OMG, WORST hotel experience my partner and I have EVER had. We arrived at the front desk and felt like we were interrupting a conversation and then got greeted with a “Yes”. We then checked in and got told our luggage would be brought up to our room… it did not. 40 minutes passed and we decided we would leave the room and check out the restaurant on level 1. Looked great, food looked great and awesome decor. We waited and waited for someone to come and take our order and finally after some time someone came and as we were mid order she RAN AWAY! Literally just ran away! She never came back and so we asked another staff member to see what was going on and she didn’t come back either. An hour had passed since we checked in so we left the restaurant as nobody came back to our table. We walked out to see our bags still sitting at reception so I went and asked if they were going to be taken up (this was after I stood there waiting for them to finish their conversation) and once I had asked they just looked at me. I told them I would happily take them myself and they said they would. I did also tell them we had been waiting over an hour by then but they didn’t really seem to care. We then checked out straight away as we did not want to deal with anymore stress or lack of service. So after all of that we would definitely NOT recommend staying there.

Truly a 5 star hotel with lots of pros and a few minor cons as listed below. I still recommend but there’s room for improvement. PROS: - brand new so very clean & stylish - really good price for a 5 star - bed & pillows super comfy - nice pool & good gym - breakfast/lunch/dinner price good - 5-10 drive mins to Naka night market - staff are friendly & professional - late checkout post Covid is great! CONS: - hearing doors slam at all hours - hearing everything your neighbors do - location isn’t great - someone was smoking in their room - breakfast finishes too early @ 10am - breakfast items weren’t fresh Regarding the breakfast, some items were clearly cooked many hours earlier or even the night before, as they were pretty tired by the time they got to the plate. Probably worst of all was the noise. The walls must be really thin here because I could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms and hallway, including neighbors using the bathroom, people talking, televisions, cleaners banging around all day, and doors slamming at all hours.

New, very clean and affordable. The room is spacious and the bed is comfy. Saw many complaints about the location, but I just fall in love with the mountain view and the beautiful sunset from the rooftop pool, which are unexpected in city hotels. We can see the big buddha from here. The breakfast is also nice, don't forget to try their noodle. We will be back next time!

The Hotel reminds me of motels i see on Highways usually. The Poolview is horrible and pool small. And the only one restaurant is disgusting. This is the chicken Burger i got. Fried 3 days before and served cold. The meat has the sice of a wallnut

Good cost efficiency. Staffs are very kind and we loved swimming pool! Everything worth 5stars except breakfast. You can see omelette on my pics; I guarantee I made it better from when I was 8yrs old, haha. This is why I gave 4stars.

Highly recommend the buffet spread, the ambience , the infinity pool and the view It takes around 200Bhat to get to Phuket town from the hotel. They provide locker service after check out in case you like to spend a day on town before you dash to the airport. The airport is an hours drive from this place and it would cost you around 600-700 Bhat

The hotel was nice. However, we went to have dinner at the restaurant and it was a total SCAM. Prices super expensieve and what it was worse the waiter was super rude. We ordered a lobster and the menu said 550 baths a plate of 100 gr. The thing is that I ordered it and at the bill I saw they said I ate a KILO and that it was 5500 baths (200€ for a lobster!) . They did not even tell me the weight or asked if it was ok. I feel so upset, please do not go :(. Thanks,

Bad software, bad location, noisy if the hotel has event on 7th floor stay on 5th or 6th floor hear it clearly. Breakfast worse than 3 star hotel. Staffs perception were like said polite sound and words mean problem solved in fact used word” what did I said I already used polite words” that where lack of training said. Even it cheapest Ramada I ever stay only 1300 thb but not worth the money

Nice hotel with comfy rooms at reasonable rates. However the service was really bad. Room service took forever and there seem to be no communication with the different departments, it was confusing and frustrating to say the least. They advertised laundry would be returned within the next day, but we were astounded to find our laundry still at the reception on the 3rd day, that too after following up every day. The front desk said they will get back every time we called but they didnt. Disappointing :(

It’s away from major locations of interest and often confused with Other Ramada in Patong. It’s a good place and no doubt about it. Staff is friendly and can help with taxi booking if you need. Just be aware that if you need to go somewhere, you either need a taxi or must book a bike .

Except location everything is awesome. Hotel provides taxi service to nearby locations. Really good staff. Very helpful. Good breakfast. View from the top floor is very good

We had a very pleasant stay at Ramada Plaza. The staff is very kind and attentive to customers' needs. Honorable mention to Mr. Wut for his kindness throughout all our stay.

