Been here 3 years before, back then it was a great experience. It is still a great relaxing spot on top of Patong but you get nothing extra. The hotel itself needs a bit of maintenance, the breakfast is more basic, the restaurant is nothing to write home about. We were a bit annoyed by the really late cleaning schedule. Never been to a hotel where they clean the room in the early evening. The staff is still great though and make up the difference. But personally I don't think we'll be coming back.

Stayed for 5D/4Ns April 23, amazing experience. (Room 6102) Staff is very polite and friendly. Tried almost all the in-house Thai food, and it's tasted good. The location is on Patong Hill around 2 km uptown from Central/ Patong Beach, but they have an excellent shuttle bus service, which we used almost every day. There are no lifts/escalators on the property, so depending upon your room location, you will have some stairs/floor to climb or descend. The swimming pool is excellent, and views from the rooftop restaurant are superb for sunsets. Would definitely recommend for a quiet stay at Patong.

Big rooms! Nice pool. Clean facility. Breakfast has a lot of variety! We enjoyed it quite a bit. You do have to pay for buffet breakfast which is a good value. Staff is good. Didn't bother us. We also ate at their restaurant one of the nights as the location is not walkable to the main area. You need a shuttle. Dinner was really good! The shuttle is provided to take you to a few key spots. Last pick up is at 8:20pm which is quite early given people would want to stay out a bit longer after dinner. It felt so much rush to catch the last trip to the hotel. Although, you can cab back whenever.

I booked a Grand Deluxe with whirlpool but all three rooms I saw had a strong mould smell. Loads of peppermint oil that the housekeeping had applied in the 3rd room before I saw it was just a poor attempt to trick me. I had to accept a downgrading, yet I had to involve my travel agent to get an appropriate reimbursement. I would be very careful with my room selection at this hotel. I cant recommend rooms with pool access (dark, view on a wall) and the grand deluxe with whirlpool. It is almost impossible to reach this hotel by walking, so make sure you got a motorbike or car.

This is a lovely new hotel near Patong area. We were there in August as a family and since it's consider a low season at the time we got a very good price for the room. So we decided to splurge a bit and got 2 rooms ( for 2 adults 2 kids). It was great idea since the kids felt very special that they got their own room. The rooms are very nice with complimentary mini-bar (with sodas, beers and juices)!!! and they are sparkling clean everyday. I love that we can push the room cleaning button when we want to get our room clean. I normally set for the room to get clean after we got back from the beach. The kids loved the multi pool in the hotel, and we use free shuttle to the beach and shopping area everyday. Another spot not to miss at the hotel is MaiSky at sun set. It probably has the best view over looking Patong beach and has breezy wind the whole time we stay there. We also tried the spa and it was heavenly. We actually got family spa package so the kids could try getting spa/massage treatment with us. All of us enjoyed the spa a lot. We had a very nice stay and my kids already ask about going back there next year.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience for me. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast with a wide variety was great. Thai massage at spa was nice and the therapists were very professional. I personally love the swimming pool and the sky bar to enjoy the view. If you want to be close to Patong beach but away from the noisy nightlife there, this hotel is perfect for you. The shuttle bus service to the beach made my life earlier.

Beautiful rooms, nice pool, good breakfast. Everything felt clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Itโ€™s hard to get down either of side of the hill by walking and Grab drivers were hit or miss, so maybe plan to get a taxi if youโ€™re going into town. But they offer a taxi service there. And they have free shuttles down to the beach or shopping multiple times a day. It was a super comfortable place to stay while taking a massage class in the area.

Our family stayed here for two weeks. Even though the hotel is not a huge resort, still we feel very relaxed and recharged. Almost every staff there is friendly. Mini bar is filled with soda and milk every day. The bed is most comfortable bed we ever had during vacation. Only downside is that there is not shop or restaurant around, u have to take shuttle bus or taxi to go out.

Mai House was a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and very very helpful. The hotel is well maintained. Cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. They have a wonderful shuttle service too to the beach. All requests are accommodated. We had an early check out of 5:30 am and this was the sweetest gesture they actually packed breakfast boxes for us. Had a pleasant experience. Thank you Team Mai House. Alice and Rose are the sweetest.

Clean rooms, clean pool, amazing views. The two things i did not really like were the stained towels and the distance. For the distance they have more free shuttle busses, so thatโ€™s fixed. The personal was also friendly and overall it was a pleasant experience.

