Kfc is offering the best deals in town most economical compare to any other fast food chain at the moment there share boxes are too good and we must appreciate the effort in this hard times they are giving out the best deals possible about the branch it’s small and decent with one table on ground floor and rest on the first floor they are also offering separate sitting for special occasions or to celebrate birthday and get together

It is a great place for chicken and just as they said no one makes chicken better than them. Their chicken has an amazing spicy taste yet it is not very spicy. Icecream is economical as compared to other similar restaurants but it tastes amazing. The staff is very professional and the sitting area is beautiful. They serve food within 5 minutes which is best if you are in hurry.

During our family visit to get the groceries of the month, we finally stopped at the "KFC - Bahria Town" while returning back to Home DHA-EME society. As we were a bit late, one could witness the rush we faced as they were gonna close around 11:00 PM and it was already 10:00 PM. As usual the kids enjoyed a lot through quality, services and atmosphere too.

Always the first spot for me on a weekend. It is a good branch.

Food is tasty but the place is little bit crowded.

staff is very rude and specially the lady on front she misbehaves and doesn’t listen. after her behaviour i left without buying food. will not recommend that branch

This KFC restaurant is pretty spacious and Comfortable but due to COVID-19 the seating area is closed but the service is good and has the same standard as all other KFC restaurants. But I have noticed that they are starting to put a smaller chicken piece in the Zinger but If we tell them that the chicken pieces used to be big but now they are small. Then they will change the Chicken piece With a bigger one.

Staff is very co-operative whatever you dine-in, Take Away or order for delivery. They tried their best to facilitate you. KFC does not need compliments for their burgers, they are no doubt, THE BEST. Although I think the atmosphere and environment could use a bit of interior designing and renovation.

We ordered value bucket. Food was not fresh and greasy. Oil was literally dropping down from the chicken pieces. Bad experience. I hope we don't get food poisoning.

Good for singles as well as for couples. People of Bahria town are educated civilised and vry well mannered. KFC provide us a pleasant environment for our families. We ordered one zinger burger 9/10 with cheese and soft drink. One spicy wing bucket (buffalo sauce) 10/10. And crispy chicken pieces. 9/10. Overall a good experience and the place was good

Slow service, staff with sad faces. crisp on the chicken was so hard my son couldn’t eat it. Toilets were not clean. Pepsi was flat and had no taste, felt like water. There was nothing else left that could go wrong

KFC food is always fairly good.

The customer service was very poor. When I asked for my meal instead of asking if I would like anything else the price was shouted out to me. I was then charged double and instead of informing me of the issue at hand the member of staff just walked away and got a manager. Who again never explained what had happened. When I was given my change I wasn't told the amount, the money was waved at my face. I had to wait 19mins for my 1 burger to be made. 2 customers with full meals who came after me were served before me. I could tell by the person who served me reaction that he had actually messed up my order. Customers were being told to were face masks, but staff was not following the guidelines. Masks were worn, but the mouth was not covered management were not even wearing a mask. The cashier was continously rubbing his eyes and on occasions cleaning his teeth with his hand. When my food was finally ready no one apologised for the delay. My receipt was thrown away. I had to ask for it back. The burger was nice, but the chips and gone cold and the drink had near to none syrup in it. It was very watery. The staff were aware of this, but done nothing to fix it. Given KFC's standards overall very poor experience. The 2 starts are for the nice burger and the great security guards who were very kind and their greetings were very genuine.

I got food poisoning and diarrhea from the food that I ordered last time. Guys seriously stay away from these junks. Such corporation do not care about our health they just want their taste to be perfect so that we can get use to it.

Good experience of tasty food but they don't have different flavors of ice cream available..and serving with just one functional counter No drive away was there which will be a very helpful addition in these Covid days to control spread of Covid and we can avoid staying on lines too for a long time.

The food took way more time than it usually takes, but the food was served freshly. Had a pretty good convo w the employees and they seemed to be very nice and welcoming. A 5 star because of the taste, but it took over 25+ minutes to get my food, so it deserves a 4, but I would totally recommend If you're looking for fresh & quality food.

I had a chance to try their Kentuckey Burger. A crispy zinger patty with Beef Pepperoni and Cheese slice tasted succulent. BBQ sauce further enhanced the experience. The black seed Bun was fresh and tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed this burger.

Food, as expected, was great. The staff was super nice and we got our food in a reasonable amount of time. Lastly, the sitting arrangement was fine, clean and well-maintained.

Well KFC of Bahria Town Lahore is very disappointing in terms of taste and quality the chicken pieces is over cooked and has very bad after taste my stomach feels very bad it's like the part of oil which they cooked very bad and also the quality of KFC in Pakistan is degrading over time I wouldn't recommend KFC for chicken lovers in Pakistan overall it's ok if you have no other options otherwise I am not satisfied but I liked to their chicken wings it's good ☺️.

Taste od the kFc is always the same but this bharia town branch is very much rushy place. It was hard to find a table there but the good staff manages the visitors.

Restaurant entrance was painted with sticky paint. There is no sign to avoid this area. Shirts and hands of customers are getting dirty while touching slots. We are not paying for food only but for environment also. Its the worst example of Facilities in KFC. I have attached pictures also for reference. During contact with restaurant staff, they dont bother anything

I love KFC. This branch is good because whenever I've something from there, its fresh. The zingeratha from here is better than any other KFC. sure you will have to wait for that but it is served fresh. I love their new Moroccan burger. Its best if you eat it while its hot and its the best burger so far from KFC menu.

Absolutely pathetic service and very poor quality of food served, staff has a very rude behaviour, riders outfit is dirty, smells bad and visibly unhygenic. Overall it reflects on whosoever is the in charge, he is a nincumpoop and I believe he has strong connections with his higher ups. He is definitely a bringing a bad name to an international chain. Cold food n very much delayed serving, they didn't follow proper mechanism to provide on as come as serve. Pathetic services and messy burger was just as 150 rupees zinger burger from any local dhaba.

Too congested feeling, lacks systematic order receing and serving. Have experienced lags in service due to this bottleneck few times. Self service restaurants like KFC need to be spacious, have enough counters to deal with multiple customers.

These guys have been operating single kiosk for quite sometime now resulting in queues in covid. Generally their food is fine but never do an online order with them, there is a huge difference in quality if you go pick it up yourself instead of online order.

Went there to avail the Kfc 99 rupee zinger deal. The lady incharge or manager was very rude to the customers saying our system is down and shouting in a loud voice whereas the guy cashier was nice and courteous. And personally argued with the lady and helped me get my order after 20 minutes even though I showed her my bank sms that my payment has gone through and money has been deducted.

Visited KFC after ages. They continued there tradition to disappoint me. Ordinary + Haphazard service. Average food. 1.5L 7Up was warm - room temperature. They are POOR in service as compared to McDonald's. It's one of the reasons why Timmy's doing a great Job in Bahria Town.

I personally love Kfc but when the chicken is fresh because its reheated sometimes or they send chest pieces although if you add instructions they follow them so make sure to use them right :))

Amazing taste, it got everything except good reception. You don't feel welcome by staff. It could be because too many customers. But try to teach order taking staff some manners to treat customers with smile.
