I've never seen a receptionist much terrible than this. If the clinic cares about the service it provides, they should do something about reception of the patients. Saying that, I've nothing against the doctor, who is considered a hero in our profession (I am a doctor as well) and probably the world. I'm sure he must be great. I couldn't see him, because I left the clinic in anger because of the mannerism of the receptionist.

We get to check up our eyes by Dr. Sanduik Ruit. The price for a ticket is Rs 600. One has to take an appointment for check-up by registering the name 6 months before check-up.

The receptionist is from HELL. The entire reception, call and appointment handling feels like dealing with demons from ones nightmare. And, in contrast, we have the Doctor Ruit who is literally a God sent angel who cares beyond ones imagination.

My father got a treatment of his eyes may be a year ago with one of the doctor over there . But now my father one eye is totally blind and his eye is in pain everyday but when i try to make another appointment we have to wait 7 months. Every thing is great. The private clinic of Dr. Sanduk Ruit. Somewhat front desk must concern how they should cooperate with patient too. Tho the doctor himself is very gentle if we say we are in bit emergency even in his clinic. He provides his number of home too incase of emergency. Very busy doc. 3 Months early appointment required in clinic.

Although the doctor is a god's gift in his field, the receptionists are a nightmare. They do not know how to receive patients and explain the process to the patients properly. You get BETTER service at a reception at ANY sarkari office than at Dr. Ruit's clinic.

i would like to rate 5/5 someday for this clinic but due to very poor management of the front desk of this clinic, they are are loosing its patient. The service from doctor is alway good but the front desk office and long schedule for appointment (which keeps changing due to busy schedule of doctor) I find this clinic unconvenient. I would recommend Netradram, Kupondole instead of this clinic.

Doctor is way good but receptionist the way they speak to customer and attitude khatini ko and appoitment 1 months agadi liyeko pachi jun din ko gayeko chaina bhancha ! Time waste garaucha just because of that girl i wont recommend this eye clinic to anyone 😡😡

Getting an appointment with Dr. Ruit is a daunting task, with waiting times stretching from 6 months to a year. This long wait is a testament to his popularity and the trust people have in his skills, but it also highlights the accessibility issue that many patients face. On my recent visit, I accompanied my elderly mother, and unfortunately, we encountered some significant issues with the clinic's service. The staff did not appear to be as cooperative as one would expect, especially considering the patients' often vulnerable conditions. Additionally, there was a glaring absence of a token or coupon system, resulting in an agonizingly long wait time of 2 hours just for a complete check-up. While Dr. Ruit's expertise is unquestionable, the clinic's administrative and service-related aspects have room for improvement. The extended wait times and uncooperative staff can be quite frustrating for patients and their families, particularly when dealing with eye health concerns. It's my hope that iCare Clinic can address these issues to ensure a more seamless and compassionate experience for its patients in the future.
