Was really disappointing... Wouldn't recommend Momo has a very weird taste. And not in a nice way.... Not for me. Sauce was very watery too. You know when cold cream (that you put on your face) mistakenly gets in your mouth and you taste the cold cream.... The Momo somehow tasted similar to that. Try somewhere else if you want authentic momo

Even though the place was congested Momo was worth waiting. I am love with Cheese veg Momo. Price was affordable. They recently introduce breast chicken Momo which was Okay for me but you guys should give a try. Momo was bit over cooked but my overall experience was TASTY 😋

I wanted try why this Joint feel the hyped is all about. Well, it is far from being great. Here is it, MSG contain is much higher than expected, size for the price is ok, doughy, and not juicy, sauce was little bit stale cud be due to the hot weather, ambience: disorganized make shift sit anywhere which is quite interesting. But it is below par for cleanliness on everything from plates to table. I would still give it a try but different location.

It was worth the hype and visit! This restaurant is small and self-service. Their momos are something to buy for. It was really delicious! We order chicken breast momos. The sauce was awesomely delicious!

This quite famous spot is a self service momo joint... small space and theres always a waiting line... so its eat ur momos and go.... but the momos are excellent... jhol and chilly flakes combination is too good.... definitely recommended for momos in New road area...

They have recently relocated to a different location nearby next to Yo Boba. The place is bigger now as they have more space for customers on the first floor. Momos are big and very tasty. The only thing i didn't like was that we had to get jhol, achaar and cutlery ourselves from the counter. It would be easier if every table had spoons and bottles of jhol without having to get up to get them.

The typical local shop turned into a fancy outlet to keep up with the trend and hype of basantapur. Small and congested and at times may be very busy Famous for its momos. The interior is pretty good and cute sitting arrangement. Though local, asthetized to meet it's hype and popularity, you may find the momos a bit expensive.

Mo:mo was okay nothing special about it. I’ve tasted far better and cheaper buff jhol mo:mo in many corner mo:mo stores in Ktm valley. Bit on the pricey side and mostly hype. Also customer service was abysmal. I asked a simple question to a cook inside the kitchen and he was so rude. It was just a simple question. I treat you like a human and in return I expect you to treat other as human as well. Never visiting this place again. Stay far away! P.S their spoons are nasty as well. Please support people/local business who at least appreciative of your business.

This is a legendary place. I come almost everyday - people are so nice, the music is always light and happy, a sense of community sharing a table over the yummiest, juiciest momos with all that chilli. More powers to the owners who seem to be doing a really good job making such an important business.

This place is called Famous Mo: Mo for a reason. Everyone knows about it, as they should. The Mo: Mo is always delicious. The place is self service though, bit it isn't bad considering the place is a bit small. The place may be small, but it being situated in Basantapur helps it a lot. It's a cozy place lacking the hustle and bustle of traffic.

Momos are average in taste, didn't know why it is so hyped.

The taste is the best you must try it. Something I don’t understand is the point of self-service staff is just standing busy using phone gossip inside the counter and self-service!!! A toilet is right in front of the kitchen. I am sure they could do even better.

They only do momos and choila - so they’ve got their recipe honed to perfection. Momos we’re amazing. Choila was good too. A must visit local Momo chain in Kathmandu. Clean, hygienic and efficient.
