    Hi everyone, for all the tourists who consider to stay here, please read my review before deciding to stay here. As experienced travel when considering a 5 star hotel u expect best customer service practice, secuirty, cleanness of the rooms, facilities, hospitality and a-lot more since your paying for all these service which are not free. With that said I booked a junior suite for 7 nights and just stayed for 1 due to the rooms were very not clean as in there were insects in the rooms in the drawers in the bathroom and the bath tub was filled with bugs, beds full with dust due to all these reasons I decided to cancel my stay. When I reached out to the hotel representatives to help on this they were very unhelpful as they showed me other rooms that were the same and filled with dust. I even explained that I have an allergy from dust and appreciate a refund on the remaining days I booked which unfortunately they did not assist on. Therefore for all the adventures out there do not make the same mistake as I did. If I can rate this 0 stars I would.

    I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel [private pool villa] and I have to say, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. First off, the villa itself was in a sorry state of disrepair. The overall ambiance was dingy and uninviting. But worst of all, the air conditioning was completely non-functional. I couldn't even sleep at night due to the loud noise coming from AC. To make matters worse, the reception staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They spoke loudly and disrespectfully to me, as well as other guests. It was as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to stay there, rather than providing the basic hospitality and service that any hotel should offer. I attempted to address the issues with the staff, but they were dismissive and uninterested in solving any of my problems. They seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than taking care of their guests. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The broken facilities, non-functional air conditioning, and rude staff made for a miserable experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

    I stayed in this resort for 3 nights. By seeing the reviews I felt afraid to go to this resort. But after staying here, it was awesome. The only con for this hotel is the location which is far from the shopping area/town area. It was located on a hill where the views was awesome. Don’t believe the negative reviews. The stay here was pleasant and the rooms are awesome.

    Very luxurious rooms and spacious. Big bathtub and showers. Each room had kitchenette with fridge, kettles, coffee, tea, and water. Had cute designed towels on bed in shape of elephant. Only down side. We had a pool side room. The time on the pool has chipped in some places and is down to the grout which is very sharp in some places. My toddler jumped in the pool and cut his toe wide open on the grout. It is still healing and needs a bandage and it has been 13 days. Be careful in the pools. Was unaware of $100 deposit until check in and has to levy a passport for the duration of stay. Not too bad but something to be aware of. Easy to find taxis. About 15-20 minutes taxi from the beach.

    Front office staff were not helpful and would look away, not maintain eye contact, or even acknowledge you were standing in front of them. Driver to shopping area (can't walk have to get shuttle as unsafe) and cleaning staff were lovely. Was offered a free breakfast due to issue when first arrived but they charged it to credit card after we left so ensure to check bill at check out and bank statement when you have left. Rooms were nice but maintenance needs to be done on the pools.

    Dirty water comes out of the sink, the entire hotel needs renovated or at least maintenance. The breakfast is always cold and you are trapped there unless you take a taxi just to get breakfast somewhere else. The location is not safe to walk anywhere. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything other than the view from the rooms. The beds are extremely firm too. The whole time we were there only 1 elevator was working and the indicator lights were out. The staff were nice and helpful.

    I cannot begin to explain my horror of a holiday thanks to this “5 star” hotel. Honestly I am going to need therapy after this stay. 1. From the moment I checked in the staff are nothing but rude and do not care about you whatsoever ever. No one helped me carry my bags. They made me wait 3 hours to check in because my room wasnt ready, even though the email stated I could check in after 2pm 2. I finally got to my room and it is NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES! The room stank! The room is very old and falling apart 3. O daily room cleaning which is surprising 4. The breakfast is sickening. Honestly I don’t know how this hotel is getting away with this Honestly i could have put up with the hotel if the staff were nice, but they were just horrible. I am so upset and the hotel offered absolutely no compensation or sympathy for any of this. It is far from 5 stars and please don’t stay here no matter how good of a deal you get.

    Still coming out of covid. Rooms recently refurbished. Beds n pillows fantastic. Some areas ie loose tiles in pools are scheduled to be fixed. Room service reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast- wow. Though could offer less and charge less than 425bth. Needs shuttle to go hourly but these and other small inconveniences will likely improve as occupancy grows. This is our second stay here. This time 3 weeks. 2018- 4 weeks. It was a lot quieter this time. Some will like this, some won't. Needs a bbq near at least one of the pools.

