Great little guesthouse in the heart of town and just a stone’s throw from the main Old Town street. Friendly & helpful staff, prompt checkin, comfy bed and a spotlessly clean room with Netflix app on the TV. Would definitely stay again when next in the old Town.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is great, the rooms are very clean and it is a nice bonus to get drinking water every day. Bed was comfy and we even extended our stay here. We would suggest to book the deluxe double room as it is pretty spacious and the upgrade price isn’t that much. The staff will always help out if your have any questions and also give nice recommendations.

Nice place to stay in Phuket. Location is really central and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Nice staff and room but some things are missing for five stars like a better TV in the room and other small things.

Outstanding! Baan Sutra Guesthouse is in the heart of the old town and provides modern, clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Without a doubt, this was the best guesthouse experience I have ever had! The only minor areas for improvement are the shower (which was very basic/a little weak) and the fact that there was no shelf or ledge to put shower gel/shampoo in the shower area.

We had a wonderful stay in this boutique-like hotel. The rooms are cosy and tastefully decorated. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The location next to all the popular sights was so convenient. Highly recommended.

Clean and beautiful room. It should have more stars. But the best was receptionist. Very friendly,helpfull and kind. We will totally come back next time in phuket❤️

Would stay again and would recommend to others. Room was ready on arrival, it was spacious, nicely finished, very clean, had good, strong WiFi and staff were all very welcoming. Only thing to note is the shower is wet-room style and not in its own cubicle, it wasn't a problem for us, but may be for some. If you're checking in late I'd speak to the property as reception closes at 6pm and you may need to make arrangements but once checked in you have access 24/7 via your room key. Same goes for luggage storage on the day you check out, this is also only until 6pm. Good location in the old town, only stayed one night but would stay again if ever back in Phuket!

Very good option for staying in Phuket town. The room is comfortable and clean. Very close to the main street with many restaurants and shops. Nice staff 🙂
