First thing in my mind when I visit here was like oh wow nice place but once I interact with the staffs I fell they are not good at hospitality n in some times they are rude. Also denied for help which makes me feel about this diagnostic center. However the premises, labs, hall and other areas are good and hygiene. I must add the cleaning staffs are more good than the attendees.

I happened to use their service recently just because it was the closest lab to where I live. Though aesthetically appealing, the customer service is a joke. The phone appointments we make prior to visiting the place does not mean anything and it’s more like first come first serve system (I recommend you arrive 2 hours after the slot time they provide on the phone or arrive early to secure an early spot.) The front desk staffs are rude and inconsiderate. They only add onto the hardship a patient is already enduring and seriously need a customer service training. Let’s face it, speaking politely is not that hard.

Poor service! Appointment made at 12 MD, extended till 3pm! When trun arrived, their MRI equipment didn't work! Waited so long wearing the gown with empty stomach since last dinner! Arrived home at 6:30 pm! Such a tough day..

I came for MRI a year back as well, waited 4 hours for my turn. Returned a year later for a follow up MRI. Nothing has improved since then. Same awful reception, same mentality. They should understand what "appointment" means. Either they don't care of customer satisfaction or they just don't give a damn about others time. They should build a guest house, given their bad timings and a big waiting.

NOT SINGLE STAR 🤬 WORST staff in reception. Too rude and mannerless. Teach her some customer relationship manner. Over the phone and also physically she talked too rudely to everyone i heard and with me as well. And that is NOT Tolerable. We pay our money there for the service your center gives, your people are not doing it for free.and your center is also not only one in Kathmandu to do that. We have lots of other centers to go, but your center have only us to come. Please understand if this.

Charged 19,000 for CT scan but didn't get any detailed report and was further referred for MRI because the staff attending me didnt not inject the medicine properly. Its really unfair that I have to undergo another round of test (charging even more) without any compensation for the staff's mistake. Also the staff didnt help me out to reduce the lump that I got from the injection.

These people charge 75,000 Nepali rupees for PET CT Scan. But the service is the worse! Only 1 single person at the registration desk, we were to either guess or take our own weight & height no staffs were dedicated for it, the waiting room is soooo small & crowded, plus the front desk people missed to give us the note on what should the patient do & don’t do before the PET Scan hence arrived at 10 AM in the morning & our job here was finished only at 4:30 PM. Also FYI, PET Scan at Rajiv Gandhi Hospital Delhi costs 7,000 IC which is equivalent to 11,200 Nepali rupees.

Gives all services for radiology.

Hospitalally is totally at 0 level ..... The staffs of the reception don't know how to talk to customer / patient ..... Not satisfied ....... No good communication skills rude behavior ....

One of the worst private diagnostic center in Kathmandu. No regard for time management. They called us at 7am but we couldn't have a MRI done till 11am.

Very bad at timing, booked a appointment at 7pm and didn't provide the service till 10 pm. Does not value the time of visitor. The staff were nice but couldn't cover the time management issue.

Worst place to go for a mri scan. You pay and take an appointment, but that doesn't matter. You will have to wait a freaking 3 hours for your turn. What is the point of an appointment? Top of that pathetic reception, no manners.

Made an appointment for 12:30 p.m. but had to wait 3 more hours for MRI. Also, the staffs were not so friendly.

Always long waits. Better come as soon as the place opens to avoid waiting for 3-4 hours.

Waited for more than an hour after being scheduled..being asked why taking so much of time, I was rudely responded saying you might have to wait more than 3 hours too..if timing really doesn’t matter why to schedule an appointment.

As per the doctor's recommendation, I proceeded with MRI screenings for two specific body parts for my father. Unfortunately, the facility misplaced the paper provided by the doctor and handed us the wrong one. The mix-up, including incorrect surnames, highlights their poor management. This experience was deeply disappointing and frustrating. Regrettably, due to their negligence, I cannot recommend their services, as it has significantly undermined my trust in them.

Visited this diagnostic center after I had a minor injury for x Ray . Place seems to be great .

This is a best place to have MRI if you have a patience to wait 4hrs after having a booking, poor management

This is the worst place. I wish I could give -star. After paying 20500/- and staying inside the machine for almost 1 hour, I got a incorrect report. I could have gone thru surgery on the basis of that incorrect report. Later I requested for re-analysis & got revised report without an apology.

The worst place for MRI in probably all over Nepal. Prices are double as per standard rates and staffs were very poor mannered.

They are the worst all over the Nepal . Please do not go there . If any doctor recommended this place it means patients will die it is 100% sure . They just need money and doctor or whatever is he look like worst knowledge . I am sure he just pay money and buy CT scanner machine for play the video game .

Bad service I had an appointment for MRI to my sister at 12 pm but they made us to wait for extra 3 hours... Unprofessional staffs and expensive too.....

I even don’t want to give that one star Very bad service by staffs when we ask something that we don’t know about the process system (hami daily the MRI gardainam ne) and the worst thing is they never pick their phone calls sometimes it’s emergency to know about something but they just keep the telephone to show case and for personal use. And the funny thing is their tag line is A Disease Known is Half Cured but they don’t know keeping their positive attitude can make someone’s to feel good not only patient but also everyone who comes there(visitors)