    I strongly advise everyone against booking a room here! A warned person counts for 2! I booked here for 2 nights; the service is terrible, the room is extremely dirty, the air conditioning is not working properly, and there was noise from the neighbors, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. The location is also terrible; you can't walk anywhere. Additionally, the room is super dusty, the bedding is dirty, and I didn't feel comfortable. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews beforehand; otherwise, I would have known based on the ratings.

    DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT!! You have been warned, it’s the worst place I have ever stayed in, a motel 6 would be better than this place, and that’s a sad comparison. The entire property is ran down, horribly decorated and gross, the rooms are filthy, like absolutely disgusting. Nothing about this place, made any sense. They wouldn’t give me a refund, when I booked two nights, I only made it through one sleepless night, and checked out the very next day, I couldn’t stay another day. I found bugs inside the sheets of the bed, I slept in, no pillow cases on the pillows provided to sleep on. I had no towels in the room, so when I started the shower, I realized I couldn’t shower until I asked for some. I even upgraded to the villa room, and this was where you’ll see all the mold growing underneath all the furniture pieces in the room. Spiders webs, active live insects living indoors during your stay. Huge red ants, sleeping in the bed with you. You can see in the videos I shared, that you don’t have a safe option for charging your phone or even iPad, the plug sparked when I plugged my phone core in, only to discover the next morning, nothing, I mean nothing charged, my phone was dead. I literally felt like I was placed in a prison cell for the night. I paid 10,000 baht to upgrade to this horrible mold infested room, after already paying 13,000 baht, for a regular room. Which I got a chance to look at to, this room, probably would have been better then the villa, now that I realize I was sleeping with my face directly next to mold. I woke up with 3 fire red ants on my lower back. I barely slept, I slept in full garments because I felt extremely uncomfortable in the bed. This location isn’t in a good place. The food wasn’t anything special or flavorful, and cocktails here were poorly made. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, don’t do it.

    Lovely hotel with swimming pools around every corner. Decent staff. Excellent rooms. Room service a bit poor. Have two Jacuzzi in our Suite. Very fancy . Maintenance required in some areas. Breakfast was good but often repetitive. Would recommend. Mr Boom taxi cap is just around the corner and very reasonable. Strongly recommend you use him.

    The property was very old. the necessary things like sanitary were not provided.the jacuzzi was not cleaned it had many dust partical along with pieces of broken glass were present and it is about 2 km away from the market and the beach also the taxi takes 300 baht for one way and there is no transfer available by hotel… Not preferred for any who couldn’t stay very far from restaurants and market area.This properly is very far from the beach and market area. Not vegetarian food available other than 2 -3 items

    You don’t even feel welcome during check in. The check in staff didn’t even bother to share more about the resort, where to have breakfast, where are the pools and activities you can do. The room phone is not working properly, unable to call room service. They have a huge in room dinning menu, we have to wait for staffs to come take our orders as the phone not working. And lots of items are not available. Our one bedroom suite have a kitchen area. However the kitchen there are no cutlery. The mini Fridge is empty and it have a plastic bottle with half filled liquid inside. We asked to have cutlery send to our suite but they said the resorts are full and they don’t have enough to send to the room. The bathtub are dirty and the water in the jacuzzi are not even clean. During check out there are a domestic call charge of THB 80. We said the only call we made is the restaurant as direct dial on the room phone is not working.

    I don’t know if it has happened after covid, but the present staff is inconsiderate and inhospitable. They don’t put an iota of effort to understand your question or address an issue(like the telephone in our room was faulty). I would have liked a much better experience in a “5-star” property. I don’t recommend this hotel.