Staff were reluctant to help. Room included dirty towels and this was not rectified until the next day. We'd paid extra for pool access but this is shared with the next room with no divide or privacy. The people in the room next to us were 'entertaining' so we could not use the pool nor wanted to. The rooftop bar is closed despite recent posts on social media advertising it. Only one restaurant is open and the food was overpriced and poor quality. The hotel is far from the beach and main strip; a shuttle bus is provided but only every 2h and stops at 6. Laundry is extortionate and our clothes came back stained.

What an experience at this property. All their staff members are so friendly and accommodating. I got a nice family suite with bunk beds and a semi private pool at the back which the kids really enjoyed. Nice breakfast menu too.

Very nice hotel. Good for families. We stayed one week with our two children. Breakfast was included - itโ€™s a nice buffet - and the pool is very nice. Hotel is very clean, itโ€™s quiet, and staff is very friendly. Thereโ€™s a free shuttle that takes you to the beach and also to a shopping mall. Good value.

I loved my stay at this hotel. It was absolutely amazing!!! I would definitely go back to this hotel if I return to Thailand. Ice has made my stay extra special with her exceptional customer service and hospitality skills. She is so friendly and helpful. You will see her always smiling ๐Ÿ˜ƒ and building a rapport with her customers. ๐Ÿ’• Thank you Ice for making my stay here so easy and perfect.

The hotel is situated on a steep hill, and transport is needed for you to get around. The nearest 7-eleven is 9 minutes but a pretty dangerous walk away. It's recommended that you get everything you need before returning to the hotel. Stayed 3 nights in their Grand Deluxe Jacuzzi, and the experience was great from the beginning. We arrived earlier, and the room was ready, Ms PaPa (hope I got it right!) walked us around the hotel and into our room. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and accompanied by eucalyptus aroma. The jacuzzi is outdoor and very private with a garden view. Although it'd be even better if bath salts/bath bomb is provided. On our check-out day, we were able to check out late. Overall, the hotel has a very accomodating, laid-back, and chilled vibe. Special shout-out to their in-house spa. The masseur was very professional and pressed on our sore points to determine the area to focus on before the massage, and my sore neck was instantly better afterwards. The prices are slightly higher compared to the massage parlours outside, but guests are entitled to 20% discount, and the experience was much more worthy than what you paid for (our massage room was surrounded by woods and the atmosphere was incredibly serene). Rooms for improvement: **The breakfast doesn't have much varieties, and the room service menu doesn't have a big selection either, hence we used Grab a lot during our stay. I tried to get the restaurant to WhatsApp me their full menu, but we got lost in communication. It would be great if they provide e-menu for both their restaurants via WhatsApp during check-in. **The balcony/jacuzzi area has a lot of bugs, especially after rain. There's not much to do about the crawling bugs, but it'd be great if mosquito repellent/incense is provided. All in all, it was a great experience, and we'd definitely come stay here again.

This would have been a five star review but this was primarily marred by the checkout experience. I really loved the he stay at MAI House and until checkout I would have rated it between 4 and 5 stars. But the thing is the last impression you leave is as important as the first. I have been here years ago and to my surprise the hotel is in really good repair. It is visible that the place is constantly repaired and the rooms and facilities are updated. The check in experience is great with a welcome dring and a cold towel, whilst they process your documents and prepare keys โ€ฆ The breakfast was great, delicious, and with a good variety. The mini bar in each room is restocked daily and free of charge with water, Coke Cola and a soda. The shuttle bus is running every two hours between 10am and 8pm from the hotel to the city. The shuttle has to be booked for both directions it is possible to expect the shuttle to go back but itโ€™s not showing up because no one used it to go into town. This is somewhat inconvenient as you never know exactly when you want to go back. Furthermore the suspension on the shuttle is not existing ;) but this is not too much of an inconvenience to be honest. The hotel pools are great and enjoyable but some groups are very loud and noisy with sometimes their own speakers and it takes a very long time for the staff to react. This is to a certain degree applicable to the night and the noise level on floors or in rooms. There is a reaction without prompting but it takes time. We experienced multiple power outages that caused the air conditioning to shut down and not be able to powered on for hours but only for some rooms other rooms were working without any limitations. Happens but still not convenient. The biggest gripe I have with this hotel is the โ€œextrasโ€ that are charged but arenโ€™t announced. If you loose a keycard they charge you - again ok it costs money but they donโ€™t inform you before. Additionally they do a room check at checkout - IMHO one of the reasons why the hotel is in such a good shape - but charge you for hotel slippers or laundry bags. This is something I have never ever experienced and is something in a hotel in this price range I wold not expect. This is how you manage to transform a great and pleasant experience into one with a bad after taste. And something I wouldnโ€™t recommend besides all the good and great experiences, because if you donโ€™t leave with the enjoyment, good mood and a great mindset what was this for? โ€ฆ

The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. Location wise is at the hilltop, they have a free shuttle bus to Patong beach and one shopping mall (2 hours per bus). Strongly recommend if you have your own transport. Will definitely stay in this hotel again if go to Phuket!