This hotel described on Google and many booking sites as 5 star hotel. But in reality it feels just like 4 stars. We booked it for ~50 USD/night and for this price it's ok. If prices will be higher, then I think there are more better accommodation options. Hong Bao restaraunt is solid and provides good options for Cantonese food. If you love Cantonese food and you're nearby, then it's worth to visit. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is location. There is basically nothing around it. You will need to organize transportation to go from hotel to almost everything.

the location is good to drive to different sights in Phuket like the old town and the beaches - if you rent a scooter or a car. the hotel is super nice, big rooms, nice facilities. breakfast is very good. staff kind and polite. we were given 2 keys and our luggage was delivered to our room very fast. we also had a late check out with no problem. pool area is good but not big. but best to go to the beach anyway :) there is construction just in front on the hotel, it’s a bit noisy but we don’t hear it from the room. we had some noisy neighbors and the hotel was very kind and proposed we change rooms at no extra charge. all in all a very nice experience :)

Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Bed and linen are great, as well as the shower. Especially when you visit Phuket by car, this is a very centrally located spot. But do not expect anything from the direct surroundings. Functional. Great restaurant by the way, decent pricing.

Gym has a moldy smell. Needs to be renovated. Our shower floor was not leveled well in our unit. So every time we finished taking a shower, the water would not drain, causing big puddle. Room # 554. All the staff was great! Breakfast is not included if you redeem your wyndham reward points for the room stay. 1 bedroom suite. Thank you Ramada staff!

We have had a fantastic time here. Especially the price/quality rate is fantastic. It’s cheap compared to other 5 stars accommodations in the area but it’s fantastical. Nice facilities like swimming pool, thai massage and a good restaurant. Good cleaning & friendly staff.

Nice and clean hotel. Location not too far from Phuket old town center and close to weekend market. The swimming pool on the rooftop is very nice and they open till 10 at night which what I love. Breakfast is variety and spa promotion also very attractive. Hotel offered reasonable and competitive price.

Reasonable price and very nice room. Room seizingis very good and pool on the rooftop is beautiful. Location not too busy as it not in the center of phuket old town. From hotel walk to local convenience store just 5 minutes. Highly recommended and will definitely choose to stay here again if I have a chance to visit Phuket

Staff very nice and always give you details with very good recommendation for surrounding area. At first we though that we at the middle of nowhere till we ask receptionist for the area. Hotel location not far from old town and the beach name Nai Harn also very nice not too crowded as Patong and we also have a chance to visit Promthep cave to see sunset and that make my day to explore Phuket area. Really thankful for staff that they always try their best to make everyday that I stay there more than perfect.

Nice hotel, I would recommend overall but would advise not to eat in the restaurant. The hotel itself was great, rooms are beautiful and very clean with super comfortable beds. My chicken at the hotel restaurant however was quite shocking. It was completely inedible. It was so fatty and it made me feel sick the next day. The rooftop bar is great - lovely cocktails and fantastic speedy service by staff! My only complaint would be that despite all the World Cup decorations, guests can only way one half of every match as it closes at half time. A bit pointless really nobody wants to watch half a match.

Nice and clean rooms with great service. If you are looking for activity hub I wouldn't recommend this place. It's good 15 to 20 min away from old phucket down. So you have to either get a Scooty or taxi to get anywhere. Same goes for Central Phucket mall. It will 5ake you at least 10 mins to get there on a taxi.

During my stay the aircon shows filter need to be cleaned! Which is no good! The shuttle service is also worse 2 times per day single route no return to bad locations. We spent a lot of money for Tuk Tuk.

The hotel is a gem, beautiful design in a quiet location. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Breakfast has plenty of items with the majority Asian/Chinese (it's served in a Chinese restaurant). Price is great for what it offers, nice room and pool. It's far from pretty much everything. The closest is the weekend night market which quite nice, 10 mins drive. Otherwise it takes longer to go to old town (which I heard is not interesting) or Patong (will cost like 400baht).

In my opinion, This hotel is perfect for holidays and also business trips. The hotel is located near a shopping center and not so far from Phuket town. If you try to discover the new route, you will know many cafes around PSU. By the way, I love Cantonese food in hotels very much.

Room is neat and clean. Pretty slack on service for a '5 star' hotel. They hosted a big event in the foyer without notice, which made coming and going very annoying.

do not take breakfast! oh my god... what can I say? I haven't eaten anything .. there are things on the menu that are not done! the bread hard as a stone, no pancake or ready-made, French toast with dry bread from the day before, no fresh juice it's shameful for this price... it was chemical juice and not pleasant! and finally such a slim choice! in fruit there was even a canned fruit salad .. in a country such as Thailand I do not understand the interest! I am really disappointed to have paid 400 baht to eat almost NOTHING because I have the same price for coffee and cereals
