Good collection but the quality is poor. Customer support is good as they repaired shoes without demanding any receipt etc.

Very disappointed from their staff behavior specially the cash counter guy very rude. Their behavior suddenly changed when you go to change the shoes, literally they don't want to change the articles. We have the rights to change the shoes due to size issue and clearly mentioned on the receipt that we can change the shoes within the time frame. Why this behavior we are facing on every spot in Pakistan?

It's an ok place to buy shoes. Frankly I only bought once the rested of the times I went I didn't find much variety and choice to choose from and the shoes that attract you are a bit too expensive compared to other brands one can get a similar kind of shoes in a cheaper price. This is my opinion. But please do visit, maybe you find something that you'd buy.

Nice shoes in here...but they charge for bag even if you buy more than 2000

We went on the 23rd and there was literally one rack which had sale, that too typically they had increased prices by 80% and gave 50% off. The worst thing was, it was boiling hot! They didn't turn the AC on and it was sooo hot! Unbelievably hot! It's not the staff we had a problem with, it's the brand's decision to create an atmosphere that's good for customers. I don't think Pakistani brands will ever learn this
