Basically
it
should
be
a
perfect
experience
living
this
house.i
am
ok
with
every
thing
about
the
resort
and
so
appreciate
most
staffs
for
their
good
service.
But!
One
of
the
receptions
lady
is
so
arrogant
and
kind
of
racism
discrimination!!!
Last
nigh
when
I
checked
in
they
told
my
room
only
can
use
for
one
night,will
change
an
other
room
for
me
the
next
day.
So
I
am
ok
with
it
no
problems.
The
second
day,when
I
return
the
key
and
ask
for
the
room
in
the
same
time
,for
the
convenience
so
I
left
my
luggage
in
the
last
room.
When
I
got
new
room
of
course
I
need
moving
luggage
to
the
new
room.
So
I
asked
polite
could
u
help
me
get
it
(I
swear
to
god
I
am
polite),she
replied
“u
just
go
to
the
room
waiting
for
5
minuets
“with
cold
voice
and
terrible
attitude.the
kind
house
cleaning
lady
just
stand
at
the
lobby
while
the
conversation
happened.
So
I
know
it
is
the
cleaning
room
lady
will
to
help
open
the
door
.i
just
waiting
at
the
lobby
waiting
she
done
her
job
at
front
desk.
The
reception
lady
is
very
unhappy
asked
me
said
I
told
u
waiting
at
ur
room!
Are
u
kidding
me
with
that
tongue
u
can
imagine!
I
just
replied
it
is
ok
I
waiting
there
,when
the
house
keeper
(kind
lady)done
job
at
lobby
I
will
go
with
her
(because
she
have
the
general
key
to
open
the
door).
Then
front
desk
staff
give
me
a
look
and
the
behavior
like
she
is
the
boss
or
guest
not
me,very
terrible
attitude
and
whispering
complaining
in
Thai
language.
Ok.it
is
ok
I
just
a
little
confused
and
curious
so
I
asked
her
“Are
u
unhappy?”I
asked
in
a
joking
way
with
smile
not
angry
face.
Yes,I
don’t
like
ur
country.
That
is
the
answer.
This
is
the
whole
story.
I
don’t
blame
u
lady
I
just
wanna
know
if
u
don’t
like
us
Why
u
do
the
job
while
u
know
which
country
I
am
from,u
can
simply
avoid
recipe
the
business
or
maybe
just
make
a
excuse
But
the
truth
is
u
make
the
business
and
hate
my
country
and
make
the
profit
at
the
same
time?
Where
does
ur
arrogant
comes
from.
Deal
is
deal
,business
is
business.
Ur
HR
absolutely
not
give
u
the
professional
training
class,I
am
so
sorry
for
finding
that
Thailand
is
a
such
nice
country
and
most
Thai
friends
are
so
peaceful
and
kind.
But
u,a
shame
for
the
tourist
industry
of
Thai.
It
is
a
very
simple
and
small
conflict
And
I
think
u
owes
me
a
sincere
apology,from
heart.
What
u
pay
what
u
get
Not
means
the
basic
service
is
gone
and
the
attitude
never
should
be
pointed
reference
according
the
nationalities
or
any
conditions.
Be
professional
ok
The
end,I
still
love
the
great
country
and
the
kindness
friendly
local
people.

be
treated
unfairly
and
hateful
while
u
just
following
all
the
regulations
and
rules
of
the
resort,u
need
protect
ur
proper
pride
and
ur
rights.call
the
tourism
police

the

and

wrong