I had a perfect experience at the hotel. The personnel was exceptional, always smiling and ready to assist. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and I appreciated the complimentary drinks and fruits in the mini bar. Overall, it made my stay truly enjoyable. Also they offer a daily shuttle from hotel to the beach or the shopping center for free.

Amazing stay! The most comfortable bed and the friendliest most helpful staff! Food is great at the restaurant! Great for families with kids and the shuttle service to the city and the beach is awesome. Very good location! Iced from Breakfast was very kind to us and every staff always have a smile on their face.

First time in Thailand, and luckily we chose this hotel for our stay. We were celebrating our anniversary and little to say that Mai House went above and beyond to look after us. The staff was incredible, location perfect. A special thank to NA who is our little darling here. Thanks to the receptionists, the cleaners, the tour ladies at the lobby Minnie. To Mr Boom, our taxi driver. I recommend this hotel 100%.

Perfect view hotel, rooms with jacuzzi are wonderful, clean and very good service. Tasty and hearty breakfast. 4 times a day free bus from hotel to beach and shopping mall. Total score is 10\10 for price and quality.

Loved staying at this hotel! Yes it is far from the beach and the city but they do provide free shuttle bus to take you from the hotel to these areas. The staff was so friendly, the food was good and the room was as shown on booking. There is also have a tourist agency in the hotel where you can book all your activities with the transportation.

This was my first visit to Phuket, and after extensive research within my budget, I settled on Fusion Suites based on positive reviews, ratings, and its convenient location. The entire three-day stay turned out to be an exceptional experience, leaving me thoroughly impressed. From the moment we stepped into the hotel until the time of our departure, the staff displayed an exemplary level of hospitality. Despite our scheduled check-in at 2 PM, our early morning arrival from Bangkok at 9:45 AM didn't pose an issue. Pia, one of the managers, went above and beyond by facilitating an early check-in, allowing us to rest and kickstart our Phuket adventure on a refreshed note. Pia's attention to detail was noteworthy; she discovered that my birthday was just around the corner during the passport details process. In a delightful surprise, she coordinated with my husband to organize a birthday cake cutting ceremony during breakfast. It was a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to our stay. The housekeeping team further contributed to the overall warmth and celebration of my birthday by adorning our room with beautiful flower petals. The meticulous cleanliness of the rooms, along with thoughtful provisions like a balcony and a designated area to hang wet clothes, contributed to a hassle-free and comfortable experience. Zero complaints echoed our satisfaction. The breakfast spread was not only expansive but also delectable, meeting our morning cravings with a diverse array of options. Venturing into the Mala Spa for a rejuvenating treatment proved to be a highlight, showcasing the hotel's commitment to providing a holistic and enjoyable experience. Beyond the confines of the hotel, the provision of a pickup/drop service to Patong Beach showcased a commitment to guest convenience. The attentive and accommodating nature of the staff further enriched our stay, creating an environment of ease and enjoyment. In summary, my stay at Fusion Suites surpassed expectations, providing a harmonious blend of comfort, personal touches, and outstanding service that made my visit to Phuket truly memorable.

Nice location, quiet and with a view. Large and clean rooms, good internet also. Breakfast was ok, nice option there. Friendly stuff members. They provide a shuttle tot the beach and back.

Beautiful hotel (room) with a good buffet spread for breakfast. We stayed 3 nights in Feb but did not have any hot water on the first night. The receptionist failed to alert us that hot water was under repair during check-in, so we were only informed after we gave our complaints the next morning. Need to reserve your seat in the shuttle in advance, most seats are already booked in the morning, so donโ€™t count on the shuttle for spontaneous plans. It is better to hire a taxi via Bolt.

Hotel is amazing, you get infinity pool, gym. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast is really good. For Lunch and dinner I don't suggest Here, food will be pricey. If your an Indian, you can order food from outside, Delivery will be free to the hotel. Main drawback is the location. Far from market.

Nice enough stay but the hotel was operating in off-season mode with some facilities not being used. Very limited menu for dinner but shuttle to town stopped at 6pm and there is nowhere else nearby to eat. The chairs on the sun decks were stacked away and I had to request a sunshade near the pool.

This is my second stay (both stay was 10+ days) at this lovely hotel. I really like that the location is tugged away from the busy and noisy patong city. A trip to the beach takes about 5-10min. By hotel shuttle og by scooter. ( the hotel can help you with scooter rental in a good price range). The rooms Are Nice, spacious and clean to a very high standart. The staff is very polite, attentative, smilling and overall helpfull. Although the restaurant can be a bit at the expensive end the food is very delicious and tastefull.

