so either. We did complain directly to the hotel upon check out to give them the opportunity to apologise or try to rectify the situation, but no response has been received from them which has resulted in me posting this review

It's a very nice hotel, with good rooms. However, the services are not good. Neither the room service nor the waiters are efficient enough to come at par with a good hotel. Since the hotel is new, that's why rooms are good, however, if they don't improve the service, then it would not be possible to maintain it.

Arrived for 1 day as a corporate client. The front desk had all confusion whether to charge as cash or direct Bill-To-Customer. For the first time in my life I was kept on hold until they charged the credit card for the due amount plus extra. Later when ordered food the staff again came back asking for cash payment. The payment was already done at the time of check in . Front desk is the worst service, they lie, they are arrogant have no sense of running a hotel. Seems as if there is no check and balance and the whole hotel is running on stipends being paid from the employer/owner. Avoid, Do Not Come - go to Avari Lahore. Rooms are furnished but if they don't know how to behave its useless staying in.

First experience back when the hotel was considered new was excellent, service was top-notch, rooms were amazing; overall great first experience. After coming back to stay again, I felt as though the rooms weren’t as clean the first time and neither was the service. Decent hotel, not as fond as the first time around.

First time visit to Lahore and we have to say the hotel was amazing. Never thought that there could be an amazing hotel in Pakistan. I enjoyed everything about the hotel including the lovely breakfast which had lots of different varieties. The staff were very helpful and professional especially Asiya Saeed. She was lovely and helpful, simply loved her courteous behavior towards us while welcoming and also during our stay Cleanliness was 10 out of 10. It is surely a 5-star hotel. The attractions like pool and gym were excellent.

There are serious service and management issues. It's look like staff is not trained to handle a big facility. The staff unable to provide feedback or reach back to guest if a complaint or concern is raised. Further there is no cooling in room despite the thermostat kept at 18°c. I was sweating most of the time inside comforter! Rooms are hot while lobby and common areas are cold. It should be other way around. This is not expected from a hotel charging 20k to 25k per night. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Tasty food Sufficient restrooms to accommodate serving large gatherings, conference etc. Live plants around feels so pleasing. My name is Noman Ahmed Khan and I'm country security manager Pakistan & Afghanistan at EY. This was my first time in Royal Swiss and it was really a royal experience. I'm very impressed with the hotel and from security and safety and from all aspect this is the no. 1 hotel in Pakistan. Hotel Security and safety staff were nice so as the sales department but the guest relation officer named Naveria was the first impression and she was so nice and professional and courteous throughout my stay. I will definitely recommend Royal Swiss as first priority.

Everything was up to the mark with phenomenal services. Courteous behaviour of the staff is laudable. Ms. Asiya Saeed from the management happens to be a great person with amazing hospitality skills. All the best to the hotel management.

When in lahore ,I visit in Royal swiss as i know what to expect , Great services provided by an extremely friendly staff but guest relations Dear pretty lady Naveria very cute smile ☺️and soft and professional talk , Perform Good behaviour, i m very Impressed how she trained , Great team work with guests,food was good' tasty,thanks naveria Great hotel , 100% 5 starx @😊

Everything is good, foodstuff is awesome. The staff is extremely courteous. Whenever I use their executive lounge. Their coffee machine is out of order which leads to poor customer experience. They must address this issue ASAP.

Today tried hi tea at Royal Swiss. It was excellent, a lot of dishes were their, tried fried fish, kababs, chicken tikka boti, soop, fruit chat, all were wonderful. A lot more things were there but of course cannot eat every thing. What I tried that was best. Price were also reasonable. Keep it up.

I visited it 2 times. This hotel has just amazing views, luxurious rooms and delicious food except one dish [ white karahi ] and swimming pool on the top is fabulous but water temperature wasn't satisfying.

Greetings im from haji son basically from quetta it was my first time in Royal Swiss hotel .i m greatly satisfied by all your service very compatable room highly cool very facilitate i felt so calm quiet adrobe .first time see very fantasitic environment.the Naveria was very active her work and guidence was very appreciatve. Although they have great opportunity to increase the business size but don't think anyone is serious on this. Service level and especially rooms are quite low w.r.t charges. Food in restaurant is quite good.

i am afraid to tell u there towels at pool side had very bad smell,,, i didnt experience that worst before , but the good part is the guest relation manager asia saeed took immidiate and promt action as soon as i bring that issue in her notice . she has really profesional and carring behaviour for guests ... hats off to her,

The hotel is located in the airport area, the rooms are luxuriously designed, but they are not taken care of, the hotel is obviously neglected. For example, the shower drain in my room was clogged, water overflowed from the shower or the bathroom lights did not turn on. We can multiply examples such as the floor managers did not check. The staff in the corridors are shoutingThey do not realize that the place where they work is a hotel and people are sleeping.Most of the rooms do not receive daylight and look at the interior corridors. Compared to a Swiss hotel located at the airport, the breakfast is very poor and such a chain hotel with a local buffet should set up an international buffet. For example, the only types of tea and coffee are milk tea, black tea and coffee. They don't even have Early Gray tea, or even if I have a coffee filter or powdered coffee, they can't even answer that. So don't keep your expectations high, this is a hotel where you can sleep for a day and then get up and fly. They invested a lot, but they could not provide guest comfort.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel staff was very humble and helpful they made is so beautiful it benefits more to the people who want to stay near airport and yes ring road is near to it but still. Swimming pool was clean which is impressive one thing which disappointed me was some of the food was not fresh and it was cold i must say it was not with all the food in the buffet as dessert section was delicious

Attended a private event here. The hotel is next to the airport and close to the ring road. Hotel has a great ambience, well cleaned, spacious halls and most importantly the security personnel at the hotel were exceptional and the facilities exceeded all expectations. Food was just average!