    The place is beautiful, the rooms are amazingly well built, but the service and maintenance is so poor, you almost feel pity for them. The jacuzzi that comes along with the room got dirty because of the rains and at first they asked for money to clean it, then they agreed to clean without any charges, but didn't do it. Tried doing it, but the water they refilled was dirtier. Kept giving excuses till we checked out. The bath tub was not usable because of the dirty water. This is such a beautifully built place that is falling apart due to insufficient maintenance. It feels bad at times. On the day we were supposed to check out, they managed to remove our bags from the room without our permission or even information while we had gone for breakfast. Never expected such lapses at a Wyndham Group Resort.

    My girlfriend went to stay here with her friends and had a terrible experience. The room was not the same that was booked. Also since she is Thai and all friends were Thai, they were put into separate building from foreigners. Staff told her that they separate Thai people from foreigners. She offered to pay more but staff said "cannot" even though they paid over 9,000thb/night suite. Food service was terrible and didn't clear the table. Room service was slow. The room was booked for 3 people but not enough linens and towels for 3 people. The staff was quite rude for this being a 5 star resort. I was shocked. 3 star resorts are much more accommodating. The most shocking thing of all is separating thais from foreigners. Its 2022, it shouldn't matter if you are a local or foreigner especially if you have the money to pay for this overpriced resort.

    They claim 4 star hotel and resort but room was not up to the standard, not very clean and the replacemt towels and napkins had dirt marks, nothing in the fridge and very expensive restaurant and room service. They should have complimentary shuttle service for guests to go to Patong beach, instead they charge 300 THB, I don't think I will stay again. Staff overall was good but I think they are understaffed.

    The rooms are very old and badly need maintenance, lots of bed bugs, spiders and insects all over the room. We changed the room 3 times and it was honestly disappointing. We checked out the next day and didn't get a refund.

    The place looks grand from the outside but once you step in you see the reality of the rooms. The rooms were not clean, bedsheets stained, towels ripped, the room was stinking and lot of bugs. To top it all lizard in the room. It doesn't matter which room all are filthy. The outdoor spa tub was full of mosquitoes and dirty water. Worst experience ever. Not recommend at all. Pls don't waste your money here.

    An absolute miserable excuse for a hotel, or should I say hostel. This hotel is five stars is beyond me because I’ve been in two star hotels that are better kept than this filthy place. The Jacuzzi hot tub which is a selling point was completely unmaintained. Algay stained tiles and debris all in the Jacuzzi as we checked in. We did not have use of the facilities that we had paid for, and we felt filthy and violated during our stay. It

    save your money and do not stay here. pictures are from when it first opened. they are far from the truth. staff are rude and threaten to sue you if you try to complain. be aware and do not fall for this hotel. nothing but a headache and a ruined honey moon

    Not a 5 star don't be fooled! We booked the villa with private pool suite which had a stunning view out to sea. My partner booked this as a treat for our last 3 nights in Thailand. The villa was spacious, but smelt of mould as soon as we walked in and furniture was dated and very worn with scuffs. The bedding was clean but bed canopy curtains had not been cleaned in a long time as had marks on the them. The room needs a total refurbishment as does the private pool. The pool badly needs regrouting and retiling, missing tiles in the pool and grime all up the sides. This is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. This hotel is far from 5 star, I would give it 3 star tops. The whole hotel could be amazing but is really run down. The breakfast was terrible, the dinning room was really dirty, the windows had not been cleaned in ages inside and out. There was marks all up the walls,air-conditioning was not switched on, just had random fans scattered round the room. There was ants crawling round the coffee station. We stuck to fresh fruit and toast and did not go back for breakfast.

    This is the best hotel ever I came here on 2019 and 2017 and now also whenever I will come to Phuket sure this hotel one of my direction, I want to thanks Jennifer she is so helpful whatever you need you can ask her she will try her best to help and of course MR Somchai and MR NON those to guys I loved them like my brother really I feel this not hotel I feel this my house and sorry for the rest of team I didn’t mentioned the names because I forgot but overall love you all guys and I really enjoyed those the 16 Nights I have been in your place

    This is the worst hotel and will not recommend this to anyone. They have hidden rules and will demand deposit, passport deposit while check in which is against the rules and have hidden charges for things that kept in room. Even no security is there, no protocols nothing. Last but not the least don’t believe there all reviews they have themselve wrote it. Please Don’t book this hotel for the safety concerns and they have hidden cctv camera in your room that will impact your privacy. They are running scam.

