Don't go to this clinic for your acne treatment, your acne will become more worse. They give same medications for every kind of acne and suggest you to use expensive beauty products instead of proper medicine. I wasted more than 20K rupees and 5 months time visiting this clinic, also my acne become more sever. Later, I had to visit India for treatment where I got my skin completely cured after 3 months and only 7K was spent on medicines. Never ever visit this KCCS clinic for you acne treatment.

Reassessed review: Still, Most of the 5 star reviews are fake***** So, I had some sour moment at the clinic during my first visit, the responsible authority (manager Astha) went through my review and worked on some improvements and hence here's my revised review: I was refunded the overcharged charges. I got my report that I requested (I was to be tested for one thing, The report was for something else, SCAMMED) I had my hair cleaned and treated well. The examination room's door was closed to respect my privacy. I felt politeness, professionalism, and courteous behaviour from the team. I had a semi satisfied revisit to the clinic. Despite the fact that the treatment may not give successful results, such warm welcoming environment adds a level of confidence in any patient who go through such treatments. It is too early to comment on the results but I'm convinced that the clinic is ready for the positive change, I will do the re-review in the future once I see the results. I'd urge the blood testing clinic to PLEASE provide the results of the tests that you performed (including STDs and others) instead of providing generic report. It is a FRAUD case. I'd urge the sponsored reviewers to stop submitting the fake reviews (PLEASE).

The most worst Management and customer service . First experience happened wastgey were saying to use the used plastic cover for your shoes being aware about the Corona scenario dint wanted to use it qnd these 5 girls gathered in one reception give a look at each other eye and start gossiping ! This is the customer service they give . While marketing they hype and show as if they are the best in nepal , but behavior wise the worst . Second impression is that they marketed saying 7-9 session in 30% discount and when I did the first session they say that the session is just 7 not more than that. Thus us there scheme to allure people and not keep there words . They don't even accept that they are qrong and again the gathered girls gossipung starts .

I wouldn't recommend this place for laser hair treatment. First, their practice of wearing plastics to cover the shoes was awful. I think they want to reduce housekeeping cost. Second, I doubt their staff engaged in providing laser hair removal treatment are well-trained or certified practitioner. Despite I told several times that that the pain was more than I usually experience during my previous treatments in other centers, they didn't listen me and ended up burning by facial skin. They could have done it slowly and gently, but no, they were rushing to finish the session. Third, I found KCCS staff very unprofessional. Staff were engaged in personal talk and chitchats while attending the patient. I felt like I paid NRS 8000 for burnning my skin and listening their chats. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! AND UNRELIABLE LASER HAIR TREATMENT!!!

I would rate this place a 0 if I could . I did laser hair removal here and instead it grew even more on my legs. The staffs are rude with no professionalism . Women are screaming in pain and. It hurts let me tell you that. What they claim is absolutely false they have no idea how to use equipment and they don't care about the results.also the 5 star reviews here must be fake . Anyone who has been there can tell the reviews sounds very made up and sketchy

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by your clinic. I was there along with my brother. And my recent visit has left me thoroughly disappointed and compelled to share my negative experience. The prisedure itself was uncomfortable and poorly executed. The staff, appeared untrained and unsure of what they were doing, leading to unnecessary pain and discomfort. It was evident that there was a lack of skilled professionals and proper supervision within your clinic. To make matters worse, the prices charged for the subpar services rendered were exorbitant. We expected quality care for the amount we paid, but instead, we received a substandard experience that was far from satisfactory.