I recently visited the Royal Swiss hotel, and I must say, the hotel environment was excellent. The ambiance and decor were top-notch, creating a truly royal atmosphere. However, I was disappointed with the staff. Their service was not up to par, and I encountered several instances of unprofessional behavior. Despite the beautiful surroundings, the overall experience was marred by the staff's shortcomings.

Everything was as good as you can expect from luxury hotel in Pakistan, but for me it rtaes were little on the higher side considering condition of the country. But all and all very good experience. LOVED IT 🥰

An excellent place to stop for quick business trips. Reservations are done quickly and comfortably. Staff is quite cooperative and kind. Vicinity is also safe and gives the comfortable vibes. Brilliant teams for customer service, every greets while passing by and helpful. Recommended for travellers and locals as the dining options are available as well, with scenematic view.

After 7 days of comfortable stay at Royal swiss i recommend this hotel to stay because of its convenient location, level of customer service, cleanliness and the overall ambiance. Specially i would like to pay Thanks to the customer relation officer Ms Naveria. She went beyond the expectations. she tried her best to resolve my problem of changing room of my choice. My stay was exceptional. Staff is very professional and cooperative. Rooms are cozy and beds are also comfortable. Naveria guest relation officer is also very sweet. She makes sure guests dont have any issue with the stay.

It was my first time staying at the royal Swiss, I was welcomed by the receptionist who upgraded my room and also gave me late check out. All staff are fantastic very welcoming and helpful. The guest relations manager Asiya and Aliza from the inspiration spa made me feel very comfortable and relaxed with my treatments. I would recommend Royal Swiss hotel as this is very close to Lahore Airport.

Amazing lunch. Buffet is small but tasty. Enjoy a lot there. Rooftop is amazing and providing a very great view. Such a nice place in Lahore.

Came for a wedding to Lahore and the hotel was absolutely amazing ... looked after us in every way possible and accommodated all our needs. It is next door to the airport, which is perfect as after a long non direct flight from London the girls could quickly get changed and done up so we could go straight to the first function... weddings here are over 5 nights, so lots of functions! Guest relations manager is Asyia, who was absolutely the best she makes so much effort and is a true credit to the hotel... the girls on the front desk... Beenish and Naveria were so warm and welcoming that it was almost like meeting family members! The salon is called inspiration and dies a great job in every department, including wedding makeup for the ladies.. I had my hair filled with fibre to hide my bold patch, which made me look 20 yrs younger 😅 restaurants are great and I nearly forgot... you must try yhe high tea between 4pm to 6pm... see my video attached. Thank you Royal Swiss for your brilliant service and hospitality!

I stayed 3 nights at the Royal Swiss Lahore during the month of October. Being originally from Canada, I found the standard of hotels in Pakistan to be average. However, Royal Swiss Lahore exceeded my expectations and provided state of the art ammenties, service, luxury and facilities. I have found it to be one of the top hotels in the province. The hotel staff were very friendly and the Guest Relations Manager - Miss Asiya Saeed was helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend this hotel to those considering staying!

Have to ask at least thrice and wait 20 mins to get anything done. Had to ask for baggage porter thrice before he made it to my room, had to ask for the manager thrice, had to ask for the baggage to be carried into the car multiple times at the front desk before I finally had to request a porter myself after waiting for 20 mins. And they are not accommodating at all to say the least. Such lack of hospitality in hospitality industry.

I recently stayed at Royal Swiss and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay specially Asiya Saeed ❤️. I also appreciated the convenient location, as it was close to the airport . Overall, I highly recommen and look forward to staying there again in the future.❤️

A great hotel ,very grand and clean. Rooms are comfy and well kept. Ask for the bigger rooms on the corners they are like suites. The room rates are good as well. Zahid was very helpful indeed with my booking and following up on pick up as I had family and multiple suitcases. Bilal from concierge was helpful too and also the driver and Bell boy who loaded our luggage for the airport drop which took 10 mins.

A very good hotel at a reachable location ' near to airport and city as well 'yet away from the rish of city's every facility of leisure available at the spot. Food quality is good and staff is courteous

Had my hair and makeup slayed by Tania and Kristine for three days straight—seriously amazing job! 🌟 They nailed the look I wanted, and I felt like a million bucks. Our 10 days stay was booked by our tour operator during our visit to our Gurdwaras in Pakistan. We had a grand welcome with fresh rose garlands which I dried and brought back with me. It is indeed a Luxury hotel where staff from housekeeping, waiting staff and chefs go beyond their call of duty to please and accommodate everyone’s needs given that there were 400 of us. We had requested vegetarian menu as we were all on religious yatra (pilgrimage). There was too much food choice in the evening both mains and desserts. Sadly, I saw too much food wastage, with over filled plates of food left on tables, no reflection on the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and convey my gratitude and heartfelt thanks to all the staff working in the hotel. If life permits, I would love to return and stay at Royal Swiss again, and I will bring a poster raising awareness on food wastage on plates. 🙏

I visited along with my family for a hi-res Overall experience is 5/5 Service is 4/5 they can improve specially when it is crowded I did not stay overnight so can't comment on room and it's ratings Overall suggest friends and families to visit this at least once a while. Hope hotel continues to improve overall experience for visitors and guests.

Hotel staff generally very cooperative and helping Specially Mr.farooq gym instructor is phenomenal Mr.shams and from room services always understand the need of customer so is Mr.usman Ms.neveria at front desk is always cheering and friendly Bilawal from Bell desk is also good However I would urge on overall cleaning of rooms and hygiene factor to be enhanced as much as possible Good luck
