I was too afraid to go to dentist before, but after visiting that clinic, I don't have fear anymore! The doctor was really gentle and kind, she answered all my questions, and staff was friendly! I would totally recommend this Dental clinic!

Booked a scale and polish through the app called HDMall which opens when you look this clinic up online . This gave me a fixed price of 1000 baht. The scaling was ok but a little rough on my gums with the dentist more focused on chatting up the assistant. When I went to pay they refused to honour the fixed fee even though they knew that’s what i had arranged beforehand. In the end I handed them $1000 baht and walked away.

Our family was over due for a dental visit and we had the chance to meet Dr. Kannika from Zense Smile in Patong. From our first interaction with this dental practice we were impressed with how organized and professional they were. I really like that we got a reminder call a day before our appointment. Once we got to Zense Smile, the team was very efficient to enter our information and get us started without any wait. Dr. Kannika and her team were patient and gentle with each of us but especially our little one. She checked the teeth, cleaned it and only recommended a treatment if needed. I needed a little cavity treatment and she encouraged me to try it without a numbing shot. I’m glad I listened since I was able to continue my day without the discomfort of having a partially numb mouth. I really like that she didn’t push any unnecessary treatment! We really enjoyed our interaction with Dr. Kannika and her team. They cleaned each person’s teeth and sanitized the station, seat and had new equipment ready for the next person without any delay! Our overall experience was fantastic with Dr. Kannika and we would recommend Zense Smile in Patong for your dental needs while you are in Phuket, Thailand!

I had to have multiple teeth removed. It was done professionally and with very little pain. I will be using this clinic for all my dental needs in the future.

Doctor does not x-ray before do extraction, after that find out too difficoult for her to do....send us to other dentist, still have to pay expansive bill and feel terrible pain. Avoid this place....be carefull.....
