Good place. We had our child's birthday there. Food is ok. But liked ambient of the place and behavior of the staff.

McCafe is brilliant because it’s A quality coffee with reasonable prices. I recently switched from Gloria Jeans to here… their espresso shots are also a treat for coffee lovers.

I went to kfc but it seems like bahria also has started load shedding so kfc light just came when we reached and they said you will have to wait for 30 minutes at least so we searched for McDonald's and came here. McDonald's is just I'm lovin it. They have a big seating and almost four machines for order. Well machines were not accepting cards so we have to go to the counter for POS machine.

It's good but sometimes they do miss items in rush hours specially in locks down since all the traffic comes in the drive through zone.. there should be at least 3 people managing the orders.. the same person should not be taking orders and taking money at the same window... because it's very hard work and creates a lot of confusion.. one should take orders and one should take the money and the third should be on standby just in case...

Firstly, I'd like to say that the service was terrible, atrocious, awful, indeed. We were missing sauces and thus we went to ask them for these sauces that we had paid for. We proceeded to wait approximately 15 minutes just to be given the wrong bbq sauce. Horrendous. Close to tears, we asked what was up. At one point, the staff started fighting with each other. Disgusting. Furthermore, some of the male staff gave off odd and creepy feelings such as continuously smiling at the ladies. At one point, we asked a waiter for tissues and he vanished from the face of the earth. Completely ceased to exist, seemingly. Before we even encountered all of the issues already described above, when placing our order, we were unable to pay with our card due to the faulty machines. The straw the broke the camel's back was the ice cream machine being broken (as usual). The kids were distraught. I hope all these issues can be fixed and to anyone reading, beware if you visit this branch. Thank you.

This is the Best Fast Food chain in the Whole world. Macdonald's Standard is very Good and Prices are OK. But they should be a bit less. This place is good to go once in a week. But Homemade food is way better.

It took us 20 minutes in the drive through lane to get three burgers. Apart from that, any person with a conscience should boycott this pathetic chain of restaurants.

Restaurant manager was a super man. I asked him to stop the music for a while and he obliged. He was working with the staff on Eid day. Food was awesome and the staff was super supportive as usual.

Very good food!! Especially their happy meal. But now I'm so sure as they have rapidly increased their price! It's equal to the price of like seriously expensive restaurants! (But still it is the best fast restaurant )

I like them for what they offer but the taste is so artificial and you cant taste actual beef in the burgers. I have tried their Big Mac and other beef burgers but the patty is so much machine processed that it doesnt taste like beef at all.

Had a strange experience. My bill 3100 approx and my debit card was charged 3600. My fault is that I didn't check while entering pin code. Realized once I reached home and checked sms. Posting it so that people keep a check while making payments

Simply I would say I love the taste and quality of the McDonald's. Where ever you go, you will find it same in taste. I like their family meals which is quiet cost-effective and have sufficient for a family of 4-6 persons. I have been at McDonald's in different branches at Karachi/Lahore, Pakistan, Dubai, Sweden, Finland, Thailand and China. There is a bit difference in the Chinese operated branches of McDonald's.

Halal McDonald’s is a dream come true. We live in Canada and there is no halal McDonald’s. Pakistan McDonald’s is good but the fries are different. They are using local potato’s and fries instead of importing them. Taste is very similar but they need to be consistent with service and food!

This has got to be the worst branch of McDonald's in Lahore. They often don't have things available to make your perfect burger (sometimes bun is missing, sometimes sauce). There's always an issue with this branch. They don't even have breakfast. It should be shut down.

They have a good deals in their App, also had good experience but prices are too high as compare to Mc in Australia/USA

I visited here in 2017 when I came to pakistan for my brother in laws wedding I was quite impressed the orange juice was not good though the breakfast was very nice and everything I tried was nice play area for kids is good also

As always the staff was friendliest and the atmosphere was peaceful. The ambiance was cool as well. Food was also yumm!

Play area is at first floor for kids but AC was off. After request they turned on AC and said that management didn't allow us to on the first floor until the ground floor get full. It's a childish desion of a multinational .

Provided military aid to Israeli army and the Pakistani counterpart don't have the guts to condemn Israel. They make millions per week from every single branch yet they cannot even speak for the public they are drawing money from.

The management needs to know the order packing staff is not doing their job Right and they are forgetting shakes / drinks in my last three consecutive orders despite of telling them before placing order . They need to double check items before packing every single order.

Good place to visit, due to covid dine in isn't available but you can take away.

I have been to this location on several occasions and found the staff super welcoming, they take cleanliness very seriously which is absolutely commendable, I have given 4 for food just because a couple of times the fries we were served were cold.

This branch of McDonald's food was not fresh and not upto mark. Other McDonald's branches are better.

No doubt whenever you need to eat some reasonable and quality fast food, McDonald's is always there. Bahria Town branch is really good branch with very helping staff and overall calm and less noisy place. There were several times when I went there all alone and enjoyed myself by being served humbly and happily and enjoyed my food. It is a good place for family and couples as well. McDonald's recently introduced their point system app which is really good and I highly appreciate McDonald's for doing that. 👍

Nice and fresh fast food served here. Burgers, nuggets, wraps, fried chicken, hot and cold beverages available. Efficient staff. Also the facility of drive through. Kids specially love thise place.

Excellent quality of fried chickwn, very hot and fresh. Nice staff. Clean restaurant. BUT MC CAFE SUX. THE chocolate fudge cake slice coat almost 400rs and it was stale and hard. Very disgusting and at least 2 day old cake piece. Waste of my hard earned money.

The Worst McDonald's I've been to in a while, the ambience and environment was all up to par but the food, the food was the worst. I had their Signature Spicy Mcrispy and trust me, I wanted to puke. The buns were old and moldy and the chicken had a weird smell. The Fries were also super dull and distasteful.

Food was absolutely delicious and service was really nice. Staff is well trained and friendly.. Last time I visited, there was a kid who kept screaming (not crying) on the first floor whilst waiters being present yet no one made them stop or did anything to stop it..

We had deals of per person in somewhat around in 700+ but it was not worth it you can have so much better taste and quality and quantity in other restaurants that this it was just 3 4 bites burger with tasteless chicken. We requested for the ketchup for the taste 😂 but even they are not providing you excess ketchup very pathetic experience...

Did not attended even did not care who is coming or going .The staff totaly non cooperative and non courtious.Two staff ladies having gup shup near cashier counter.The man near the counter was their supervisor even that gentleman was answering properly.order was given to take awy but they brought openly in a tray.On my request the same packed .which was very cold non crispy.

Apparently breakfast should be served indoors. Let's assume their rules prohibit them from that. So I had to knock at the drive through, the lady was coughing while her mask was pulled down. She served me on the road side. The hash brown was quite oily and not crisp. As if it was refried, I was not provided my ketchup and brown sugar sachet, for which I had to knock at two different windows. There were no dust bins outside to throw away the coffee cup or tissue.

I visited McDonald's last week with my family. We ordered some burgers, fries, nuggets and drinks from their summer deals menu. The food was delivered quickly and was hot and fresh. The burgers were juicy and tasty, the fries were crispy and the nuggets were tender and flavorful. The drinks were refreshing and the ice cream was creamy and delicious.
