Visiting this place was just waste of time and money. They treat us like they are the only one with MRI and CT scan n staffs around the reception are very unprofessionals, watching mobile all the time. The response was really not good n need some training of customer service. I just feel that n suggest" if I don't like ur job then just don't do it." Very bad experience 🙁😕

Clinic is usually busy. PET Scan wait an all took approximately 4 hours. Nepal should invest on PET machines as demand is increasing.

The waiting room is small and crowded with the visitors, outside noise from the main road is heard loud. The quality of MRI is poor, very low resolution.

Waste of time and money. They said to come for a MRI scan between 8am to 1pm. We went at 10pm. Waited for 4 and a half hours till 2pm. They couldn't find a cotton to put after removing canula. Such carelessness. We asked " when could we get the report they said after 10am next day. They gave the report at 4:30pm the next day after calling them repeatedly. I don't recommend anyone to go here even if your consultant refers you here. At last, I would also like to say that the staffs in the front desk don't know what they are doing. Zero customer service, zero mamagement, just big talk. If your consultant refers you here, it means they are getting a big fat commission from the Sooriya Diagnostics. Wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go here.

Regarding the case for my 10 month baby. We did CT Angiogram which was superb confirmative result. Equipment and staff responses are so good. Doctors loving care toward baby was so likely impressive. Love it and like it. Result was a bit late.

I feel like it's the worst diagnostic center I've seen.. visited ever.. Receptionist are also rude and talk like we're nothing to them.. Please for your sake don't go there.. it's just waste of money and time..

Doctor said that the report was clearer. Wait is nearly unavoidable even if you have booked a time and reached early. No parking available for a car. Alternate parking they suggested was full in both of my visits. Roadside parking the parking rude guy suggested has a parking fine board. Nightmare for parking 😂

It took so many time. I wouldn’t recommend this for MRI or any thing else.