    Its was a good expirence , Room was good , service was quick . Initially i was scare with the bad reviews of this hotel but after visiting and stayed it was good expirence , although its a old property they need to renovate it and they are trying and there is a only suggestion to use a proper bed sheets it was not properly cleaning need to replaced, place is up the hill so if you want to go patong the you have to spent 300bhat everytime its suggestion to hire a bike instead as they dont have shuttle facility in the hotel .

    Booked a 3 nights stay but forfeited my room after 1 night. Realised I was laying on a pool of ants on my pillow after showering and the hotel only offered to change my sheets. Bathtub had hairs in it. You can find spider webs around the corners. The good thing was the staff were pretty helpful.

    The hotel looks pretty cool at night. I booked a deluxe room and it was pretty big. There is a spa on the balcony and it was decent size. It's about 5min tuktuk drive to Patong so the location is excellent. The service at reception and the housekeeping was great. Ok now I only scored them 4 stars because the bath towels were tattered and so was the doona cover. The air-con was ridiculously loud. During the day I could see that the lawns around the hotel really needed a mow. Apart from these things the bed was comfortable. The bathtub is good size and the shower is quite spacious. A decent hotel and the price was pretty cheap for a hotel 5mins away from Patong.

    The beach is 30 minutes walking or 300 baht each way. A short part after leaving the resort is not easy to walk but after that very easy. Tuk tuks are everywhere, and the hotel will call you at taxi, or you can use their drop-off service twice a day. The rooms with jacuzzis are very nice and clean. Little critters are a thing here but expected. Security stand to enter so very safe! I traveled solo and was never scared. If solo, I would recommend the other Wyndham closer to the beach to make friends or a hostel. This one is great for families or people who want to be secluded. All tours will pick you up here. Breakfast was okay and has a beautiful view of nature. Staff very friendly and greeted me every time they saw me. Even helped with an issue with a tour I had. You will have to walk 15-20 to get to restaurants but can use Grab or room service.

    Property was nice and one of the employee was nice (he helped us arrange cabs to the marketplace). Though the people at the reception were rude and they did not help us keep the luggage in the taxi for our airport drop. Breakfast spread was not great but okayish.

    What was once a beautiful 5 star hotel is now a massive disappointment. Property has not been maintained, and is not supported with the staff it needs to run this hotel. Rooms are dirty, cobwebs everywhere, and without a complimentary shuttle bus you are stuck to pay for a taxi each time you want to go into town. Roads are too busy to confidently rent a scooter for yourself. Save your money and go somewhere else.

    First of all, I would like to say that the hotel itself is beautiful, and the food is tasty, but unfortunately the positives end there. I am fully aware that I am visiting Thailand, but English is the common tongue worldwide and have stayed at five other resorts in Phuket, and the language barrier simply did not exist as much as it does at this resort. When calling reception, it is almost impossible to communicate what you are needing. For example, we asked for two bottles of water and after exhaustively trying to explain this 5 to 7 times they still insisted that I was trying to ask for towels. We stayed poolside, and despite this were given one towel for the pool in our room. Requests from housekeeping simply go unfulfilled 100% of the time in our experience here. Our room was not cleaned despite the fact that we directly requested it from reception as it was not automatically done after I had pressed the “make up room” button outside of the door. I noticed when checking in that you are given one key. I also noticed a sign that said that if you need a key replacement, there is a fee of 250 baht. It’s honestly bizarre how inconsistent this resort is in terms of understanding English and requests going unfulfilled.

    Sea pearl has been an absolute life saver for me. My uncle fell on a concrete pavement and hit his head and a staff member named K literally ran and got the ambulance within 5 min making sure we got to the hospital quickly. Thank you so much for your service. Would certainly recommend this to everyone.

    Horrible stay in a 2 bed pool suite. Pool was freezing and hidden in the shade and under a roof so no sun at all. No shuttles and tried charging me double for a taxi. Didn't come to fix the pool and moved our stuff in our room. Very poor maintenance and staff seen to be laying about napping in the corridors. No assistance with activities or resort facilities, very run down and needs lots of work. Won't ever go back.
