Anti hygiene food and there was no customer service. I thought that it was private pizza store. We did bad experience to visit that store. No body said that it is pizza hut after visit. The garlic bread was not able to eat.there was bad smell in food. Never visit again pizza hut even in all over pakistani stores.

Had the worst experience there. Poor food quality, unhygienic. Flies were there on food. Highly not recommended

The Worst Pizza I ate ever. I ordered 2 different flavors online. Both of were missing their ingredients. And it was just cheese and chicken. The pizza base, dough, & crust too were hard like wood. The toppings were missing ingredients and it was also hard like metal. It was just chicken in the toppings that too literally burned. Worst experience ever.

Pizza was ok but garlic bread never came although money was charged for it. The experience was not very impressive :(

Had a good experience except the Pizza delivery was late.

The worst experience I ever had at Pizza hut. They don't even provided me the computerized bill because they were charging excess amount. Pizza was the worst and the service...... please change your staff at this outlet. They don't even know how to talk to the costumers.

Oct 2020 ☆☆ Poor poor poor. Not a place to be. Hygiene is a big concern. Cutlery needs polishing. Whole restaurant needs an upgrade. Aug 2022 ☆☆☆ Restaurant upgraded itself. Hygiene level is better still needs betterment. Cutlery same old. 1 extra star for getting things better.

Pizza hut Faisal town branch is a good one, the taste of pizza and the quality was outstanding. Service was also good, the best thing is the taste of the pizza. I ordered the chicken Supreme and that was great. I love it, visit this branch and u will amazed.

The pizza was good, however Pizza Hut always lacks in terms of service. Been eating Pizza Hut since 15 years now. Obviously the taste and quality has gotten low, but we still go once in a blue moon. PS: The only photo I took.

Waste of money 🤢!! The dough was so rubbery and low quality and there was very little cheese on pizza. The ingredients were used so little. It just felt like we're eating bland bread. 1 star for fine service that too the restaurant was completely empty.

Other brands of pizza are might b good in taste quantity or prices etc .. But for pizza hut the standard of pizza and orignality of the product is un matchable .. Rest ur opinions will tell how real is my thinking ??

The place is fine but couldn't get the idea why were there so less customers and some local staff was having gossip on the cash counter. It seemed like some street cafe instead of a true branch of Pizza Hut

Quality standards of pizza hut dropped. Now pizza hut is working only for money making. No focus on quality and services. I feel Now its wastage of time if visit pizza hut.

Most of Pizzahut branches have already been closed due to poor service. The pizza is over priced and no match in quality as compared to many other pizza places

We were there around 11pm. Ramadan deals were not available, garlic bread wasn't available as well. They helped me with placing the order (tikka & fagita pizza). The taste wasn't up to the mark.

Worst outlet of Pizza Hut with so sluggish staff and Manager. Not only food but also environment is unhygienic. They give third class ketchup that you can’t even think to eat. Very worst experience 👎👎👎

It was heavy raining when I ordered for a deal. It was a triple deal of medium pizzas. Both service and quality was pathetic. One of the pizza was over cooked and chewy while other two were also not up to the routine standard. Most of the service boys were not present for service. Only reception/order boy was very co operative. PizzaHut has adopted all the service qualities of a local dhaba.

That was not a good experience. No good staff. Avarage food quality. Even avarage cutlery. And have not enough knowledge about their Deals..🙄 1 hour plus wait after order and they have only 2 table busy included us.. No manners M really so disappointed this Pizza hut branch. Otherwise I have good experience with pizza hut Mall roads.

Amazing taste, but the cleaning system should be improved

Shogran is 1 of the best tourist spot in Pakistan, Only take 8 hrs drive from Lahore on motorway Not rushy area Pine park hotel is best hotel in shogran but some other hotels r available in cheap fares Overall nice place

I have some following reasons. 1. No servers what so ever. 2. Rude Behavior. 3. Unfriendly place. 4. Found a hair on my pizza because bunch of idiot don't know they have invented hair nets. 5. Poor management. 6. A lot of people complaining about pizza. 7. Every time they claim that they don't have beef available in the stock. My advice, ditch this branch and try another one.

Not good for family sitting. Because of entrance. Its on 1st floor.

Ridiculously hideous pizza i ever had in my life. It’s so worst a normal person cannot imagine, the customer service itself is worse. There is nothing you gonna like about it. Never gonna come here again
