Staff was very friendly and helpfull. They helped us renting a bike and gave good information about where to go and where to see. Room was clean and location was great. Just 10minutes walk to Old Town. Would book again.

My partner and I stayed here for 8 nights and we are extremely satisfied. The room is well laid out, spacious, well maintained with plenty of sunlight and blinds for when you don't want that. The bed was perhaps our favourite part, we slept comfortably and sound every night. Room is cleaned and linen is changed often. We got the room cleaned every alternate day. The location is private, quiet and peaceful while being very close to Old Town shops and restaurants. Hosts are responsive and helpful with whatever you need. One neat addition is having a stock of food and beverages at the lobby which you can buy 24x7. I can easily recommend staying here for short or long trips. We loved it.

I stayed at Topaz Residence for almost one month and I am glad to say my stay there was fantastic, helpful staff, spotless clean, central location near cafes, market, restaurants and close to the centre, safe and quietly nestled in a minor lane, overlooking the city from a hill. Thank you for making my stay at Topaz in Phuket a pleasant experience.

Reception was very polite. Rooms are super spacious and clean Good place to relax. On the corner you have the fantastic market open till I believe 17:00 Cons. Far from 7-11 and bike rental.

Excellent value, friendly, clean, nice place. It’s a pleasure to stay here. The only downside is while the location is good, it is not central. 4/5 if you don’t have a vehicle, 5/5 if you do.

Nice rooms at a fair price. It was clean, staff was friendly, and the air conditioning was a welcome treat after weeks without it. The staff also kindly let us store our bags with them for a few days while we went on a motorbike trip. 5 stars!

We loved our stay here. I felt very comfortable. The staff were lovely friendly people. The room was clean, air conditioned and a huge bed. Cleaning service was immaculate too. I personally think this is in a great area; right within all the culture and with the locals instead of by the beach which is many peoples go to and full of tourists. It is in walking distance of old Phuket town which you can hire a bike for cheap and then drive wherever you want to go. Can’t believe how inexpensive this hotel is for the value. Will recommend to anyone!

Great place to stay if you don't need a 5 star hotel. Close to Old Town Phuket, local food places are around the corner, and it's just a great value for money you get here. Love the small shop right by the reception, too. It's not even more expensive than 7-Eleven...

Great Place to stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Felt very safe. I'm visiting from Canada. They gave me great deals and told me what to check out each night and where to go. Hotel staff are very friendly. I was able to to rent a scooter for a cheap price to explore around the city.

Honestly really enjoyed my stay here! Staff were so friendly and helpful! Definitely a good place to stay if you wanna be closer to Phuket town!

Good place to stay in center of town.

The services are good(including rental bikes). Also the accomodation offers all you need(including a minimarket near reception). The room was not so clean so that's a star lost(hope it was just mine and the problem is not general)

The staff is nice. The room is very small. No maid service unless you request it from the front desk.

Spent a couple nights here and it was really clean, spacious and a great price! The receptionists are super kind and helpful too so all in all 5 stars can’t complain xx

They advertise the rooms as being separate living room and separate bedroom. All you get is a small bedroom - no living area. The balcony is tiny and overlooks a piece of rough land. Not nice. Staff were unfriendly. I had booked 5 nights, but left after the first night. Not a place I would ever recommend or stay at again.

Stay 1 night here before flying back to Bangkok, Place is nice but the room smell is not really good.

Decent stay. It's more like a hotel room than a Condo. So travellers like me looking for condo experience would be slightly disappointed.
