This is the most AWFUL for breakfast you can chose. DO NOT believe good ratings and cheeky reviews. I rarely post reviews but this is just one of those places. Me and my girlfriend are staying in Patong for several months and we’ve been looking for breakfast spots for a while. The choice is extremely limited and quality is far from good in most of them. Twenty Two has decent food among couple others, but the service is EXTREMELY BAD. We went there 3 times and every time they messed up our breakfast - they bring half of the order, bring food prepped for other people, forget to prepare correct drinks and always they sorry as if it suppose to change the fact they just can’t do their job. Last time we spent over an hour waiting, then we had to visit the cashier 3 times to make sure they remember what to cook. You need to pay upfront so you can’t even leave, because you already paid for everything. The stuff never offered to refund us or someone else. You can also see it happens to everyone else just by looking around. If you want to have a nice breakfast - go to Uncle Joes, it’s about 10 min walk from 22.

Saw the pics on Google and decided to try this place out but my wife and I were VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with the food here. This place is way overpriced and the food is flavorless. The pancakes they make with some type of oatmeal consistency and it's gross. Not a traditional pancake at all. On top of that my wife found cat hairs on her tea cup and tea pot. Halfway into the meal we noticed there was a cat roaming around we assume is for the owner or one or the workers, well there you go! Smh. Unsanitary to say the least. Definitely won't be back

We went for breakfast and it was amazing! Wish we found it before our last day in Patong. Great options for Veggies and Vegans 🌱 I had a vegan full English which had scrambled tofu 👌🏻 and my girlfriend had hummus and cherry tomatoes on sour dough and added feta which was amazing. We also had a strawberry and banana smoothie which was amazing 🙌🏻

Really good food. Good for healthy /vegan/vegetarian but not only. Great service. Right prices, not super cheap but quality/price value is really high. Loved this place, closed at 5pm - came in at 4:30om they were still open in having us. Their food was delicious and service was excellent. Price point slightly high but don’t mind it. Hubby got a candle from them and staff even sang happy birthday to me. Mains and dessert were delicious, not sure how else to explain it. Would totally recommend and go back there again! The best cafe in Patong! Food is so tasty and there are so many vegan options too. The staff are so lovely. The first time I went I ordered vegan pancakes, I told them I'd be coming back for more on my birthday two days later as I'd enjoyed them so much. I went back as promised on my birthday and they made me vegan pancakes with a candle on top and sang Happy birthday to me. I couldn't believe they remembered, I thought it was so sweet. Will definitely be returning here before I fly back home next week!

The breakfast set, acai bowl, chicken sandwich and coffees tasted just ok. Given there were so many 5 star reviews, I had high expectations of the food which was unfortunately not met. The staff were friendly and place was clean. If you are looking for a place with breakfast/brunch options it can probably meet your needs, but I feel I had better tasting food elsewhere :”)

Came in at 4.30pm, even almost closing time, they welcome us with warmth & patience. (I totally understand the feeling of Closing time as I work in F&B before. Asked for a candle stick, and I didn't expect them to go the distance and switch off the lights and sang Birthday song to my wife even I didn't request. So Sweet! Food vs Price: Food won over Price. Excellent food! We got the pancakes and American breakfast! It was awesome! The shop is also very cute and chic. I highly recommend coming here. There’s also an adorable cat that sleeps in the porch everyday we are there! Great customer service as well!

This place is a hidden gem, it is modern clean and well maintained. The pricing is very very reasonable, it is in a good location about 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is a coffee shop / restaurant downstairs and the coffee and food are very good. It is run by the owners who are lovely people.

I think if you visit you should opt for their smoothie bowls or pancakes. The food we had was meh and expensive (the eggs Benedict featured a chunk of chicken with no sauce on it?) Seems a little overrated but cafe is cute.

A lovely little restaurant with very pleasent staff, we ended up going here for breakfast on a number of days. We expecially liked the Acai bowls, very special. The smoothies were amazing too.

Not surprised by the fact that they asked the money first, I just had the worst experience in term of food and service. The product used are not fresh, and the sausage smell like it should have been thrown away since at least 1 week. Maybe it’s because it’s low season and they don’t have enough clients to eat their food. But regarding the service, there is 0 excuse, when I mentioned the fact that the food was horrible, the only answer I got was someone (pregnant ) shouting at me, and of course who will shout back at someone pregnant !!? Unfortunately Veggie Burrito was mostly lettuce.. quality of food wasn’t the greatest for Vehan English breakfast.. portions were small and the prices they have are very high! Staff was amazing and super kind. If they improve portions and quality, the prices can make a bit more sense.. vegan pancakes where great in taste though! overall not coming back unfortunately..

