I bought two shoes from Unze London. One shoe got wrinkles on it in two weeks. The second shoe is not comfortable and it hurt after some time. Shoes look good in pictures.

I ordered heels from them online. And got one used heel and one new. Then i called them and they rejected my calls. And told me to email their customer service. Which i did, the customer service never replied it’s been weeks. Then the whatsapped them the pictures and they told me to go to the neartest store to get it exchanged. What is the point of ordering online if i have to go to the store? Nonetheless i still went to the shop in rawalpindi commercial market and the shop was open but they said they don’t have this design and only Lahore shop does since that’s where i ordered from. Wow. Worst experience ever. Do not buy shoes from them. Specially not online. Never.

They are very very bad in: 1-Custom service on phone 2-what’s up massaging, they send voice messages instead of text messages 3-Wrong products delivery 4-Rude conversation after اسلام و علیکم جزا کلا خیر Every time 5- Hold money over two months to give refund 6-To get my refund back, I filed dispute through credit card company. 7-I also taken up matter with chamber of commerce New York ABOUT THEIR un business like attitude to get my refund back. In view of my very bad experience with this company, I recommend do not do the business with UNZE in PAKISTAN.

Customer service is v bad, bought shoes in October and i went today to replace them or exchange but manager in y block was to rude,don't know how to talk with Customer and talked with me in v bad manner. Khair,its not about 3or4000 shoes but atleast they know how to treat it talk with client. Its an brand not any local shoe company. Very disappointed with staff and manager,i left my shoes at outlet by saying this,"gift it to any poor guy"

They misguide customers by stating 365 days return and refund policy. I had issue with my shoe when I asked for repair or replacement they excused by sing, there is no policy for used shoe. Instead of listening to issue they just asked me it would be your fault of selecting size, it was seriously stupid answer. Who will ask for repair of un-used pair of show.

Excellent service and great deals offered specially THE SALE. New variety is also included in every sale which is an ongoing surprise here in our markets. The CEO takes keen interest in customer care and quality of the products. Their shoe quality is way better than the other local big names.

Too expensive, the quality of shoes don't worth theirs price.

I visited this store yesterday with my friend who was interested in buying a sandal for himself. I also bought an article from there which looks very good. I am posting this review on my first visit impression of the store. They have a wide range of show quality of men/women. The quality of shoes doesn't impress me that much. The prices are high if you compare it with old brands (Service/Bata).

Shoes are expensive but good at sale time

Best thing that they are giving you Lifetime Refund and Exchange offer on Unused items which is a very unique selling point and never offered by any brand in Pakistan.

Went there to get some shoes. It was a sale day so a lot of customers were present there. There was panic and shoes were not arriving on time to try and many were already gone. The staff was swiftly handling everything and was coding the purchases for faster checkout. Products were of good quality and well worth the price.

I am not fan of Unze after my last purchase. Not a durable quality as per my experience.
