It has worst management system. The cash counter and administration counyer is poorly managed. The accountants don't really try to listen what patient has to say.. . They don't put custo himer service in first priority. The toilet are also not clean and they don't pick up calls.

This is very nice hospital. They help needy people. Their hospital is very famous.

It had So poor service that we decided to transfer our patient of Stroke-haemorrhage out of their icu to another hospital. After an utterly unsatisfactory service, I tried calling the “complaints and suggestion” mobile number that was on the walls, the number was said to be “switched off”, how can this number be switched off? Then upon enquiry to a staff nurse passing by, she shrugged her shoulders and said she is unknown about the number being off instead of being even slightly apologetic and advising what I could do instead. She clearly had an irritated tone to her voice rather than reassuring - thats very appalling! Professional staff members should handle the stressful situation well rather than making it worse. The janitor (cleaning lady) at the icu ward was constantly shouting at the people passing by when she was cleaning the floor - remember people had to constantly walk past since we were being asked to bring soup, medicines, reports etc. People walk in icu for reasons, not by choice and last thing you want to hear when your patients are in Intensive Critical Unit is to be told off just because you walked past just mopped floor. I hope to not use their service in future. I would not recommend

Service is fast. Some Nurse don’t have a manners to talk. Rude in behavior. Lab technician ( kale right ear ma ear-ring lako ) he is rude in behavior. Looks like somebody keep him to work there forcefully. He don’t like to explain same things again if patients/customers not understand. ( herda ta pura jadiya justo dekinxa ) Canteen need to improve more. They should allow customers to used lift because some have a joint problem all people are not healthy. Need to add clean/good quality Fonepay QR code.

Even if you are going to die with a disease don't go to this hospital. They recommend necessary test with 10 times more unnecessary test and they charge more. The hospital name shouldn't be helping hand community hospital, it should be hand us large deck of money community hospital.

Overall good service, not very long queue like government hospitals. 4/5 stars in overalls.

The hospital is okay but the management there is so poor. Recently i had to admit my mom over there for a surgery and for people who is with the patient who’s just undergone a surgery and staying in post operative ward, it’s just nightmare. They have to sleep in the floor literally outside the operation theatre. It would be great if there was a room for that.

Phone operator seems so frustrated with her job. She should be polite and helpful when it comes to receiving the call considering the place she's working at a "Hospital". Really poor service.

Clean and well managed hospital but has high charges and prices compared to other nearby hospitals/medicals. It is worth the price to have treatment but may not be suitable for everyone. Overall, the hospital isn't worst neither nice, i would prefer saying average.

Small but average community hospital . Always crowd , narrow . Always traffic jam , honk and noisy. Provides good services and consultation for middle class family .

Helping hand Community hospital is located near chabahil and gopi Krishna hall. It is nice hospital but they need to clean hospital properly. And nurses on emergency ward need to be very polite. It feels like they don't care patient properly, emergency desk nurses they don't want to listen us. I feel like Thats very rude.

Worst management. Dr. Rabin koirala was late on his duty. The doctors are always late. They don’t have proper management. Totally worst

This is the worst hospital you could find in a prime location. There’re five floors but no lift. Worse, there’s lift but you can’t use. If your sick ones need something from downstairs you’ve to walk to exhaust yourself all the way down and up to the fifth floor. Pathetic, never going to this hospital again.

The treatment is very good but its dirty

I visited Helping Hands for a routine Blood check up. The lab technician who was present this morning ( 02.12.21) drew my blood painfully and left a comparably big purple bruise on my arm than other times I have had blood drawn for tests. Not happy !!

The service is fast and it is not so expensive. Now it has digital x-ray service which is even faster.

Service is not good. Emergency patients needs to wait a lot.some nurses are very rude.toilets are very dirty.doctors and nurses should pay attention to their patients properly.They also neglect their patients which was worst experience.nurses should behave nicely to the patient family members. There were cockroaches inside the bed and table and also the rooms were smelly .very disappointing 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The management is not very good argg I mean it's the problem of every hospital in Nepal but they should hire a better attendant who knows how to speak politely and give guidance properly which is their job we ain't here for free we too got jobs to do we too r frustrated but can't show our anger to others dang this hospital

Good community hospital in terms of affordability of medical services provided.

I feel like they (the doctors) do not know how to treat their patients other than the routine procedures. Their plan of action is just wait and watch and hope the patient cures on their own. They can't even agree with one another on the findings. I regret ever bringing my mom to this hospital.

Doctors were 29 minutes late in most departments Mostly crowded and improper management No parking available and traffic noise is too loud Dust keeps on coming from nearby road. They don't clean the floor. All floors were dirty for whole day of my visit

फोहोर hhh the hospital is to smeling and dirty. They should know about hygiene, they must need trained their staff. Staff didn't change the bed sheed they use same bed sheets for next person.

Never visit this hospital if you want proper management and services. The management and service are so bad. One suggestion to the owners is to close the hospital and start a public toilet, which will surely have better management than what this hospital currently has. It doesn't even deserve this one star.

I liked the services offered by this hospital. Doctors are friendly. Economically also is tolerate . But the behave of pharmacy employees should be improve .