You probably should stay away from this hotel if you want a nice enjoyable experience in phuket. This is the third hotel we stayed in phuket and krabi, the other two were way better! My husband and I have been traveling around the world. We stay in hotels all over 200+ days every year, honestly this hotel has pretty terrible customer service, probably one of the worst we have had. Pictures of the hotel look really nice but the room is quite dirty. There are a lot of hairs in bathtub. Front desk and staff here arent seem well trained. There are tricks on booking website for this hotel, we booked this hotel on agoda, normally there are options such as adding 5 dollars to get breakfast included, but this hotel they have two options, one they charge you 5 dollars for only mini bar which a big list of benefits such as pool gym free parking etc. to make you believe its including breakfast, the other one including breakfast option is hidden, so if you dont read carefully you would select the wrong one. In the end we picked the one adding the same amount as breakfast included then we are told when we arrive here thats its only mini bar and few bottles of water included which should be free in most hotels. It seems like this is a set up to charge more! It shows that this hotel isnt seem not very honest. So we paid the same price without breakfast, when we got here the hotel just tell us to pay additional 1100B(which is about $32 USD) per person for their breakfast which is more expensive than the hotel rate! After hours of negotiations and calling agoda in the end we got a 800B price for breakfast as a discount offer. I honestly think that this hotel did this intentionally to rip guests off. The location of this hotel is also far from everywhere, unless you drive yourself it wouldnt be convenient. Highly recommend to book elsewhere, there are many much better options than this hotel in phuket.

A fabulous place to stay if you want to be close to Patong Beach but away from the noise and craziness of the nightlife there. Hotel staff are superb, breakfast is great, and the vibe is very chill. This will be our go-to spot when we visit Phuket in the future:)

I stayed 5 days at the hotel. And I had a very good time. The staff checked me in and gave me a welcome cocktail. The room are very nice, spacious and clean. The hotel design is just amazing. Good for me not so many people I guess because of low season. The staff was very nice and very helpful anytime I needed something or when I asked questions. The restaurant food is more expensive than outside but fair enough it was delicious every time. Same thing for breakfast, so much choices. The wifi is good. The pools are amazing. I rented a motorbike to move around but a shuttle bus is available to move around, and itโ€™s convenient at first. I had a very nice experience at this location, and I will definitely come back anytime Iโ€™m in Phuket.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The hotel seemed brand new, impeccably clean and very well decorated. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the pool, spa and gym facilities were all top notch. Room was spacious with private balcony and a free mini bar! Would highly recommend.

Pros. The staff are amazing and breakfast tasty with plenty choice to suit all nationalities. Rooms are a lovely size, well equipped, clean, with various views of patong or overlooking the pool areas. Welcome the shuttle bus but having to book at least an hour in advance is a little inconvenient. Cons. Location with no convenience store close by and no pavements. The road noise is LOUD and relentless. Spoils the enjoyment of sitting on the balcony. Also the shuttle bus requires you to book your return journey before you LEAVE the hotel. This often led to you rushing to make the bus or hanging around for your booked return slot. Lastly there is no facility to freshen up for a late flight after check out except the pool shower /toilet with no a/c or hairdryer. For 5 star hotel this was a total surprise. Please hope they review this for future guests!

This hotel is just amazing... the staff are really lovely; they are so helpful with anything you need, they also have excursion packages in house that you could purchase. The rooms are beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable beds!!! The breakfast is also nice with a variety of full English options or traditional Thai dishes as a buffet. The best part, the hotel provides a free bus shuttle to and from Jungceylon Mall or Patong beach daily. Would totally recommend this hotel without a doubt!

Perfect location, beautiful property, excellent service and amazing staff. Stayed there for 5 nights on Feb 2020 (Beginning of Covid-19) Pros: Near to Patong area - shuttle bus every hour - great view - pretty rooms - superb breakfast and a nice, cosy gym with a relaxing swimming pool. Cons: There is nothing bad about this hotel, I just hoped the shuttle bus could be available till midnight so we could stay more to enjoy Paton night life.

Excellent Services Upon arrival at lobby. We were lead to the lobby sitting area to be seated where we were served a cold refreshing welcome drink and a peppermint infused cold towel while a stuff did the check in for us. Great Room. The photos of room presented on the booking site(Agoda) is what we actually got in reality. Nice, clean & well maintained. Unlike most others where you see nice photos of the rooms & facilities but in actual fact, you kinda felt disappointed when u checked into them.