My partner & I came across this restaurant during our stay in Patong. What lovely staff they have! Great coffee and breakfast food, we visited them every day we were there. Definitely recommend them and we will be back to visit soon!

Food was good but service and atmosphere horrible. They squeeze every person in, asked to change to a completely ridiculous table in the entrance to fit three people more in. Drinks and 1 dish came after 20-30 minutes. After asking three times for the second dish it came after 50 minutes (!!!) and they didn't even care.

I came here because it was close by my hotel and for the last couple of days I had been exploring. Today I wanted to finally give it a shot! Well I wasn't disappointed. The American breakfast was delicious, and the everything was presented well. I also ordered a Caramel Macchiato which was very good and the espresso wasn't burned. The restuarant inside is small, but it has a lot of room on the outside and overall it has a cute appeal to it. It has a very cute coffeeshop esque feel that I think works for them alot.

The French toast wasn’t cooked in the middle, and the scrambled eggs were really runny. But I’m sure if you asked them to cook them longer they can. The classic pancake tasted like our meal not fully cooked. The presentation was really good tho. I’d give them a try again but this time tell them how I wanted my food cooked longer to be fully done.

We have had breakfast, lunch and dinner here, so delicious. We would recommend the chicken wrap and chicken burger. If you are allergic to cats, I would suggest sitting outside. The staff are really nice. They are also on grab if you don’t want to leave your hotel.

The reviews and photos of this place are very deceiving. I ordered the big brekkie and red ginger juice. Although my meal looked quite instagramable, it was unfortunately, not as tasty as it looks. My beans, bacon and halloumi were all cold and the chicken sausage was also barely warm and had a horrible flavour and texture to it. The avocado is the first I’ve ever had in Thailand which was not ripe. Although they decorated it well, it was hard as a rock and completely inedible. The sourdough and omelette were the only part of the meal which I would say was cooked at a satisfactory level, but still wasn’t enough to make up for the rest of my very disappointing and very overpriced meal. The red ginger juice (meant to be beetroot, ginger and lime juice) was pretty much just beetroot juice and very flavourless. Servers weren’t very friendly either. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place other how conveniently located it was to my hotel.

Had a late breakfast here (they serve all Day breakfast and lunch!) And it was delicious! Pretty small but not cramped, very clean and cosy interior. Recommended if you happen to sleep late and still want breakfast!

This place had the exact type of breakfast I was looking for. Healthy, light and inexpensive. I love thai food, but after 2 weeks straight if it, I needed a change. The coffee is phenomenal here - and it's real coffee, none of that instant stuff. They serve a mixture of American style as well as traditional thai foods. I was also pretty stoked to discover that they also sell kombucha, so I grabbed a few of those for the road. Its a small modern place, you have the option to sit inside with A/C or outside. The staff there are also very sweet and friendly. If you happen to be in the Patong beach area, definitely give this place a go. I can't speak on the hotel part of this place as I only came for brunch.

Seven years ago this was the first café in Thailand where I learned you should take your shoes off when coming in. Today sadly, guests come in with their shoes on – but the coffee is still great, the staff is very pleasant and the atmosphere is really cozy. And I still love this café.

It's a restaurant more for breakfast menu. Opens at 8am and close at 5pm. There are rooms for rent also.

The owners were the sweetest. Served up the best Brunch we had throughout our stay in Phuket. Can not wait to go back. Acai bowl was a delight!

My daughter and I stumbled across this cafe in search for breakfast and we were not disappointed. Great menu, coffee was amazing. My daughter got the pancakes which she loved, I got the French toast- absolutely divine. Yes there was a random cat wandering around, didn’t really worry us- it kept away. I mean Phuket/Asia have animals wandering daily. The staff were super friendly & helpful. We will definitely be back.

The ambiance was great, AC was fantastic as it was simply too hot outside, and the service was good too! I’m giving it a 4 cause the food was just alright, and nothing mind-blowing. I ordered their version of eggs benedict which came with fried chicken and it could’ve used a bit more flavors. definitely not bad but didn’t leave the greatest impression either.
