When entering passport office before getting in queue, Make sure to know from information counter, whether your ID area falls under this passport office or not. Wasted my 3 hours standing in long queue & at the end the day no use. Plus before going make sure to submit fee from any designated National bank branch (Preferable Regal Chowk, Mall road) Normal 3,000/... Urgent 5,000/- Take two cnic copy- and in case of renewal Old Passport plus a copy as well.

Very poor service. We waited almost 5-6 hours in lines! Pathetic experience! We reached the office at 8AM and the whole day was wasted by their service. A hug rush of public! No token system for fee submission! They prefer there own relationships, relatives etc.

The very important initiative by the government. The people do not have to go to Lahore for passport now. The office is performing good job. Easy application system and timely delivery of passport show the efficiency of the staff. Sometimes there are a lot of people waiting their turns and one has to wait for long in the queue.

The government should take strict action against them. These people line up in long queues so that people can pay them extra money to avoid humiliation.

Very bad service, due to couroupt govt system there is not such facilities for citizens. U will see a lot of fraudulent people outside and inside as well.

Very bad ... not due to staff but the DG Passport is directly responsible to do not provide the proper grant n equipments. In this 21st Century even they don't hv any online information desk.

Every person here demand corruption for extra money with audio line and save your time please give me 1000 rupees for your work all worker of passport office and agent demand

It's been 15 working days I don't get my passport and it's and urgent passport i pay 7500. What a pathetic service you're providing your public.

They are showing wrong timings. I went there knocked the door but no one opened after few minutes a person came on bike he knocked the door and door was opened for him.. we asked them 4 times is office is closed but they did not answer even they were looking at us.. don't follow this time. Only go from Monday to Friday as early as possible

No long queues, cooperative staff and all the work had completed in only an hour. Its a good initiative for the Passport office in Kasur city and no more needed to go to Lahore for applying and collecting your passport. Thanks

This place was totally corrupt. No parking available no security and also there are some agents that take money from us and then they will do your work fast.
